• Melita (8/5): We enjoyed every moment and highly recommend it, especially to families. - Location (only cca 10 minutes slow walking to Sagrada Família), accessibility (to the building, apartment, metro and bus station), safety (quiet and very safe street during the day and evening, we assume also at night, we did not walk at night), terrace, size of rooms and apartments, staff you communicate with. There are many restaurants, bars, bakeries, and local shops around the apartment. Two rooms are bright at night due to the interior terrace, shower door very narrow.

L'appartement pourrait être un peu rafraîchit par endroit et le canapé lit est vieillissant pour le couchage

Bruits de la rue très présent dans cette même chambre une fois le volet fermé. (résonnance dans le coffre du volet non isolé)

• Nenad (9/5): - The apartment offers enough comfort for 3 people. I’d especially highlight the large terrace, which provides a stunning view of Barcelona. The check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow, and we had no issues entering the apartment. It’s located in a peaceful neighborhood, Gràcia, with many charming streets and picturesque squares. It is very close to the Sant Pau Art Nouveau Site (a UNESCO World Heritage) and only a 30-minute walk from the Sagrada Família

Идеална локация за транспорт - на 10 мин. пеша от Саграда фамилия, на 3-4 мин. до метроспирка, на 1 мин. от автобусна спирка. Най-вече спокоен квартал. Горещо препоръчвам да се посети Recinte Modernista de Sant Pau, която се намира на 6 мин. пеша от апартамента. Пазаруване - срещу апартамента има супермаркет, на ъгъла кафене-закусвалня, а в непосредствена близост до апартамента има много сладка пешеходна улица Carrer de Rogent, пълна с пекарни и магазинчета. Шумните камиони за боклук, които минават в ранните часове, но това не зависи от домакина.

• Radu (9/5): Family apartment in walking distance to Sagrada Familia - The apartment is well located, some 15 minutes' walk from Sagrada Familia, with several metro stations in walking distance. It has 3 bedrooms: one large and two small. The bathrooms are also small (one only has a toilet, the other toilet + shower also), but functional. We had a problem with the door in one bathroom, which was promptly repaired the next day while we were out. There were electric heaters in all the rooms. Small things. No towel hook close to the shower. Nothing to wipe the water off the floor that drops is a small bathroom. shaving. No wine glasses

I suddenly found a way to turn on the heaters (which raised the temperature by a few degrees), but I don't understand why the owner didn't leave any instructions on how to use them! 2) Lack of kitchen utensils. Coffee, tea, salt, oil, etc. Of course, the kitchen doesn't have a coffee machine. What's the problem with buying one for 30-50 euros when this apartment is charging 150+ euros per night? Greed?

• Manuela (9/5): Appartamento ampio a due passi dalla Sagrada Familia - Appartamento pulito e fornito dell'essenziale per un breve soggiorno a Barcellona. Spazi ben suddivisi e ampi, 2 piccoli bagni di cui uno con doccia. Molto comodo il sistema automatico di ingresso e check out che dava piena autonomia. Renato molto gentile e disponibile. Location vicina alla Sagrada, alle metro e zona ben collegata con autobus. Nelle vicinanze tantissimi ristoranti, bar, supermercati. Molto consigliato. Bagni un pò piccoli ma comunque funzionali. In ogni caso, grande comodità di avere 2 bagni a disposizione.
• Éva (8/5): - Jól felszerelt konyha, vasaló, hajszárító. Segítő, azonnal elérhetò személyzet. Csendes környék, gyönyörű panoráma. Alapvetően minden rendben volt, a lányom kihúzhatós kanapén aludt, ami kényelmetlen volt a matrac egyenletlenségei miatt.

Ich hatte eine Wohnung in der Calle Corsega gebucht. Ich wurde jedoch in eine Wohnung in der Placa Guinardó zugewiesen. Das fand ich ziemlich unangenehm, es war eigentlich ein Betrug! Eine Wohnung auf der Placa Guinardó hätte ich nie gebucht!

• Tetiana (10/5): - Amazing place to stay. So clean and tidy. Responsive owner, good price. Metro is just around the corner and takes you to the city center in 20 mins max. A few supermarkets are nearby. The flat is on the top floor and there is an elevator. A gorgeous terrace (actually there two terraces) with a view on mountains and the city, even the sea. There are lounge beds and a table as well, we spent evenings there with coffee/tea and THE VIEW. In the flat there is everything you need: a small but tidy kitchen with all the appliances, a washing machine, an iron, blow dryer, TV, hoover, etc. Towels and linen are provided. There is a big double bed, but also a sofa in a living room. Great place to stay!

• Olga (9/5): Wonderful place. Thanks - Everything was great, the location is pretty much great. Even if it’s not city center, it is very quiet and lovely place. Roof terrace is wonderful, even 2 roof terraces :) you can enjoy warm days and sun right on the roof with nice view. The apartment representative was always available in chat answering any question we had. Nothing to add here.

• Patricija (6/5): la posizione è un punto a favore, ma l'appartamento presenta diversi limiti - L'appartamento si trova in una buona posizione, al quarto piano di un palazzo condominiale piuttosto datato, ma dotato di ascensore. L’interno è stato ristrutturato in modo approssimativo e mostra già diversi segni di usura (muffa nel bagno ad esempio) che le foto non riportano. L'appartamento è dotato di aria condizionata. Non c’è stato alcun contatto diretto con il proprietario. Il check-in è completamente automatizzato: viene inviato tramite email o chat di Booking in quattro passaggi. Dopo aver versato i 700 euro di pagamento anticipato, ci è stato richiesto – prima dell’arrivo – un ulteriore pagamento per la tassa di soggiorno, il versamento di un deposito cauzionale di 300 euro e la firma di un contratto online. Anche il check-out è completamente digitale. Il deposito viene restituito circa una settimana dopo la partenza, solo se si sono seguite tutte le istruzioni alla lettera e non ci sono stati danni. Il tutto lascia poco spazio alla fiducia reciproca. L’appartamento è composto da tre camere da letto: una con letto matrimoniale e armadio, una con due letti singoli e armadio, una con un letto singolo e armadio. La cucina è discretamente attrezzata, ma la disposizione degli spazi è poco funzionale: il frigorifero è posizionato in modo tale da bloccare parzialmente la porta. La zona pranzo consiste in un piccolo tavolo situato in un minisalottino centrale con divano e TV, da cui si accede anche a un piccolo balcone. Ci sono due bagni molto piccoli: uno con WC e lavabo, l’altro con WC, doccia e lavabo, entrambi senza finestre. Nessun punto di appoggio o appendino per asciugamani, il che rende l’utilizzo poco pratico. Le camere sono essenziali ma sufficienti. La pulizia complessiva non è risultata particolarmente accurata, soprattutto in bagno e in cucina. In sintesi: la posizione è un punto a favore, ma la gestione è impersonale, l'appartamento presenta diversi limiti funzionali e l'esperienza nel complesso non è risultata all'altezza delle aspettative.

• July (1/5): Barcelona - Purtroppo la descrizione non corrisponde a quanto nel sito, trovate aria condizionata solo nel salotto, le stanze ne sono sproviste, l'appuntamento risulta sporco e malandato, purtroppo ho trovato degli scarafaggi nei casetti della cucina

• Tammy (2/5): Do NOT spend your $300 a night to stay here! You will be very sorry if you do. - There wasn’t much to like, honestly. I rent about 20 properties a year and have never been so disappointed. There was only one air conditioner in the main living room. The bedrooms had no air conditioning and the hall to the last bedroom was very far disconnected so that it got no air. Eventually we had to just use the front 2 bedrooms and keep all the doors open with all the fans going to be cool at night. Also, the shower was not usable for someone with a handicap. It was about 8 inches higher from the main floor so there was a large step down to get out and no handle to use. The shower door only opened about 10 inches so if you are heavy at all, you have to wedge yourself to get out all the while bending to lower to the ground. My elderly sister had to just bathe using the sink as she could not get in or out of the shower. The beds are on some type of low frame much like a camp bed and they squeak every time you move. The building was not in a great area if you went 40 foot in one direction it felt very unsafe. The floors were filthy and there was no broom or mop. They had obviously not mopped them. One of the chairs was broken and had screws missing. All of the chairs screws had to be tightened by us first before we could use them. This is not a full 2 bath apartment. One bath did not have a shower or bathtub but only a toilet and sink. I could go on.

The living room, with its couch and dining area, is large enough for four people. The good connections to the many nearby bus stops and subway stations are particularly noteworthy. We also used luggage storage and transport through our partner, Classbedroom; perfect service. Haus ist etwas hellhörig

• Tomislav (8/5): Nice and enjoyable stay in Barcelona near Sagrada Família. - The location of ClassBedroom Gaudí Apartments was excellent, making it easy to explore the city. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The highlight was the balcony, which offered a stunning view to enjoy. The heating could have been better, especially on chilly nights, but it wasn’t a dealbreaker. The apartment still had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, it was a good experience and a nice place to be!

• Stefanel (9/5): Great terrace with amazing city view. 5 minutes walking distance from L4 and L5 (Maragall) - The large terrace with the city view was amazing. It's worth the money, especially for this. The apartment was clean, and the air conditioning system did a great job of keeping a decent temperature inside. Two metro stations are nearby, 5 minutes' walking distance, so you can easily reach almost any city from the location. The host was very friendly and always kept in touch, proactively trying to give us all the information we needed for our stay.

Some complementary tea, coffee sugar & milk would have been appreciated These are standard in other countries. Clothes drying rack was broken as was outdoor umbrella.
