De bedden lagen heel erg lekker en het personeel kwam persoonlijk langs om alles uit te leggen. Echt een mega aanrader, wij komen zeker nog een keer terug! Eigenlijk was er niets wat tegenviel, maar als je we echt iets moeten noemen: de kussens lagen niet meteen heel lekker maar ook dat went :)

- Tomasz (10/5): - Superb localization and very friendly and helpfull staff. The place is near Sea, beach, restuarants, shops, Market of barceloneta, It's 10-15 minutes walk to metro, port, and Bari Goitc. There are some resutaruants neraby and many convienience sotres.
- Michael (9/5): Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. - Die Unterkunft war wirklich ein sehr guter Mix aus Ausstattung, Lage und einem extrem freundlichen Gastgeber (Albiol). Die Lage zum Strand ist ein absoluter Traum, man ist in 1–2 Gehminuten direkt am Meer. Besonders die Dachterrasse war ein Highlight, perfekt um z. B. mit Blick aufs Meer zu frühstücken oder den Abend ausklingen zu lassen. Supermärkte, Cafés und Restaurants gibt es mehr als genug in unmittelbarer Nähe, wodurch man eigentlich alles schnell erreichbar hat. Auch die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt, wodurch man problemlos überall in Barcelona hinkommt. -

- Christine (10/5): Sehr schöne Unterkunft, gut betreut vom Gastgeber in einer tollen Nachbarschaft und einer einzigartigen Stadt - Schön eingerichtet. Das Bett war so bequem, dass man morgens gar nicht raus wollte. Die Unterkunft liegt nur eine Gehminute vom Strand entfernt, in direkter Nähe gibt es Gastro und einen kleinen Supermarkt mit Getränken, Snacks und Pflegeprodukten. Auch die Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ist ideal.

- Martha (9/5): Great location for a beach holiday, but also close enough to the gothic area and public transportation to get you around - This is a great property for your stay in Barcelona. It’s close to the beach (walk to the water and sunrise), and walking distance to main attractions in the gothic area/public transport to go further. The set up is cool: small kitchen, bedroom, small living space. You are on vacation but with the amenities of home, so you can enjoy grocery shopping as a local. There is some street noise. But here’s the caveat- that also means you can hear the waves crashing. It’s a win.

- Vitali (9/5): - Vielen Dank an Albiol! Er hat uns beim Check-in persönlich begrüßt und alles ausführlich erklärt. Besonders positiv: Er spricht auch Deutsch, was die Kommunikation sehr erleichtert hat. Die Übergabe war sehr professionell. Die Lage direkt an der Meerespromenade und Strand ist ideal. In der Nähe gibt es viele Supermärkte, Restaurants, Cafés sowie KFC. Eine Bushaltestelle und ein Taxistand sind ebenfalls schnell erreichbar. Das Apartment war sauber, die Küche modern und gut ausgestattet. Das Bett ist groß und bequem. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist hervorragend. Das Nachtleben in Barcelona ist lebhaft und teilweise laut – Ohrstöpsel sind empfehlenswert. Außerdem hat uns ein Flaschenöffner in der Küche gefehlt.

The two rooftop gardens with seating were grand to sit out on with a beer. The manager was great, friendly and accommodating to our late check in

Die Fotos sind irreführend, der versprochene Flughafenshuttle existiert nicht – stattdessen mussten wir selbst zahlen. Für fast 2.400 € eine absolute Frechheit. Ich warne ausdrücklich alle Gäste: Buchen Sie diese Unterkunft auf keinen Fall!

- Hikmet (8/5): Harika konum, otel rahatlığında ev. - Otel konforunda ev. Pırıl pırıldı. Sahilde olması her şeye değer. 2-3 dakika mesafede marketler ve iyi restoranlar var. Klimadı çok verimliydi. Biraz canlı ortam olduğundan akşamları gürültülü oluyor ama çok rahatsız edici değildi. Albiol çok yardımsever ve güleryüzlü. Çok iyi tavsiyeleri oldu. Böcekler için ilaçlama yapılması iyi olur. Ayrıca evin önüne aracımızı park etmemize izin vermediler. Sürekli de boştu ve müsaitti. Bir kez bile polis görmedik. Bu konuda yardımcı olunabilirdi. 60€ verip 1 haftalığına park yeri tutmak zorunda kaldım. 10 dakika yürüyüş mesafesinde.

- Knight (10/5): Exceptional - Location notnii ok not to the beach but lots of restaurants and shops. The host met us in person to go over the apartment and provided us with recommendations. Loud neighbors, but it’s Spain and people stay up late so it’s to be expected.
- Barbara (10/5): Recommended - Couldn't be closer to the beach and there are plenty of bars within a 2 - 5 minute walk in any direction. A taxi ride into Barcelona if you can't be bothered with public transport isn't expensive and fairly easy to arrange. Air conditioned, fabulous shower and comfy beds. The roof terrace is convenient and no parties allowed after 11pm. It's not a luxury apartment but it has absolutely everything you need. The weather🤣 unfortunately they had no control over the heat wave!

A chopper board would be nice, and a little more storage place, in the shower too, where you can put your shower gel. Also some window insulation would be nice, because the street is full.of life till 2am. But otherwise petfect fir a few days.

- Gabi (6/5): Small comfortable apartment by the sea. - The location is great, not at the centre of Barcelona, but on the coast, just off Barceloneta beach and the seaside promenade. It is about 15 minutes walk to the metro stop that will take you the centre. Evenso, there are grocery stores and supermarkets close by. The host is very welcoming. The apartment is comfortable, but pretty small. The area is surrounded by bars and restaurants that close late, so it gets pretty loud on the weekends. You can practically hear everything that is going on in the street and in the adjacent apartment as the flats are only separated by a door. The place is quite pricy to rent, considering its size.
- Oo1 (10/5): Book it! - Fantastic apartment in an unbeatable location! Just a stone's throw from the beach, with everything you need right on the doorstep. The apartment is next to a small but well-stocked supermarket and there is a pharmacy and a tobacco shop very close by. I also need to mention the ice cream shop next door which has the best homemade ice cream I have ever tasted and is a must try. The apartment was absolutely spotless, extremely well maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay including a Smart TV, comfortable beds and extra pillows. It also has a great rooftop balcony with seaviews that is accessible by lift. The apartment was kept spotless clean by the cleaner/maintenance man that we met when we arrived and was very nice man that was so kind and helpful even with a language barrier. Due to a delay on our end, we weren’t able to meet the property manager until the day after we arrived, but communication beforehand was excellent, and we had no issues accessing the apartment. When we met him the next morning, he was a genuinely lovely person who was great to talk to and luckily is from to Barcelona so he was full of great knowledge and recommendations for places to eat and visit and was so helpful during our stay. We had such an amazing time here and will definitely be returning. Book this apartment if it is available you won’t be disappointed. Not one thing. Everthing was perfect.

- Maryna (10/5): It’s great, I recommend - That’s a lovely place right by the beach. Very cosy, with a quiet neighbourhood, ones can hear only waives. A lot of nice restaurants, cafeterias and bars in the area. Walking distance to the centre. The place is clean and comfy. The main advantage is the exit to the terrace on the roof. The host is very welcoming. They give me all I asked for and even more, including an introduction to the area. The apartment is great, hope to get back soon!

- Heather (10/5): Perfect Apartment at the Beach - The location was perfect at the beach. Nice area with cafes and restaurants. The apartment had everything you need and had two roof terraces! It was perfect!
- Ali_ozmosis (4/5): Okay location if you want to be by beach. Poor communication between guests and hosts. Outdated. - Location was good if you want to be next to beach. About 45 mins walk to exiample and 35 minutes walk to la rambla. Host asked to meet at 7pm to check in, after we already had accessed the property at 2pm. This was inconvenient as we wanted to nap. She then rescheduled to 8pm and this was of further inconvenience and we did not end up napping. I asked host several times if there is a place to store luggage after we checked out, she ignored all responses. I also asked several times for new towels. Host stated they would be changed. When I returned to the apartment they were not changed. I messaged host stating the towers aren't changed and she stated 'oh sorry cleaner got confused' with no effort to rectify the issue and supply us with towels. Sofa bed looked really dirty and I couldn't wait to sleep in my bed. Outdated TV was not working properly, neither was the remote. No amenities just a few coffee pods, no milk or sugar. Alot of noise from other guests, think walls and alot of anti social behaviour and noise nuisance outside. I witnessed two men steal a TV whilst I was out on the balcony. The balcony is also really small. The property itself looked extremely tired,dingy and not refreshed. All in all, I am most disappointed with the condition of the property and the communication between us guests and the host.

- Lcjackson (8/5): Very good - The location: 30 seconds from the beach (which you can see from the apartment window), 2 minutes from the harbour, 10 minutes walk to the metro/start of the old town. Great area to stay with little supermarkets, restaurants and bars round the corner too. Comfortable bed, great shower. Good coffee machine :) spotlessly clean. Roof terrace with a view of the sea. The building has an elevator. Not many places are accessible - this is a real plus with heavy bags! Great service - checked in by Albion and shown around and allowed to keep the apartment until I left in the evening.

- Carla (10/5): Exceptional - Great location! At night might be a little sketchy. Good view of the beach and very close to the boardwalk. Communication was great with owner for check in and Albiol was great on suggestions for things to do and places to eat as well as how to travel around the city.

There was a lot of noise from neighbors, the restaurant downstairs, and a giant dog barking loudly at all times. The mattress is very old and sagging. The apartment was not clean and there were cockroaches.

- Julie (8/5): Great location for the beach! - Was well situated for easy access to the beach and plenty of restaurants. The host was very easy to contact and replied quickly to any issues we had. He checked us in before the time stated and allowed us to leave our cases whilst the apartment was being cleaned. He was provided us with a map and pointed out what we should see and how to get there. Not sure why but there was no door to the bathroom which could be quite awkward when travelling with friends. Sometimes there was a smell from the drains which came into the bedroom due to there being no door.
