Important Information
Guests should inform the Barcelona 54 of their expected time of arrival in the Comments section when booking. Guests should arrive after 15:00. After 11:00, it may be possible for guests to enter the apartment if it is ready and, if not, they may drop off their luggage and return later.
Please call the staff on arrival into the city on the number that appears on the Booking Confirmation email and a representative will meet guests at the apartment. If for any reason, the expected time of arrival is delayed by more than 30 minutes, guests should inform the property staff as soon as possible.
On arrival:
Guests must pay the remaining amount of their stay in cash. A member of staff will accompany guests to their apartment and supply them with all the necessary information for their stay. Guests will be supplied with 2 sets of keys.
The following surcharges apply to arrivals at weekends, on public holidays and after 20:00:
From 20:00 until 00:00 – EUR 35
From 00:00 until 03.00 – EUR 50
Saturday, Sunday or public holiday: EUR 35
Saturday, Sunday or public holiday from 00:00 until 03.00: EUR 50
Check-out:
Guests must leave their apartments at 11:00 although it is recommended that they are prepared to leave between 09:00 and 10:00. A member of staff will visit to check the condition of the apartment, collect the keys and return the total deposit in the case of the apartment being in an acceptable condition. If the apartment is not vacated until after 11:00, an extra night will be charged.
City tax rate can vary, depending on the day reservation was made.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

This modern and recently renovated apartment is located beside the famous Sagrada Familia, Gaudí’s most impressive piece of architecture and Barcelona’s most important landmark. The apartment contains one double room, one twin room and one room with bunk beds for 2 people. The lounge area has a double sofa bed. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and the trendy design of the bathroom features a shower and lavatory. The apartment is located on the 1st floor and has elevator access. You are within easy access of all public transport, with the nearest metro stop at Hospital de Sant Pau.

- Thomas (9/5): Appartement confortable en plein centre de Barcelone, au calme. - L'appartement est divinement placé à 2 minutes de la Sagrada Familia. Il est spacieux et aménagé très confortablement, tout le nécessaire y est présent. Le quartier est très calme, ce qui est appréciable en Espagne. L'hôte est très sympatique et nous a réservé un très bon acceuil. Il nous a montré le fonctionnement de l'appartement, nous a décrit les commodités du quartier ainsi que fourni des recommandations de visite, carte à l'appui. Plusieurs parkings publics à proximité (je vous recommande Chile, peu cher, gardé par un portier ce qui évite les mauvaises surprises). Rien à voir avec l'appartement en tant que tel : attention à la ZFE. Comme tout Barcelone, l'appartement s'y trouve et peut compliquer la circulation pour ceux qui comme nous n'y ont pas pensé suffisament tôt. Une légère odeur de friture le soir dans la chambre du fond, car l'appartement est au dessus d'un bar. Non bruyant mais un peu odorant à certaines heures.

Photos(wide-angle) misleading. Everything smaller (except living room) than pictured. Shower should have grab bars. Also peeling paint in bathroom. Little things, such as salt and pepper as well as basic spices, missing.

- Claire (8/5): Brillant stay, would recommend, would advise anyone going to do hop on/off bus on first day as excellent way to see - Perfect location to see the sights of Barcelona. Supermarket downstairs, 2min walk to metro plenty restaurants/cafes all within walking distance. Juan very friendly & helpful on our arrival Bedrooms were very small particularly double and nowhere to hang clothes in one room, toilet and shower room could do with a lick of paint

The property was very dated and needs a lot of updating. the tiles are broken and the kitchen is very small with no hot water in the kitchen. the tv is so old the kids couldn’t watch any tv or smart appliances. in this day and age its really important to have a smart tv in the apartment.
