Guest Reviews
- CARLOS (9/5): Ubicacion exelente dos cuadras de la Sagrada Familia - La ubicacion Subir tres pisos por escalera
- Berma Grace (8/5): Love the location and the apartment, except for the stairs.😉 - It’s cozy and comfortable, had modern kitchen & bathroom. Balcony is okay to hang out.
And it’s only few steps away to Sagrada Familia, sorrounded with restaurants and convenient stores which are handy. Metro is nearby as well. Max the care taker is very accomodating. Only 30 mins. away from the airport by Uber. The stairs are narrow and steep and where in the 3rd floor! not recommended for seniors or with PWD.
Asked for additional pillows, but owner didn’t accomodate our request.
Towels needs upgrading it is very old and over used!

- Zoltán (8/5): Very good - The apartment has perfect location, 2 minutes to reach Sagrada Família, also L5 metro line. The flat is very quiet, and well equipped. For the winter period, the bathroom and the bedroom can be very chilly - they have no heating at all!
Also, there are only 2 chairs - 4 would be much more comfortable.
- Yancho (8/5): Very good - Perfect location a lot of supermarkets, restaurants and transport options, super friendly host Old towels, no option to choose the right pillow, noisy gas tank, bathroom door difficult for a child to close, steep entrance staircase.
- Tatjana (8/5): A cute and cleand place near the Sagrada familia - The house i very clean and nicely kept. The hoast reached out to us and we made arrangements very easily. I havew nothing bad to say about the property yet, having been to different locations it didn't really meet my expectations. Location - everybody gave the location a great rating, and it is situated right next to Sagrada familia which is great, but almost all of the other attractions are far, and for some reason not easy to reach by pubblic transport. Most of them are about 20-30 minutes away but after a long day of walking it would be nice not to have ot change 2-3 buses to get to the appartment.
It is situated on the third floor and the stairs from the 2. to the 3. floor are very steep so be advised it's not for everyone.
Even thou the appartmant it se;f is clean, it lacks a lot when it comes to ameneties which would make one's stay a lot more pleasant. there was dishwasher soap and bath soap. Some coffe, sugar and salt would have been nice...it's ridiculous to have to buy 1kg of sugar for a 5 day stay...also the balcony is cute but there is no parasol so during the Barcelona summers I guess it's usless. We booked for 3 persons, but there are only 2 chairs.
Also put the 300e deposit directly in the description of the house... As I said I travelled a lor but have never been asked for such a deposit, as well as the late check in fee... rather too much....
- Aleksei (8/5): Very good - Good location
- Danilo (10/5): A M A Z I N G ! - I recently had a wonderful stay in a lovely apartment. The space was clean, well-furnished, and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and amenities. The host was responsive and made sure I had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a great place to stay.
- Marek (9/5): Superb -
- Yuping (10/5): A Wonderful Time in Barcelona - I really love the location. It is close to Sagrada Familia and the metro stop. It is also to banks, supermarkets and restaurants. In the kitchen, there is everything we need to cook a meal and also some seasonings. The terrace is lovely to relax at times. The heating works great and the shower water is strong and hot. The bathroom blind could change to a type that can move up and down. I am worried about our privacy in the bathroom. One stool near the dining table is not very stable for sitting. There could be more chairs since we are a family of 4. I also wish there could be laundry detergent provided for the washing machine.
- Aleksandra (9/5): Superb - The responsible for the attending meet us at the apartment. Only bed was that he doesn't understand and don't speak English so we have understand each other vie google translate. And it took a while. Charge fee for the late check in is extremally high. All cheap flight arrived in Barcelona late so it should be understandable that you will arrived late. You should consider to lower the late check in fee or not to collect them.
- Debby (10/5): We had a fabulous stay. - The apartment was perfect and the location couldn’t have been better - a couple of flights of stairs to reach it but well worth it. The bed was extremely comfortable, the apartment well appointed, and the terrace a huge plus!! The hosts were lovely.
- Alexandrts (8/5): Very good - Located just around the corner from Sagrada Familia
Easy access by walking to every possible Barcelona sight (not for those who don't like long walks)
Easy access to public transportation
Many different restaurants in the area
Very safe at night - we spot 0 "suspicious" persons during 5 days in this area 1. The toilet/shower facilities in the bedroom. That means that if you are more than a couple of people - every time someone needs to use the toilet/shower - go right thru your room or wait till the morning for you to wake up. Cannot recommend it for more than a couple as this is a "red line"
2. The mattresses and the pillows - hard as a wooden desk. The pillows don't match the cover and this creates a kind of "chunk of a pillow".
3. Very unprofessional guest relations. We made a reservation as a family of 4. Several days ago I asked to provide 4 blankets and was answered "No worries". When we came, we received only 2 blankets for 4 people. Now, it's ok for a married couple to use 1 blanket. but how and why 2 children should sleep under 1 shared blanket? When asked for another one, we have been told that this will cost us 25 euros more. Highly unprofessional!
- Don (10/5): Excellent apartment and excellent location! - Excellent location! Very spacious and well laid out apartment with everything you need in the bathroom and the kitchen. The host, Max, was fantastic -- check-in was easy, he helped with our bags, and he responded quickly to anything we asked about or needed. While we were okay with them, the narrow stairs up to the 3rd floor apartment could present a problem for mobility-challenged persons. We would also strongly recommend that the security deposit either be eliminated or reduced from the current 300 euros that is required IN CASH. It is way too much and really not necessary, but at the least, there should be some way to charge it on a credit card. We have used booking.com apartments for many years and never had this kind of requirement.
- Papachristopoulos (8/5): good value for money and good location next to Sagrada familia - very good location. Easy access and very clean
we were able to check in earlier than foreseen and Max was very helpful there is no elevator (typical for small houses in Barcelona) and narrow stairs up to the 3nd floor.
Need to install dark curtains in the window of the bathroom otherwise the neighbours opposite can see you in the night!
- Vanuhi (10/5): Clean, cozy and comfy apartment near Sagrada. Great for the couples or friends. )))) - The apartment was very clean, the location is great, it's super close to Sagrada. The Metro Station is just 3min walk. There are cafes, shops and places to eat nearby, even walking just a bit you get to less touristic places where you can enjoy local food in Tapas Bar with good prices. We were working remotely and WIFI was great. In the apartment you will find everything what you need, even if you want to cook a proper food. The terrace is really nice to chill when the weather is sunny. As we were in February, we couldn't enjoy that part but should be super cool in warmer days. There is a heating system and AC as well. As the apartment is on the last floor, it was a bit chilly the 1st day, but when we put the heating up, it got warm quickly and we felt very comfortable. Upon the arrival Max met us and explained everything. He was very nice and friendly but he speaks Spanish. We could understand each other easily with very out little Spanish skills. You give 300 EUR deposit while check-in and he gives you back when you check-out after checking the apartment. So, be ready to have some cash with you. Everything was cool and nice. I would just recommend to have blinds for the bathroom, as there is a big window which has a bit transparent curtains. And for those who have big suitcases, it might be a bit problematic to carry up, as the stairs are really narrow.
- Dario (9/5): Very comfortable flat near Sagrada Familia - Flat is located very near to Sagrada Familia, a great location. The terrace is nice to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening outdoor, but has no view. Flat is big and furnished with everything. Check in and check out are very well organized. In general all was fine, and I would definitely recommend this flat for an holiday in Barcelona. Only the pillows, too high and not soft enough for our taste. I would recommend the host to offer some more pillows to choose.
- Marcin (9/5): Family trip Barcelona in November - Location is just great-very close to Sagrada Familia cathedral, but in a very small street
Apartment itself -it is well equipped and spacious enough to accomodate 4 persons and has a very nice terrace
Our host - Max - was very friendly, helpful and responsive; all despite language challange communication was smooth The stairs-apartment is on 2nd floor without a lift and with VERY narrow stairs-it is definitely NOT for people with movement disabilities or travelling with big/heavy suitcases
- Augusto (9/5): amazing value for money, close to main amenities in the city - location was very good- no more than 2 minutes away from sagrada familia.
you can get to the gothic quarter in about 20 minute walk - which for us wasn't a bad idea, as you could walk around and see more of the city
the apartment is renovated and really well thought
the outside area, even though its not completely leveled, it's still great place for a breakfast with some sunlight
amazing experience over all, we were 3 friends - a lot of kitchen utilities, basic things as salt and pepper...
enough space for everyone and for all of our things
good size washing machine, which really helps the pillows were not the best, at least for what we were used to. they were pretty hard and tall.
the bathroom could have a better blinds - i don't know how it looks from outside, but from inside it feels like people could watch you taking a shower
as we were travelling with friends, we also thought weird that there was a "glass wall" between kitchen and bathroom, and if you looked through really closely, you could see the whole bathroom and whoever was there
- Marius (7/5): Good for terrace and location - Terrace is amazing, not a great view, but still having a breakfast or a lunch here is nice experience. Location is 10/10, 3mins from Sagrada, a lot of public transport options arround. The owner does not speak english at all, difficult to communicate. We found few coacroaches in the bathroom, that wasn't nice at all. AC is not reaching the main bedroom, so its pretty hot in it. Bathroom has a windows to outside ant to the kitchen, it does not make any feeling of privacy. Staricase to the apartment is narrow and steep, might be difficult with lots of luggage or an old people.
