• Pat (8/5): Good location to explore the city - Close to the Sagrada Familia, the apartment is good to host 4 people. Easy access thanks to the app. The owner is friendly and helpful The only window is on the terrace. Ventilation system in the bathroom will be a good improvement.

• Stacey (10/5): Great apartment in a good location - The apartment was perfect for my 8 day stay. Pictures were accurate. The location was good, close to the Sagrada Familia and a metro station. While I did not use the kitchen much, it seemed to be well equipped. The bathroom and shower were a good size. I was traveling solo but it would be a great size for a couple or small family. The outdoor patio was also nice to have. Bonus for having a washing machine as well. The bed was comfortable, more on the firm side, but that was ok by me. I liked the keyless entry. Some had commented that they found it confusing but I did not. One thing to note, when you click on the link you will see 2 key/lock buttons on your phone. You do not push them (as I originally tried), you need to touch and slide to the right. Keys are provided in the unit and I used those for the rest of the stay. Overall, I would recommend this place. The only thing, and others have commented as well, this is not a sound proof building. You will definitely hear people as they go through the halls, talk, dogs barking etc. More so during the day then at night. I am used to this, so was not bothered at all by it but if you are more sensitive to noise, could be an issue.
• Wojciech (5/5): Great location, but calling this place "2 bedrooms" is a bit of a joke. - The location of this property is amazing, 2min walk from Sagrada Familia. It is also great to have an outside space to sit. The property is advertised as having " 2 double bedrooms and 1 private bathroom" which really needs more details: 1. One of the bedrooms is *completely dark* (no windows) entry hall corridor. It is literally the space you enter as you open the entrance door, which is a square space, where bed is placed in the corner. This "room" wouldn't be legally classified as a bedroom in most countries (because of lack of windows, and because it is a "walk through" - you cannot exit the property without going through it). An important factor is also sound - this "room" has an exit door that has gaps (you can easily slip say a credit card into an apartment), which makes it really loud. You hear every step people take in the staircase (as this is 1st floor of the property thus there is quite a lot of commotion). And since neighbours have a loud, barking dog, lack of any sound insulation makes it a ... challenging stay :-) 2. Second bedroom (which is clear from the photo) is half of your living room, and similarly, if you were to "close off" living room part (through curtains) it would not have any windows, and thus not really a bedroom. This one, technically has a "slit" in a corner that could be considered a window, but it goes into the staircase of the building. It is an "interior" window 3. "Private bathroom" actually means a bathroom with a fully glass wall that you walk by non stop (since it is between the 2 "bedrooms"). There is a roll-down curtain that you have to use to achieve any privacy, which after first laughter, becomes rather annoying as you need it each time you use the toilet. Overall, it is a marvel of design to pull off technically correct "2 bedrooms" in this space (that only has 1 tiny window, and the patio exit as sources of natural light). So kudos to whoever did it.

• Birgitvg (9/5): The perfect starting point for our visit to Barcelona - Very friendly host, very good communication upfront on everything we needed to know about the apartment. I especially liked the system to open the doors via an app, very convenient. This allowed us full flexibility on our time of arrival. Very cosy apartment, perfect for traveling with 5 people. The host foresaw everything: nice towels, toiletries, a blowdryer,... The apartment was well equipped! And the location is fantastic, very close to the Sagrada Familia, but still quiet at night.
• Yue (1/5): A shadow of Barcelona - The location is good Hot water works terribly awful, AC doesn’t work properly, and very inconvenience on restroom set. But upon all of those, I was just disappointed with the attitude from owner or manager, by a detail of lacking of toilet paper. I strongly recommend to choose cautiously to whom may notice this comment.
