Sandra (9/5): Wunderschöne Wohnmöglichkeit in bester Lage - Die Lage am Yachthafen in Barceloneta ist einfach ein Traum. Der Ausblick vom Fenster auf die Boote ist wirklich wunderschön. Von Mittag bis am Abend konnten wir die Sonne genießen. Vom Bett aus sah ich den Sonnenuntergang! Nicht weit von der Unterkunft entfernt befindet sich der lange Sandstrand. Man hat U-Bahn und viele Restaurants in Gehweite. Bis auf den Straßenlärm, der uns aber nicht bei unserem Schlaf gestört hat, ist es wirklich eine Top-Lage! Vor der Unterkunft befindet sich eine stark befahrene Straße. Dafür gehen gleich in der Nähe viele Busse (z.B. V15, V17, V19) los, die zu Tibidabo, Park Güell, Sagrada Familia etc. fahren. Auch das darunter liegende Restaurant machte keinen Lärm und störte uns nicht. Die Wohnung war wirklich toll. Der Fußboden im Wohnzimmer sollte jedoch ausgetauscht werden. Er ist lose und aufgequollen.

Sasha (5/5): Bathroom shower is very small and the door wasn’t sealed very well so water leaked out onto the floor with every use. - Location of property was great The AC didn’t work. After inquiring about it and told maintenance would come out. No one ever showed. Even after the power outage. Sleeping with the windows open for 4 nights didn’t do much to cool down the apartment and it was an uncomfortable.
Emily (6/5): Great location - The location was perfect! We mostly used the apartment for sleeping as we were out exploring most of the time. We stayed for 2 weeks. The management company was very responsive with issues. We had a few issues during our stay and had resolutions for all but 1 item within 24 hours. The water heater was leaking in the kitchen and the plumbing vents are just outside the kitchen and bathroom windows so there’s a persistent smell. One of the lights in the bathroom was flickering and after communicating the issue for 3 days the maintenance person disabled it.
Leon (8/5): Very good - The location is perfect and our host Sol was very kind and helpful throughout the hole check-in, check-out process. However, the apartment had some issues inside: you could hear all the noises around, the bath was small and the kitchen stank (maybe due to the gas boiler). At the end of the day we had a great time there with my family, thanks to the location and atmosphere, but you need to take into consideration the aferomentioned inconvieniences.
