• Dmytro (9/5): Hervorragende Lage, gute Ausstattung. Ein paar Maken. - Hervorragende Lage, direkt am Hafer, am Promenade. Geschäfte, Bars, Restaurants un der Nähe. Bus vor dem Haus. U-Bahn in 5 mit zu Fuß. Wohnung gut ausgestattet, Matratze am großen Bett sehr weich, man schläft in einer Grube. Allgemein ziemlich gepflegt, aber nicht sauber, Staubschicht auf den Möbeln. Wenn Nachbarn das Klo spülen, hört es sich so an, als würde jemand in der Wohnung duschen.

Ти просто отримуєш посилання - відкриваєш двері і все. Для мене це зручно без додаткової метушні , встигнути забрати ключ і все інше . Але ви маєте мати хороший інтернет. Апартаменти на 4 поверсі - є ліфт! Через дорогу ви потрапляєте на шикарну набережну! поряд багато кафе . Мені все сподобалось! Дякую ! Барселона як завжди прекрасна мені все сподобалось

• Marco (9/5): Appartamento comodo nel centro storico.... - Appartamento silenzioso nonostante la posizione centrale(tra il Barrio Gotico e il Born). Si può girare il centro storico a piede.L'appartamento era pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario.Letti comodi.Apprezzata la chiave digitale per l accesso. Avrei gradito più flessibilità nel check in/check out.Il check in è alle 15 e il check out alle 11.Se si hanno aerei non comodi con questi orari bisogna trovare un deposito bagagli(alternativa è girare in città con il bagaglio).

• lucrezia (7/5): Soggiorno a barcellona - Posizione, disponibilità dell'host Se fossero stati presenti alcune accortezze molto semplici tipo delle tovagliette per la colazione o dei strofinacci per asciugare quello che si utilizza avrei dato il massimo del punteggio. Cmq ci siamo trovati bene

• Thomas (5/5): Disappointing condition of our favorite apartment in Barcelona. - Even though I paid 50 euros extra for an early check-in at 11 a.m, i had to call the company to activate the code manually,, because the system did not recognize the payment. However, a very helpful English-speaking agent was able to get us into the apartment. A few notes about the Van Gogh Apartment: The center and right hand lights over the kitchen are very dim. There is no spatula among the kitchen cooking utensils. The toilet seat is broken; a screw in the hinge has worked loose. The bottom section of the sofa keeps opening for some reason. There is barely enough hot water for two showers within 30 minutes. In general, the apartment shows signs of wear and lack of maintenance. The light shades along the long wall are crushed and need replacing. The wall itself has obviously not been painted in a long time. The accent wall looks like it was recently painted but not the rest of the apartment. The rest of the walls have dark scuff marks, and the baseboards show damage. We have stayed at the Van Gogh Apartment since 2016, and we still love the location and the layout. But the price has increased substantially while the condition of the apartment has declined. I doubt that we will consider the Van Gogh again the next time we visit Barcelona.

• Thomás (9/5): Excelente localização e bom atendimento. - Localização excelente e boa funcionalidade. Tudo limpo e organizado. Problemas na chegada com a abertura da porta do edifício mas a equipe prontamente retornou e deu certo.

• Olga (8/5): Value for money - Quite nice appartment, very fast response from the host. If you are looking for authentic Spanish flat - that’s it! All was good. Locker change during our stay was not let me enjoy it for 100% as my mom and daughter has to eat half of the day on the apartment to wait technician and clean after.
• Lixian (1/5): Bad - Big Space for the family. Good location. Poor service. We have informed the apartment agent we will arrive around 10 am he still insists to receive us at 3 pm. Also there is no place to leave our baggages to the Apartment. We have to carry our two big luggages around the city. We have asked for quilts and the agent asked us to call the hotel ourselves. It is really unacceptable. The shower is not very warm and you should be quick to finish your showers otherwise you will be freezing. If you don't mind to carry your luggage before 3pm your checkin time and after 11am your checkout time. it could be a choice for boarding.
