• Diana Milena (5/5): Me lo esperaba . mejor - Que es amplio las habitaciones El barrio ,lo alto que está, la Comunidad El TV no era Smart y no pudimos pasar una peli del móvil a el para verla.
• Joulé (4/5): Un peu décevant, quant à la propreté et une grande déception billet pour la Sagrada Família réserver à l’avance et malhe - Pas trop mal situé service de bus à proximité. L’appartement est bruyant, très sale la partie commune, l’intérieur moyen de propreté, une seule casserole avec de la rouille au fond et une bouilloire avec l’intérieur noir au fond.
• JoAnne (4/5): Do not consider this unless you are without another choice. - The location was great. The bus stop was right outside the door and it was great. It was close to Park Guell which was great. It was a quiet neighbourhood. It gave a very good sense of being a resident in Barcelona. There was a washing machine which was helpful for longer stays. The kitchen and fridge are suitable for cooking. - the toilet to sink placement makes it very tight to sit at the toilet. Knees touch the vanity drawers at the sink. If it were not there, it would be better. - there are no ventilation systems other than windows in the bathroom, which can look into the neighbour's window. - 2 rolls of toilet paper for 4 people and 5 days - not enough hooks in the bathroom - there was mold at the ceiling above the shower, which was concerning - kitchen had exactly 4 sets of dishes; limited usage for serving food - 5 days and 1 dish washing tablet for dishwasher - no condiments in the kitchen (no salt, sugar, pepper, oil) for cooking - bedrooms: 1 room had a fan that works, 1 room had a fan that does not work, 1 room did not have a fan - beds were very soft - couch in the sitting room had stains - dining table chairs are outdoor chairs, uncomfortable for dining or sitting - the photos do not present the space correctly -- it is very narrow and small - the staircase for moving the luggage is very narrow and unlit. Safety and security are not appropriate. We reported the issues after the first day to Booking.com and they contacted the manager, we received no improvements. Instead, the manager messaged through Booking.com "have you left?" "we will change the access code." There was no other contact from that point. For this price range, it was a huge disappointment. Every day, it would take us more than 30 mins to get to other tourist locations and it was impossible to walk up the hill to the house, it was very steep, so much so that when it rained, cars had trouble getting up the hill.

• Antonietta (8/5): - La pozione è perfetta per raggiungere tutte le attrazioni anche a piedi. Sebbene lontana dal centro a pochi metri dalla struttura ci sono le fermate di autobus che collegano con il centro di Barcellona e con la metro.

• ELENA (2/5): No lo recomiendo - Está muy lejos, si vas en metro hay que subir una cuesta inmensa y la calidad de las instalaciones por el precio es un robo.
• Ana Filipa (5/5): - As camas são confortáveis. Existem imensos transportes perto do alojamento, facilitando a deslocação aos pontos turísticos. A casa não está totalmente preparada para receber os hóspedes, há muito poucos utensílios de cozinha, não há panos na cozinha, não há cafeteira funcional (a que existe não funciona na placa de indução) e a torradeira está queimada. Tivemos um incidente com o chuveiro no último dia e não obtivemos nenhuma solução por parte dos proprietários.
• DEDISSE (2/5): Très déçu de l’endroit qui ne correspondait pas à nos attentes et le dialogue avec le propriétaire a été compliqué. Aucu - Proximité avec les commerces, les bus… Le manque d’équipements (cafetière, couverts, petites cuillères, liquide vaisselle, plaque pour le four) L’énorme difficulté pour le stationnement, il est en effet très compliqué de trouver une place pour se garer aux abords de l’appartement. Cela nous a valu une amende de 218 € car notre voiture de location s’est retrouvée à la fourrière. Le manque de communication et de considération du propriétaire (pas informés des travaux effectués durant notre séjour dans le couloir avec les nuisances sonores que ça incombe : coups de marteau, perceuse, coupures d’électricité). Il nous manquait une cafetière, celle-ci nous a été amenée à l’appartement sans que nous en soyons informés. Elle a été déposée quand nous étions absents). Les photos publiées sur l’annonce ne correspondent pas toutes à l’appartement que nous avons loué : le salon comporte deux fenêtres sur la photo alors que nous n’en avions qu’une dans celui que nous avons loué.

• vera (8/5): Uma estadia agradável, bom custo benefício! - Bairro agradável, porém no alto com ruas de ladeiras. Muito bem servido de linhas de ônibus, que te levam para todos os pontos turísticos ou até as estações de metrô. Tem uma estação perto porém 10 minutos de ladeira. Próximo ao Parque Guell ( curta caminhada ) A única coisa que eu realmente não gostei, foi de não ter uma cafeteira, fui obrigada a tomar café solúvel, o que me deixa muito triste 😞

• Alfredo (10/5): Buono, ma… - La casa è spaziosa e, seppur un po’ fuori zona, ha fermate pullman vicino e due fermate metro a 10 minuti a piedi, quindi assolutamente ben collegata con il centro città. C’è tutto il necessario per un pernottamento di pochi giorni per godersi Barcellona. La pulizia lascia a desiderare, si potrebbe fare di più. Qualche piccola ristrutturazione non sarebbe male.
• Wiktoria (8/5): lokalizacja obiektu jak i infrastruktura dookola jest naprawde dogodna linie tmb pozwalaja na szybki dojazd do centrum z - bliskosc do najblizszej stacji metra, bunkers del carmel, oraz przystanki autobusowe tuz pod wyjsciem z budynku. dodatkowo sklep spozywczy od razu obok wyjscia. mimo 5 osob w obiekcie nie czulo sie scisku w najmniejszym stopniu. wifi wystarczajaco szybkie. niestety duzo problemow z czystoscia, na swoim lozku znalazlem pojedyncze mrowki, na suficie w dwoch miejscach grzyb. niestety nawet naczynia byly brudne zaczynajac od talerzy przez polmiski i garnki az do sztuccow. dodatkowo 2 rolki papieru toaletowego na 5 osob to troche takie symboliczne pokazanie: "radz sobie". kupilismy wieksze opakowanie i zostawilismy moze kolejni goscie beda mogli skorzystac z wiekszej ilosci papieru.

Korteris oleks võinud olla ka veekeetja kohvi/tee jaoks. potid pannid ja röster ja pliit,mikrolaineahi kõik olemas. Toolid tahavad veidikene üle remontimist ja eelmised külalised on olnud halvad, toolidega on ära nühitud sein.

• Sara (8/5): MUY RECOMENDABLE - Bien ubicado para nuestro fin. Pero tiene buena combinación de transporte público. Amplio, limpio y camas cómodas. Tuvimos un problema con el secador de pelo y nos trajeron otro. Buena comunicación con el anfitrión. Deberían revisar los electrodomésticos, por ejemplo, el horno no tenía bandeja y el tostador no funcionaba correctamente. Edificio antiguo pero el interior reformado en gran parte.
• Valeriia (6/5): Good apartment but very poorly maintained - Not central but pleasant location close to Park Guell. Easy communication and check-in Unfortunately, the apartment is extremely dirty. Being there with a 1-year old was not comfortable. The appliances like kettle or toaster are literally falling apart. There are no towels for the kitchen, nothing to make the stay pleasant, just the basics. It’s a pity that the apartment is so badly maintained. The neighbours can be noisy, especially on Saturday and Sunday night. The bedrooms have no windows.

• Justyna (7/5): - To co było na plus to na pewno wielkość mieszkania - na spokojnie można przyjechać nawet w kilka osób i znaleźć kąt dla siebie. Było również czysto, choć nie idealnie - prysznic mógłby zostać lepiej wyczyszczony. Jednak poza tym nie ma się do czego przyczepić. Na plus również kontakt z obsługą - bardzo szybki, a sama obsługa miła i pomocna. Również lokalizacja była w porządku. Do centrum jest co prawda kawałek, ale bez problemu można skorzystać z przystanku, który jest usytuowany zaraz obok budynku. Poza tym spokojna okolica, w której można zrobić zakupy spożywcze czy zjeść coś na miejscu. Dodatkowy plus to klimatyzacja w salonie - sprawdzi się o każdej porze roku. Podobało mi się również łóżko, było bardzo wygodne. Cena również była w porządku za te warunki. Największym minusem jest wchodzenie do mieszkania - nie dostaje się kluczy, można wejść jedynie za pomocą kodu. Kod niestety jest bardzo prosty i obawiam się, że bez problemu do odgadnięcia dla wynajmujących pozostałe mieszkania. Znacząco to wpłynęło na nasze poczucie bezpieczeństwa podczas pobytu. Kolejnym minusem były skomplikowane kaloryfery, których obsługa dla osoby spoza Hiszpanii może stanowić zagadkę, jednak finalnie udało sie je nastawić z pomocą Pani z obsługi. Jeżeli chodzi o wyposażenie, to było w porządku, ale brakowało kieliszków do wina i suszarki do włosów (finalnie jednak została nam dowieziona). Dostałyśmy też tylko dwie rolki papieru toaletowego na dwie osoby na 3 dni. W ostatnim dniu już go nam zabrakło. Kolejny minus to cienkie ściany. Bardzo słychać osoby z innych mieszkań. Niekiedy miałam wrażenie, jakby były w naszym mieszkaniu, tak bardzo roznosił się głos. Ponadto w sypialniach jest ciemno. Wydaje mi się, że nie miały one typowych okien wychodzących na ulicę czy podwórko. Były też zasłonięte grubą zasłoną.

• Maria Luísa (7/5): Zona periférica de Barcelona. Considerando preços de Barcelona, boa relação qualidade preço - Bastante espaçoso. Chuveiro com boa pressão e água quente. Aquecedores em todas as divisões. A escassos metros de transportes, cafés e supermercados (30-40 min de autocarro até ao centro). Perto do park guell e de uma das melhores vistas da cidade. Apartamento com bastantes sinais de desgaste. Limpeza poderia ser melhorada.

• Inês (10/5): Em geral gostamos, preço qualidade bom, acesso a transportes e deslocações muito fáceis para o centro. - Ter autocarro mesmo á porta. Mercearias e ter o essencial para a estadia. Poucas tomadas para carregar telemóveis e etc. O frigorífico fazia muito barulho, mas funcionava. As janelas dos quartos davam vista para as escadas do prédio.

El apartamento necesita una puesta a punto: pintarlo, arreglar la ducha porque da calambre el grifo, sólo había 3 tenedores y 3 cuchillos cuando éramos 4, sólo hay calefacción en las habitaciones y salón y en el resto de la casa te quedas helado...etc

• Kinga (2/5): Barcelona super, mieszkanie porażka - wygodne łóżka Mieszkanie nr 1. Po przyjeździe na miejsce, zastałyśmy zimne mroczne pomieszczenia z zapachem stęchłej rocznej szmaty, brudne. Ogrzewanie wyłączone i dopiero na drugi dzień czuć było ciepło. Siedziałyśmy wieczorem w kurtach, butach i czapce, a i tak miałyśmy nosy i dłonie zmarznięte. Do tego okazało się, że tylko w części jadanej, dostęp jest do naturalnego źródła światła, pozostałe okna wychodzą na zatęchłą od grzyba ścianę - o czym nie było informacji w ofercie. Ekspres do kawy to kawiarka. Brak soli, cukru, pieprzu, kawy czy herbaty. Toster owszem jest, ale po przygodzie z suszarką do włosów, która w sekundzie po podłączeniu zaczęła się dosłownie palić (bez przesady, żarzyła się wewnątrz na pomarańczowo i wydobywał się szary śmierdzący dym spalonego plastiku, na chwile jeszcze po odłączeniu od gniazdka) bałam się zaryzykować z tosterem, który wyglądał, jakby dawno powinien przejść na emeryturę. Prysznic z grzybem i pleśnią, a co najlepsze, po włączeniu wody, słuchawka dosłownie odpadła (chyba była pęknięta na gwincie) nabijając mi guza na głowie. Brak w kuchni jakiś ścierek czy ręcznika papierowego. Pościel tylko na jednym podwójnym łóżku była kompletna, na pozostałych, kołdra powleczona dwoma prześcieradłami (?). Po zgłoszeniu tych wszystkich usterek właścicielowi mieszkania, wysyłając pytanie czy ma może do dyspozycji mieszkanie w lepszym stanie technicznym lub w przypadku jego braku po prostu rezygnacji z dokonanej rezerwacji, wysnuł wobec mnie podejrzenia, że chce mieszkać za darmo i kompletnie nie rozumie mojego rozczarowania jakością mieszkania. A tak z plusów może dodam to, że łóżka są miękkie i wygodne, więc jak ktoś chce się wyspać ( bo po zgaszeniu światła przez dobę w sypialni jest ciemno jak w trumnie u Drakuli) i nie przeszkadzają mu wyżej wymienione niedogodności to polecam, w innym przypadku odradzam to miejsce. A na zakończenie dodam, że w ostatni dzień o 9,30 od tak, weszło sobie do mieszkania 2 mężczyzn, zostawię to bez komentarza.
• Katie (6/5): - The beds are really comfy and there are several to choose from. Whilst the location isn't central, the local amenities are good and the transport links are just outside the door. The apartment is laid out in a very strange way. The living room is very cold compared to the rest of the apartment because the windows are not big enough for the frames so dont latch closed. The "terrace" is an enclosed space, with a roof, that wouldnt fit 1 person on it comfortably. The bathroom needs an upgrade, the sink is too close to the toilet so you have to sit sideways, the hot water doesn't last for more than 10 minutes in a shower and there's a constant smell of sewage. The main front door handle, that leads to the street, broke whilst we were there too.

• Luca (5/5): - Zona buona Appartamento spoglio, senza balcone, sprovvisto di quasi ogni prodotto di benvenuto ( bottiglia di acqua, detersivo lavatrice, sale, zucchero ecc.) Cucina sprovvista con però lavastoviglie e bollitore per te, no macchina caffè. C'è una tv. I proprietari non si sono mai fatti vivi personalmente. Tutto sommato ok. Non curatissimo e si poteva aggiungere benissimo qualche elemento decorativo. Nel complesso è un appartamento ben localizzato con il minimo essenziale. Per mezza giornata su tre giorni l'acqua calda non funzionava. C'era inoltre una presa elettrica fuori dalla parete con cavi sporgenti nella camera con il letto a castello

• Gioperkele (10/5): - Ottimo appartamento: pulito, spazioso e dotato di ogni comfort. Il check in e check out sono stati molto semplici grazie ai codici forniti qualche giorno prima. Nei dintorni ci sono supermercati e fermate di autobus. Il Park Guell è a pochi minuti a piedi. Mi sono trovata molto bene.

• Mariia (6/5): Znośnie , za tą kasę da się przeżyć trzy dni - Zameldowanie i wymeldowanie za pomocą kodu, brak kontaktu z gospodarzem. Na 3 osoby mieliśmy tylko dwa zestawy produktów do mycia , tylko trzy rolki papieru na 3 dni żadnych ścierek na kuchni , ani soli ani pieprzu ani oleju totalnie nic z tych rzeczy. WiFi absolutnie nie działało w żadnym pokoju , drzwi cały czas się zacinały i nie mogliśmy je zamknąć. Zdjęcia nie odpowiadają rzeczywistości, tylko jeden pokój miał normalne okno

• Yana (1/5): The owners ghosted me, and left me without WiFi. - Not that bad place to stay, but the owners deserve -10/10, cause they were ignoring me. The wifi wasn’t working, so I tried to contact them, but they decided to ghost me. WiFi is a must be in every apartment. But what would happen, if I need something even more important?

• Karine (5/5): Beaucoup trop cher pour la prestation offerte - L'appartement était spacieux la proximité des bus et la vue sur la ville. Quasiment tous les commerces de proximité à quelques pas de l'appartement Sur la description booking il était marqué qu'on pouvait se garer pas loin or c'est faux il n'y a absolument aucune place de parking pour les touristes. Le tuyau de douche avait une fuite, le frigo congélateur à un bruit de moteur insupportable jour comme nuit, même après réclamation la wi-fi n'a jamais fonctionné, la télévision en wi-fi ne proposait que quelques chaînes inintéressante, il n'y avait aucune machine à café électrique ou manuel et même après l'avoir mentionné par téléphone personne n'est venu mettre la machine à café. Aucune fenêtre dans les 3 chambres pour aérer: les ouvertures considérées comme des fenêtres donne sur des cages d'escalier ou des murs. Il n'y avait pas de petite cuillère et les ustensiles de cuisine se comptaient sur les doigts d'une main. Il y avait bien un sèche-cheveux mais lambeau était cassé donc inutile
• Camelia (4/5): Dissapointed - I was very dissapointed about this location. No internet no clean and available cofee cup no cofee maker . Only 2 store arround but opened at 9.30 . Nice view anyway but only from the roof terace . The bedroom have only window to the stairs halls . The walls are thin and over night no chance to sleep . You can hear the voice of the neighbours who are talking . If you have a oarty guys or visitots at 3 am no chance to sleep . The cups must be changed because are stained not suitable for use . The beds sheets was strange , no dubet cover just only 2 normal sheets . Strange , they don t have duvet covers ? Why are 2 plane sheet to cover the duvet ? Is not confortable and not hygienic. But the worst thing was the absence of internet . They gave password but without internet . I am very dissapointed about this location . 😕 The terrace view

• Petr Sodomka (5/5): - Lokalita, možnost prát prádlo Nefunkční WiFi připojení, na chodbě nejde vypnout světlo, tudíž se dostává oknem do místnosti v noci a nejde spát. Chybí prkénko, utěrky a další věci potřebné v kuchyni. Okna do ulice nejdou úplně zavřít. Není možnost parkování auta, ani na ulici u apartmentu, majitel nedokáže poradit s parkováním. Doporučuji si parkování předem vyhledat nebo objednat.

• Mario (5/5): - Está todo limpio y nuevo Les pedí dejar las maletas una hora más hasta las 12,30 ya que la ubicacion está alejada del centro, mi madre es una persona mayor y quería enseñarle el Park Güell que está al lado por no estar subiendo y bajando. No dejan entrar a los nuevos inquilinos hasta las 15h por lo que no debería afectar dejar esas maletas una hora más. Me han denegado la petición, que no impide para nada limpiar el apartamento. Empatía mínima.
• Sergio (7/5): - El espacio es amplio. No es central pero con buena conectividad Todo funciona pero hay artefactos y mobiliario que requieren mantenimiento
• Leo (8/5): - Nonostante la struttura sia un po' fuori dal centro e raggiungibile in modo comodo con mezzi pubblici. Immediatamente sotto l'appartamento vi sono collegamenti per il centro di continuo ed H24.Abbiamo avuto accesso alla struttura in maniera comoda è veloce,le spiegazioni che ci sono state fornite sono state eccellenti. Appartamento confortevole e pulito.
• Jonathan Brivio (7/5): Nothing big to worry about - The house is comfortable and well taken care of. Near to a supermarket that is open until 23 so you're covered 100% If you need anything. Also close to the park G and well connected with the bus to everywhere else. I didn't enjoy waking up at every little sound because the door didn't have a key, just a very complex 1234 password. I wonder how many people could just walk in whenever they wanted? Secondly, the shower was broken the first night but we didn't report it, even if we appreciated the proactivity as they fixed it the day after, it was done while we were out, but no one even told us they were coming in to fix it. Clearly, we realized it only when taking a shower again that it was magically fixed 🙄.

• arteaga otaño (5/5): Ubicación lejana y hospedaje justito - Las vistas La casa no estaba demasiado limpia, tuvimos que fregar todo el menaje porque estaba sucio, la ducha con pelos... Además me pareció escaso el menaje, solo había 1 cazuela...
