Ar mai putea fi îmbunătățită curățenia și anumite electronice nu funcționau ( mașina de spălat și un ochi de la plită )

• Yuki (8/5): とても良かったです。 - コンベンションセンターでの会議に参加するために家族で利用しました。コンベンションセンターやショッピングモールに近く、またトラムの駅からも近かったので、会議の参加だけでなく、出張の合間の買い物や観光にも便利でした。ホストはとても親切で、水や軽食など必要なものをたくさん用意して下さっていたため、一日目から快適に過ごすことができました。滞在中にちょっとしたことを質問したときにもすぐに答えていただき助かりました。エレベーターがあったので、荷物の運搬が楽でした。湯船はありませんが、シャワーの水量や温度も十分だったので問題ありませんでした。 ほとんどありません。バルコニーへの扉の鍵が閉まりづらかったので、小さい子供がいる場合は少し気をつけたほうがいいかもしれません。

• Yazmin (10/5): Quiet location, modern apartment! - Great location, lovely clean apartment. Host was very helpful and made instructions very clear even provided recommendations. They were helpful from booking until after the stay Nothing, everything was perfect for our group of 5! Only thing to note is balcony looks over a school so there was a bit of noise at break times but there’s noise everywhere in BCN! Didn’t impact the stay at all

• Zsofia (10/5): Comfortable and well-equipped apartment close to the beach and well connected to the center! - The apartment was spacious, 5 people (4 adults, one child) comfortably fit. Th beds were very comfortable. The apartment is an excellent place to retreat to after discovering Barcelona. It was extremely well equipped, we found everything we needed to prepare breakfast or dinner. The location is also ideal: well-connected to the public transport system. Supermarkets, shops just few meters away. Honestly, there was no real downside of the apartment.

• Grainne (8/5): Very good - The apartment was a ten minute walk to the beach. Close to a large shopping centre with a huge supermarket inside. The bus and tram stops were a two minute walk away so easy access to the city centre and all the tourist attractions. There was a washing machine which we used daily after the beach. Also a small balcony where you could sit and watch the sunrise/ sunset. Additional towels would be helpful as we spent part of every day at the beach.

Getting the keys and dropping the keys was a bit problematic, but the owner was on top of it and helped. I understand she is looking into another solution
• Tibor (10/5): Very nice apartman close to the see. - We had to organize the food for ourself. It is an apartman. Everything was good. Just the Spanish people are a little bit loud sometimes. 🙂
• Marian (7/5): Good - very good location, spacious apartment in good condition, very friendly host, all details about apartment given in time and very precisely, safe neighbourhood floors could have been cleaner (cannot walk barefoot without ending up with dirty socks), equipment of kitchen could be better (difficult to prepare food for baby with the cooking tools available), quite cold in the apartment at night despite heat ventilators
• Ekaterina (9/5): Nice apartment for a larger group - Location is perfect, far enough from the city center to be quiet an night but the city can be easily reached by public transportation or even on foot if you're up for a bit of a walk. Closeness to the beach was a big plus for us. Also many small and big grocery stores and cafes in close proximity. The apartment had everything we needed in terms of furniture, kitchen appliances and utensils. Very friendly host, always replied very quickly. We arrived at the apartment much earlier than agreed upon and were able to check in earlier. Overall a very pleasant stay - thanks Arai! One of the bedrooms is very small, so we had to keep one of our suitcases in the living room, but this is an absolutely minor issue. Right next to the house is a school and the children always started running outside at about 8:30 am. This did not bother us much but if you are a light sleeper and like to sleep in, you might want to bring ear plugs.

• Pavelbal (9/5): Excellent value for money - Very quick whatsapp support on every issue. Comfortable and very well equipped apartment. Plenty of free parking space across the road within a minute from the building. Shopping mall with enormous food court for every taste within 5 minutes of walk. Plenty of public transport around. 12 minutes drive from Sagrada Familia. We were a group of two pairs and the aparment has only one bathroom. Otherwise it's still a very good value for money.

• Larisa (9/5): It was great! - The host was very nice and helpful in giving us information about our stay, restaurants and objectives to visit, as well as in helping us solve the issues or any other questions we asked. The apartment was very close to the beach and to the mall. Also it's on one of the main boulevards of Barcelona which is linked with every attraction nearby. Also metro/tram/bus stations were very close, as well as a parking spot for cars (near Selva del mar metro station). It has a big terrace on which you can sit and enjoy the spanish summer. The guy we were supposed to pick up the keys from didn't want to provide us the keys, stating he didn't find them (worth mentioning we had to pick them up from a store and not from the owner herself). Luckily the owner told the cleaning lady to hand them to us and problem was solved immediately. Another problem we had with the water boiler which was leaking pretty bad, whenever we had to take showers, it would fill up a big pot... after leaving for a day we found that the water filled the pot and leaked everywhere in the kitchen. The owner called a plumber but he didn't really stop the problem, only partially stopping the leakage (which was also slipping on the power supply).
