• Lilit (5/5): - Местоположение отлично. Чистота хорошая. Рядом много магазинов открити 24 часов. Очень хорошая спокойная квартира. 1 етаже сидит очень дружелюбный молодой парень ... Лифт не поднимается 2 етаж.сумки ручной надо таскать. чайника нет в квартире.в здании ремонт фасада из балконов ничего не видно...

• Heather (6/5): Good location with plenty of space but tired and jaded internal decor - The location is very good - 10 mins walk to the Sagrada Familia - a nice neighbourhood . A spacious apartment with good size kitchen. Beds clean and comfortable The property is in need of updating and is “tired” and underwhelming! The apartment only soft seating is a brown sofa that needs replaced and I didnt want to use it during my stay! The dining table has seating for 4 - there were 7 of us in the 4 bedroom apt! With a bit more care and attention the apt could be much nicer - would not want to stay longer than a weekend!
• Truman (6/5): Very challenging check in process with poor instruction available, I have to call customer service multiple times for as - Spacious, comfortable Elevator is broken, which is important with heavy luggage. We have to bring our luggages to second floor and dragged them down to first floor. The entire rooms electric power shut off every time we open the main door. Very unusual to BnB that we stayed before.
• Chuka (3/5): I was not pleased with the property and it was not value for money. - The location of the property was generally okay There was an ongoing renovation work ongoing at the apartments above hence the noise was disturbing. One of the towels kept was infested with mold. The check in instruction was incorrect. It indicated that the property was located on the 3rd floor meanwhile it was on the 1st floor. This brought a lot of confusion at check in. The property has a lot of issues. The lift was not working. There was no cleaning offered for my entire 8 night stay
• Ariel (7/5): Good - The beds were comfortable, with air conditioned rooms. there was enough space for all 8 adults visiting. The kitchen was spacious and well equipped. Nice and clean. Host was helpful with using the key App to the apartment. There were a few things that made our stay incomplete. First of all, there was not enough hot water for all of us at the end of the day. We had to wait for the next day to shower. We also couldn't find rubbish bags and toilet paper (That were supposed to be provided), even though the host said there should be extras available. The host didn't help when we tried asking about these issues. Also, we didn't know that there is an insurance policy of having the electricity connected to the front door, having all the lights in the apartment turn off when one opens the door.

• Dinesh (7/5): Exceptionally located apartment, but not value for money - Location was exceptional. Apartment was clean. Many things: 1. Kitchen did not have proper utensils. Small pans were not there. Only 2 very big pans. Cups were also not there for 7 people. 2. When the apartment is booked (and paid) for 5 days, there should be enough replenishment for the duration of stay (e.g., dishwasher tablets, soap, toilet paper). 3. WiFi does not work in entire house. One part, close to entrance, was very bad. 4. Whenever the main apartment door opens, the lights get switched off. This is annoying, especially in the nights and if someone is in the bathroom! 5. Hot water was also OK for first 4-5 people. The last ones had to bathe in cold water! 6. Would have appreciated more guidance for car parking and especially for electric car charging, which was the biggest inconvenience (not for apartment, but Barcelona as a city).
• Desiree (4/5): Disappointing - Kitchen is good With 2 CR -Both CR Door cant be locked -Check in is around 3pm and they message us around 1:45pm ,that because of Cleaning issue we will be able to check in around 4:30pm.when i ask them if there any lounge so that we can wait or rest while waiting,we don’t receive any reply -They contacted us if they need something or to inform something - - expect to receive Reply/Answer a day after . -only one key -the App to open the Door-sometime it doesn’t function -opening the Apartment Door ,automatically all the Light/Electricity will turn off.
