• ajisai (9/5): - 立地が素晴らしい。窓から顔を出すとサグラダファミリアが見え、徒歩圏内、地下鉄に乗りやすい、閑静で美しい地区に位置し、近くに美味しいパン屋さんや八百屋さんがありとても気に入りました。おしゃれな部屋で雰囲気が良くソファーもあり3人で過ごすにはちょうど良いサイズでした。大きな冷蔵庫、食事をとるに十分な食器、少量サイズのオリーブオイル、塩、ミルク、水、オレンジジュースなどのサービスはとてもありがたかった。トイレが2つあること、洗濯機、ドライヤーなど良かった。ホストは親切で連絡は取りやすかった。鍵の受け渡しのためのやり取りが必須。 良くない程ではないが、より快適にするために感じたことをいくつかあげるとすると、家具の立て付けが悪いところがあった。特にマスターベッドルームのお風呂の扉を直してほしい。ダブルベッドは大きい人が2人で寝るにはやや小さい。シャンプーはシャワージェルと兼ねたものがひとつあり、ヘアコンディショナーはない。

• RCGibb (10/5): Fantastic spot for a restful visit to Barcelona. - This was a fantastic relaxing spot for my family to explore Barcelona. The staff were amazing to deal with getting checked in, though the check-in location was a little far from the actual property, they were helpful and easy to deal with. We loved the privacy and the layout worked well with our two young children. It was a short walk to Sagrada Familia and the metro system was close and extremely accessible. There were recycling bins in front of the building (beyond their control) with glass bottles being thrown in late into the night which was loud.

Eve sadece yatmak için geliniyor. Malesef konforsuz VE kalitesiz yataklar seçilmiş. Kaldığımız 2 günde de yorgun uyandık. 2.olarak geç check in ücreti diye bir uygulamaları var. Resmen soygun. Akşam saat 21'den sonra gelirseniz 30 euro ödüyorsunuz. Uçak saatimiz 18 di. Eve saat 22 de giriş yaptik. Evi daha az kullanacaksınız, daha az elektrik, daha az su tuketeceksiniz ama işletmeye 30 euro daha fazla ödemeniz gerekecek. Müşteri nasıl kaziklanir konusunda seviyeyi çok yukarı taşıyan bir uygulama.Eve giriş için sadece bir link gonderdiler. Kapılar o link ile açılıyor. Personelimiz o saatte sizin için oradaydı diyeceklerdir.Ancak hiç ihtiyaç yoktu.
• Peter (8/5): A good apartment for four people - Close to public transport. Spacious enough for four people. Staff and communication were great. Lovely welcome pack of snacks and drinks upon arrival. Good facilities inside apartment: towels, iron, washing machine, dishwasher, airer.. There was even detergent provided for washing clothes and washing dishes. Convenient locker facility for storing luggage in the main office. The sofa itself is not in the best condition. The person who slept on it is a resilient sleeper but complained that the sofa was not sturdy, stable, and firm enough. Indeed, when lying down, you could feel that it was wobbly and somewhat squeaky.

Only wished that the office was closer to the apartment itself. Location of apartment is great for visiting Sagrada Familia, but not necessarily for other sights / food options in the area.

Good beds, great water pressure in the showers. Very nice welcome package in the kitchen. There was no drying rack, but it was a very minor inconvenience

• Thanasis (9/5): - Η τοποθεσία, πολύ κοντά με τα πόδια στη Σαγράδα φαμίλια και στη στάση του μετρό. Το διαμέρισμα είναι μικρό αλλά έχει ότι χρειάζεται για άνετη διαμονή. Εκτιμήσαμε το δώρο καλωσορίσματος και το γεγονός ότι μας δόθηκαν δύο ζευγάρια κλειδιά. Ζητήθηκε εγγύηση η οποία φαινόταν στα πολύ ψιλά γράμματα της κράτησης. Αν και κατανοούμε τον λόγο,θα έπρεπε να είναι ξεκάθαρο όταν γίνεται η κράτηση. Τρεις μέρες πριν το ταξίδι μας έπρεπε να καταθέσουμε το ποσό ( που δεν ήταν και λίγο) και μάλιστα με τρόπο που θεωρήσαμε εκβιαστικό ( αν δεν το κάναμε θα ακυρωνόταν η κράτηση). Παρότι αποδείχτηκε ότι τελικά ήταν ασφαλές και το ποσό επιστράφηκε πέντε μέρες μετά την επιστροφή μας, η όλη διαδικασία μας δημιούργησε έξτρα άγχος. Επίσης θα ήταν καλό να υπάρχει ένα μέρος για να απλώνεις ρούχα. Στο μικρό μπάνιο πρέπει να διορθωθεί η θέση του καθρέπτη.

• Cristina (1/5): É stato un soggiorno catastrofico. Your stylish voleva organizzarci un taxi per comprensione mal‘ho dovuto pagare io! Ma - L‘arredamento. L’appartamento era pulito. Zona centrale. Per tutto il nostro soggiorno non abbiamo avuto acqua calda. Quindi tutti e 4 ci siamo dovuti fare la doccia con l’acqua fredda 😭🥶 Una sera torniamo a casa, qualche ora prima era venuto il tecnico per aggiustare lo scaldino. Invece c’era il corridoio allagato perché lo scaldino perdeva acqua. Uno di loro è venuto per l’una e mezza di notte. Ma nn ha potuto fare niente ha fatto solo in modo che non gocciolava più. Ugualmente nn avevamo acqua calda.

• Nancy Primoy (3/5): Overpriced disappointment! - Too small for the price, uncomfortable couch and not well taken care of. They charge a deposit but many things are broken or a health hazard. Like the toaster, next to the sink and with the control wheel broken. The oven with a weird extra small thing where you're supposed to balance and oven sheet. The central heater, also it's not working properly and they know because they provide other electric heater devices. So they know things are broken and choose not to replace them and yet the charge a deposit and premium prices per night. Over all, a disappointment and you leave this place feeling a little bit scammed...

• Manu72To (9/5): - Struttura pulita e molto funzionale. Kit di benvenuto molto gradito.Personale tempestivo nel rispondere e nell'assisterci per qualsiasi esigenza (es.depisito bagaglio). Atrio del condominio in cui si trova l'appartamento. Uno spunto di miglioramento sulla doccia del bagno della camera matrimoniale: bella doccia ampia ma servirebbe una parete in vetro un po' più lunga per non allagare il bagno.

• Madeline (10/5): - Very comfy, location was close to Sagrada Familia and easy to get to taxi/metro from other places. Having two full bathrooms and a laundry machine plus a drying rack was great. There is also a full kitchen, though we didn't use it. I suggest enclosing the shower on the smaller full bathroom because water goes all over the floor because one of the sides has a large gap in the shower wall.

It is highly recommended because you are super well connected with all sightseeing parts of Barcelona. Hosts were super professional and communication was 10/10. Also, it is very safe area and building. Sofa in the living room was very uncomfortable for sleeping and it gets a bit chilly in the separate bedroom because there was no heat there (or I didn't figure it out).

• Thomas (9/5): - The location was great, just 8’ away from 2 metro stations, close to good breakfast spots, and 8’ away from Sagrada Familia. Very clean, quite comfy, very quiet and very convenient with 2 bathrooms. Also appreciated the welcome gifts. The only thing we did’t like was the shower in the main bedroom. The flooring of the shower is wobbly and as a result I almost fell and hit when showering. So I had to switch to the small shower for the next days.

• MONICA (8/5): NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE - Location is excellent and close to Sagrada Familia and Sant Pau Modernist besides 2 subway stations that are at walking distance We have chosen an apartment to be more comfortable during our 7-day trip to Barcelona; that included having some meals in the apt. Unfortunately we noticed in the very first day that the refrigerator was not working. We advised the administrator who said they’d take care of it. After 2 days I had to contact them again and was notified they’d need to replace it but didn’t know when. Also, one of the bathroom’s shower glass was missing what makes the place totally wet and messy after each shower. When I told the host about that they simply said “they were sorry”. We paid a reasonable amount for staying in a place without fridge and a bathroom with a missing glass. If we had been informed beforehand, I’d rather chose a hotel room.

Zona centrale ma sicura e tranquilla. Disponibilità negozi e supermercati a 5 minuti a piedi. Miglioreri la disponibilità dell'attrezzatura cucina.

The host answered immediately, both check in and check out went smoothly. There were a security problem prior to check-in. Company should react qiucker and warn guests against fraudulent emails. It was inconvienient and stressful.

• Sandy (7/5): Un séjour agréable - Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cet appartement bien situé, fidèle à l’annonce. L’accueil a été très agréable, la personne sur place était disponible et gentille, malgré la barrière de la langue, l’échange s’est très bien passé. L’appartement était globalement confortable. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le petit panier d’accueil, une très belle attention qui fait la différence. Cela reste une bonne adresse pour découvrir la région ! Le lit manquait un peu de confort, ce qui a légèrement impacté la qualité de notre sommeil.

• Isabel (9/5): We enjoyed our stay very much - The welcome gift was a delightful surprise. The decoration has a good taste and makes the apartment very appealing. The location is fantastic. The kitchen was well equipped. The beds are comfortable. The space is cozy and inviting for a small family group like ours. Having two bathrooms is a plus. There was only one dishwasher detergent for our use. There was liquid dish detergent though. The mirror over the sink in the smaller bathroom is installed low over the sink and is so close to the sink that one can only wash their hands, but brushing their teeth in that washroom was impossible.

• Moumita (6/5): Good place to stay but I didn’t like the extra deposit. - The property was nice and clean and the host came to check in the property and gave us a nice welcome pack. She was very helpful. The kitchen had good utensils. We had to pay a deposit of 300 euros while checking in the property, which I was not aware before.This was refunded later but took more than 7 days. The beds were not comfortable.
• Tamara (9/5): Very nice apartment for a family of three! - The apartment was clean and very nice! We loved the welcome package. We had a small problem and it was fixed on the same day. The single bed was quite small, it’s good for a child or small person. The other problem is the sink in the small bathroom. The cupboard hangs too low and needs to be moved up. The space to the sink was so small that one can’t properly wash the face. Otherwise everything was great!

• John (8/5): Clean and tidy apartment near Sagrada Familia. - Flat was very clean and well decorated. It was small but in general well designed, equipped and comfortable. Location was very handy for what we needed (near Sagrada Familia and metro station). The main shower room was tiny (the shower cubicle in particular was miniscule) so we all just used the larger en-suite shower room to shower in. The toaster didn't work. The balcony is very small and doesn't have a great view. There are no locks on the bathrooms, which might bother some visitors.

The apartment was clean and big enough for 3 people with many necessities and even a welcome gift. It was easy to get in touch with staff and the check in and check out process was easy. It would have been nice to have a terrace.

Two bathrooms are a huge deal for a group of friends The booking knew we were 4 people but they forgot/did not have the sofa ready with sheets for the 4th person, so we had to do it on our own. Maybe they thought we would use the sofa before bedtime

• Omar (1/5): Bad - They ask for deposit 300Euro and must pay by visa not cash and was very small bath closet u can't take a shoinside the other bath door won't close and shower area open my son took shower water comes out of bath to the room we dry it then they won't return the deposit saying the floor was just new and float water cause damage and its a big lie not to return the deposit

• Izabela (7/5): Ok to stay - Nice location, not in a touristoc area, very local experience, nice area to explore, the size of an apartment, easy contact with check in. Welcome pack of wine coffee was nice. The space of 50m2 was nice, Overall the apartment was not cleaned well before arrival there was lots of dirt on the floors and condoms (not used though) under the bed were found, dishwasher was not working 5out of 7days (they did not check before and it was changed but still vacatiin with family and no dishawasher for which we paid for isnt a nice thing for us). the apartment we stayed is in Carrera de Provenca 503, there was one pot to cook, the furniture and bathrooms were very mediumm finished and some things need fixing.

• Mariana (7/5): The location is perfect, it’s a reasonable place for a family. - I really liked the location and the staff, that waited us to check in at 1:30 am, and even made time gabe us some tips santi was great. the property wasn’t well cleaned. The floor was slightly dirty. the water heater shut off while we were out and took us a while to figure it out and fix the problem.

• Vidmante (6/5): It could be better - Close to Sagrada Familia The first night we had to sleep with jackets because the heater didn't work at night, it was very cold, apartment was very dusty, you could see that it wasn't cleaned properly. However, on the second day they provided electric heaters, without them it is impossible to stay there.
• Jia-ying (4/5): Disappointing - Nearby Sagrada Familia. The cleaning was bad! Every tables, every door handles, every clothes hangers and the closet, are super dusty. The heater in the single room didn’t work, the room at night was about 16 degree. Won’t die, but it’s really uncomfortable for sleeping, but the apartment sent people to checked and said the heater looked normal. By the way, they asked us to take out our trash when we checked out.
• Harley (5/5): Not recommended if you want to visit the city center a lot - It's about ten minutes walk to La Sagrada Familia. The size of the apartment is OK for the price but the quality of the furniture and appliances are just bare minimum. I can tell they are just put together in a rush for the rental purpose, such as the shower enclosure is so much smaller than the wall that large amount of water splashed out to the floor when I took shower. The host was kind enough but I was surprised to hear that I need to pay $300 deposit upfront which we never had to everywhere else.
