Blisko sklepy i knajpki . Troszeczkę zaciemnione mieszkanie ,okna tylko z salonu wpuszczają trochę światła , ale team się tylko nocuje

• Arzu (3/5): Der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung war nicht zufrieden stellend vor allem angesichts des Preises! - Die Lage war gut Die Wohnung ist angesichts dessen, was es liefert überteuert. Drei Zimmer haben lediglich ein Fenster zur Aufzugsschacht oder zu einem sehr kleinen engen innen Schacht ; was für das Zimmer zum Aufzugsschacht zugleich heißt dass es die ganze Nacht laut ist. Die Anderen beiden sind praktisch Zimmer, die nie Sonne sehen, nachts nicht gelüftet werden können. Lediglich ein Zimmer und das Wohnzimmer haben Fenster nach draußen. Die Bettwäsche war sehr ungepflegt, bei dem Preis hätten sie anständige Wäsche anschaffen können. Die Bettdecke in meinem Zimmer war schmuddelig. Das einzig positive an dieser Wohnung ist die junge Frau, die den Schlüssel aushändigt und auch sonst hilfsbereit war.

До заїзду отримали повну інформацію про все, що може знадобитись у відпустці: від способів дістатися з орієнтовними цінами і посиланнями на сайти, до опису визначних місць навколо. Ми змогли підготуватись і майже не було неочікуваних, несподіваних сюрпризів. Всю інформацію також було продубльовано в друкованому вигляді в апартаментах. Дівчині Марті дуже дякуємо за те, що завжди була на зв'язку, готова допомогти у будь-якій ситуації.

• Łukasz (9/5): Szybki służbowy pobyt - obiekt spełnił oczekiwania i dał porządny odpoczynek. - Jest to czyste, ciche i dobrze wyposażone mieszkanie. Niczego w nim nie brakuje, tylko w paru sypialniach może okien, ale to taka specyfika tego typu obiektów i kamienic. Obsługa miła, zaraz obok mieszkania przynajmniej dwieśniadaniownie i kawiarnie - naprawdę wszystko gra. Tylko jedna pastylka do otwarcia drzwi wejściowych do klatki - byliśmy w czterech, to trochę utrudnia sprawę, uważam, że powinna być możliwość posiadania chociaż dwóch. Brak okna w jednej sypialni i nieużytkowe w innej. Praktycznie jedna tylko ma okna, ale to argument przeciw troszkę na siłę wymyślony.

• Natalia (10/5): - Przestronny apartament. Wygodny i ładny. Pralka, zmywarka, toster, mikrofala , lodówka dużo ręczników, środki czystości .Pełne wyposażenie. Wszystko było super. Dodatkowo można puszczać muzykę z telefonu na sprzęt audio. Telewizor duży . Można się zalogować na swoje platformy typu Netflix. Automatyczne rolety .

• Gunnar (8/5): Very good location, clean and welcoming apartment. - The apartment was very clean and in a great location. Laura was very helpful and responsive. We were here during 30+ degrees and AC would have made this stay perfect. We would like to come back and stay in Vincent’s house in colder times. Missing AC
• Stuart (8/5): It was a great apartment and Marta was super communicative and helpful leading up to our stay. Everything was as expecte - Great apartment, well appointed, secure and in a really convenient location. Easy to catch buses to connect to all the sites with the bus stop about 50 metres from the door. And a lot of the sites were within walking distance. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for a few home cooked meals which was fantastic. There were a couple of rooms without ceiling fans and it was extremely hot whilst we were there so the apartment got quite steamy without great airflow.

• Xhesi (10/5): Perfect place. - The location was great. Very clean and you don't need anything , the apartment has everything and very clean. Friends or family, that apartment was perfect. And the owners were very polite and helpful. Definitely would recommend.

• Ayça (9/5): Cosy and spacious flat at central location - Spacious, comfortable place at an excellent location. The house owner was very helpful and kind. The neighbours are loud and construction starts at 8.00 am. I believe this can be solved by building rules, not by the apartment owner sadly

If we used the washing machine or when we woke up early, they could hear everything. We are a family anf normally woke up early to start our tours. Beds not so comfortable.

Park Güell, Sagrada Familia, Casa Batllo, Casa Mila, and Casa Vicens are not far away, reachable by feed or Metro. The apartment is super clean. We used it with three people. All have slept in different rooms. Thanks again. We'll book again when we stay in Barcelona. Nothing to mention here.

• Helen (10/5): Excellent family unit with space to spread out - Bright, breezy, well stocked, and spacious for our family of 5. Lots of markets, bread, coffee on the same block. One block from the subway, 15 minute walk from both Park Güell and Sagrada Familia (but you don’t feel like you’re being mobbed by tourists at all times.)

• Anna (7/5): Good - The location of the apartment is excellent, the apartment also has everything you need: dishes, hair dryer, iron. The hosts are friendly. The apartment has very poor soundproofing, you can hear children crying or neighbors talking. In fact, there is only one double bed in the apartment, although it was stated that there were two of them. In fact, two single beds were pushed together in one of the bedrooms, it is not comfortable for two to sleep on such a bed. The floor is very dirty, you have to walk in shoes, and there are no slippers in the apartment.

• Ivanka (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was very large, perfect for big families of 6-7 persons. It's a renovated old apartment with very high ceilings. You can find there all necessaries as at your home. It's walking distance away from Sagrada Familia and park Guell, both 15-20 minutes. The host is very kind. The last day she called a taxi for us to the airport. Late check in.

• Nakulashvili (10/5): Exceptional - 10 minutes walk from Sagrada Familia. Very close to the main attractions of the city. The flat is very big and there are all the facilities you may need. It was clean and the host was very helpful.
• Joe (8/5): Good location near to the metro, very well maintained property, and an excellent price for this accommodation. - Really well proportioned rooms, comfortable beds, and clean and tidy facilities. The owners were also very helpful in getting us checked in and were responsive to messages. A second bathroom would be helpful for a property of that size, but certainly no real issue for there to be just one large bathroom.
• Karine (7/5): Good - I recommend taking this apartment for 6 people, the space is great and there is a big table for dinner. We were a family for new year's eve and we were satisfied about the location and proximity of the metro. The check-in and check out are very easy and communication too :) Please note that there is some work outside going out at the moment, but if you plan to wake up early to visit Barcelona there is no problem at all.

We arrived shortly before the agreed check in, they opened the door for us downstairs remotely and gave us the code to the apartment door, so I could enter with the kids after a long journey. The apartment is well equipped for usual requirements. An air conditioning would make things much better! Also renewing the bathroom would increase the overall feel by large.
