Couldn’t get the washing machine and dryer to work properly. Washer didn’t spin water out of the clothes and the dryer wouldn’t dry.

• Daniel (10/5): - I can recommend the beautiful appartment on top floor of 51. Two roof terrasses, one with table for meals, one with lounge. You are in the heart of the city, but bedrooms are very quiet. Metro in front of the main door. Many shops and restaurants around. We could walk to most sights. Beyond that, rent a bike, Barcelona is now very bike-friendly. We would book again. Kitchen is good, but some more plates, glasses etc. would have been great. Some coffee and jam is kindly provided, but you will have to buy salt, pepper etc.

• Luminita (10/5): A wonderful family vacation in a great city - It was such a great location for visiting by foot any of the main attraction of Barcelona, so you can enjoy at maximum the experience of this wonderful city - Batlo house (10 minutes), Pedrera house ( 20 minutes), Music museum of Catalonia ( 6-7 minutes), El Corte Inglés (2-4 minutes), Sagrada Família ( 30-35 minutes), port and Aquarium (30 minutes), the Cathedral of Bercelona (15 minutes). Very clean ,quiet surroundings , well equipped apartment - as in the presentation photos. Many thanks to Mauricio , our local host who welcomed us and checked us in very early, because we landed in Barcelona at first hour in the morning. The lack of the elevator- it was our misfortune to visit this location while the elevator was out of service 🙈, and to climb up and down the stairs (6 levels ) three or four times a day .

Я бы и в следующий раз хотела бы жить в этих апартаментах, если бы не некоторые нюансы, значимые для меня Очень плохая шумоизоляция, над нами постоянно бегали дети и двигали мебель с 7 утра, не давали спать . Перекрытия деревянные, поэтому когда кто то идет по квартире, то дрожит мебель, у меня чуткий сон и мне это было тяжело. В родительской спальне жесткий матрас 😁, хотелось бы мягче конечно ))). Ну и в одном из санузлов встретили таракана)), сто лет их не видела )). Остальное все отлично было!

Die Schlüsselübergabe hat sehr gut geklappt und unsere Kontaktperson sowie das Reinigungspersonal vor Ort war sehr nett. Wir haben sogar noch extra Handtücher und eine Decke bekommen. Die Unterkunft war gut ausgestattet, gemütlich und sauber. Perfekt für unser Mädelswochenende! Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen! • Vicki (10/5): Fabulous! - The location was perfect and the apartment was a perfect fit for our family. It was newly remodeled and updated which made it really nice. The beds could have been more comfortable.
• Corrina (9/5): Great location, comfortable & value for money. - Incredible location; walking distance to most attractions and metro almost at doorstep. Lots of convenience stores, supermarkets and cafes/restaurants nearby. Despite being located along a busy street, the noise level was low. Flat was comfortable and spacious; good water pressure in shower, ample lighting and kitchen equipment. Cleaning service was provided on third day of stay; a bonus!! All good!

• Monique (9/5): Perfect place to stay in Barcelona. We were there in winter but there would be even better in summer with the large balc - Great location with everything we needed. Lots of nice extras like coffee, milk, detergent for clothes washing etc. Fully equiped kitchen. Close to metro and shops. Modern and nice. Staff were very helpful and friendly and gave some great restaurant recommendations. The lift was broken so we needed to use the stairs. However as this couldn't work for us (as my son has a disability) they upgraded us to a different apartment with a lift. They were very helpful with this problem and offered first class hospitality.

• Glorelid (10/5): - The location is perfect, very close to most of the attractions. The train and metro are literally outside the building which is very convenient. We didn't need a car at all, too many shops and restaurants to choose from at a walkable distance. The apartment is very well looked after and there is an old but in working order lift. We loved that it had a washing machine and dryer. A very large and well equipped kitchen with everything you need. The check in experience was really good, we were welcomed by Mauricio who gave us a lot of tips and took the time to explain things around. Communication was always good and they were very responsive all the time. Nothing. We liked everything

• Melina (10/5): Estadia perfeita! Apartamento maravilhoso, com excelente localização! - Excelente acomodação. Apartamento amplo, muito confortável, com todos os utensílios necessários. A localização não poderia ser melhor: bem ao lado da Casa Batló. Foi uma estadia perfeita. Não teve nenhum ponto negativo.
• Shunya (10/5): 最高！ - 立地が最高！部屋も広くて清潔！暖房もしっかり完備されていて快適でした。二段ベッドは子供たちが大変気に入っていました。ベランダもあって大通りを見ながらコーヒーをタイムを楽しみました。部屋からのクリスマスイルミネーションもよく見えて良かったです。 スリッパや歯ブラシセットがあると完璧でした。
• Jennifer (9/5): Quiet, comfortable apartment in a central location. - We stayed in a spacious apartment, facing the courtyard. Though we were on one of BCN’s most popular, busy streets, the apartment was quiet, a refuge. It was very clean. The cleaning kit left and the initial coffee pods were appreciated. The cleaning staff was very friendly. We really felt comfortable and would happily stay there again. My only suggestions would be to give more coffee pods during cleaning. Because it was winter, a couple of blanket throws in the living room would have been appreciated.

• Mohammed (2/5): اقل من المتوقع - عبارة عن شقه بالسطح والمصعد ما يوصل لسطح يوصل لدور الاخير وبعدها تطلع بالدرج لسطح اللي فيها الشقه الصور افضل من الوقع بكثير صعوبه بالصعود والنزول + الاثاث متهالك + عدم وجود استقبال
