In Barcelona, you will find plenty of bars, pubs, discos and restaurants where you can have a great time without disturbing anyone or compromising your stay.
Quiet hours are between 21:30 and 9:00 on Monday to Friday and 22:00 and 10:00 on Saturday to Sunday.
Please turn off the lights, heat and air-conditioning system, and lock the doors securely behind you whenever you leave the apartment.
Please place your garbage in the nearest container before checking out. Otherwise, a partial or even total deduction from the damage deposit will take place, depending on the owner’s decision.
A cleaning service fee refers to the cleaning of the apartment on the day of departure. Cleaning during your stay will have an extra cost. The cleaning fee does not include the washing of used dishes, so the client must wash all the tableware used during the stay. The charges for extra bed linen or towels without permission are between EUR 15 and EUR 50, which will be deducted from the damage deposit.

- Litsa (9/5): - Έμεινα με έναν συνάδελφό μου για την παρακολούθηση ενός σεμιναρίου. Η τοποθεσία για εμάς ήταν πολύ βολική γιατί ήταν δίπλα στο σχολείο που πηγαίναμε κάθε μέρα. Είχε δύο διαφορετικές στάσεις μετρό σε απόσταση 10 λεπτών με τα πόδια ή κάθε μία, πολύ βολικό για τις μετακινήσεις μας μετά το σεμινάριο. Σε κοντινή απόσταση με τα πόδια είχε αξιοθέατα. Ήταν καθαρά και είχε όλες τις παροχές που αναγραφόταν. Μας σώθηκαν 2 σετ κλειδιά που ήταν πολύ βολικό ώστε να είμαστε αυτόνομοι. Το σπίτι είχε ντουλάπα μόνο στο ένα υπνοδωμάτιο. Για μια οικογένεια είναι εντάξει αλλά για δύο συναδέλφους όπως εμείς μας δυσκόλεψε. Δε μπορέσαμε να βρούμε σε κανένα σουπερμάρκετ τις κάψουλες καφέ για την συγκεκριμένη καφετιέρα.

The apartment is charmless, but had all the basics needed for survival, - Very convenient for us, as we were in Barcelona to visit family who lived just a few blocks away. The host was helpful and the apartment, while small, supplied the basics. We did not need more than that. We would stay again, but guests should keep their expectations moderate. The showerhead constantly fell down! Grrr. Bland would be a kind word for the decor. Supplies were very minimal. The apartment was fine given that we were mostly out and about with family, but it was not a place you would want to spend a lot of time, and not a kitchen you’d want to spend much time in to cook. The quality of things like pillows and towels was basic motel quality, nothing more.

- Daniela (7/5): Good stay - It was clean and close to the location we had to be in. Several features such as a hoover and washing machine were available. The bed base in the smaller room was broken and therefore the mattress was not flat but slanting on one side. Upon checking out, the link sent with the address of the office was not the right one and a member of staff we called could have been more helpful.
