• Mindaugas (9/5): Nice little flat for a short stay. - Well located, quiet, clean. The constant ciggarette smoke coming from the neighbour flat, couldn’t tolerate as a non smoker.

• Edgars (9/5): Patīkama atpūta Barselonas centrā. - Ļoti sirsnīga saimniece, kura gan nerunāja angliski, bet ar google translate tikām galā. Perfekta atrašanās vieta, tuvu metro stacijai. Apkārtnē daudz kafejnīcu un vietējais tirgus. Virtuvē bija viss, lai gatavotu ēdienu. Vienīgā lieta bija plānās sienas, aiz kurām bija dzirdamas gan cilvēku sarunas, gan TV skaņas. Varēja būt ērtāki spilveni.
• Gerhard (8/5): Nettes kleines Apartment, freundliche Besitzerin und ein wirklich gutes Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis. Gerne wieder - Das Apartment ist sehr gut gelegen, U-Bahn, Markthalle und sehr guter Bäcker alles unter 3 Minuten zu Fuß. Ich konnte das Apartment 1 Stunde früher beziehen. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr gut, schnell und freundlich. Es ist ruhig und recht gut ausgestattet. Gewürze, Essig oder Öl waren allerdings nicht vorhanden. Das Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis ist auf jeden Fall sehr gut. Leider habe ich sehr schlecht im Bett geschlafen. Es war für mich recht unbequem und die Haptik der Bettwäsche war auch nicht so toll für mich. Und ich muss sagen ich habe eigentlich recht geringe Ansprüche beim schlafen.
• george (10/5): - The apartment was very central with Hostafrancs metro station just one minute away. A big supermarket was a few metres away from the metro station. Inside the apartment was cosy and included everything one needs. From a small kitchenette to a fridge and air conditioning.

• Ayesha (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is located in the safest area of Barcelona, directly in front of a metro station and a bus stop. The host was very polite and cooperative, and the apartment is equipped with all the basic facilities, including a kettle, oven, toaster, fridge, TV, and air conditioning. She allowed us to check in early and provided information about nearby grocery stores and shops in case we needed anything. There was no noise or disturbance during our stay, and we truly enjoyed our time because of the apartment's location and amenities. The host speaks Spanish and Catalan, but she can also communicate with you using Google Translate. Since Barcelona can be unsafe for tourists, it's important to choose your accommodation wisely and prioritize good locations over cheaper options that may not be as safe. If I visit Barcelona again, I would definitely choose this apartment once more. Everything was superb Better than paris.. I spent more money in paris for accommodation but all in vain

• Răzvan (9/5): Great, strongly recommend for a city break! - The location was just near the metro station which was amazing, easy to connect with any parts of the city. The host was super nice and communication. The room was clean and you had basically everything you need to feel comfortable. A small thing, the blankets didn’t have covers/sheets on them.
• Lesley (10/5): All together, the studio represented great value for money - Everything that I might need had been thought of, and Mariacarmen was very accommodating, friendly and thoughtful, even to providing washing machine liquid and pegs for the washing line strung from the balcony. The location was perfect for Barcelona-Sants station as well as being very hear an underground station too. Overall, a strong recommendation from me!

The studio is a single room flat with well equipped kitchen. Everything was really clean. The wifi was great. The host is very nice and helpful.
• Tapati (7/5): Small clean apartment close to metro station Hostafrancs - * Apartment had items for a short-term stay * Two supermarkets, Aldi and Mercadona, were nearby * Room-heating was good for the room and the kitchenette * Proprietors were well-mannered * The bathroom was very cold for taking a shower; the single heating system in the room was not enough. * A negative surprise: The microwave was found to be defective, when the proprietor checked it on my request, although I requested in advance to check everything beforehand. * The price was relatively high, even for Barcelona, for a small apartment.
• Jutta (7/5): Perfect for students and youngsters. - Although I have been earlier at the apartment, there was already someone bringing the keys. Luckily I speak a little Spanish and the lady was very helpful too. Well equipped and with high enough safety locks, the cleanliness was kept on a good level. Shops, public transport, sight-seeing and airport bus stops are just around the corner. The description 'loft' means on top or higher floor, but the apartment was in between several other flats which was a bit disappointing. There is no soundproofing and the above tenants had rather lively kids. Unfortunately there was hair in one of the beds and in the shower. Being over 50 I might not be so easy-going anymore - sorry.
• Arzu (8/5): Excellent location for a short stay - The location of the flat is excellent, metro station is literally at the doorstep ( just a few meters from the apartment). You can't walk to the Ciutat Vella but everywhere in the city is easily accessible by the metro and it's very safe. There's a premium supermarket Ametller Origen on the same street and Aldi is a few meters away from the block. There are too many bars, cafes, bakeries etc in the area. Tremendo Bar has a very good vermouth. Long story short, the location is very convenient you feel the local tone to the full. The flat is a single room with a very well equipped built-in kitchen. There is no separate room. The flat, especially the bathroom, is very clean. The owner Lourdes is very nice and helpful with everything when you need help. The room lacks a bit of comfort. Very very poor soundproofing and too much noise from other flats. Horrendous noise from the upstairs starts around 7-8 am in the morning ( kids running and throwing things etc..) The guy living next door stays very late at night, speaks too loudly and the TV is on. You can even hear his snoring coming behind the wall during the night. If you are sensitive to the noise, just like me:( this is very annoying. The room is also furnished very simply, more like a student hostel room. There are two single beds, foldable chairs and a dysfunctional sofa, which I only used to put my stuff on. I wish there was a comfy sofa or chairs instead of the foldable ones, to have a rest in the evening after a long day. I know Lourdes cannot help with the neighbours ( that might be beyond her control ) but please refurnish the room to make it a cosy place otherwise only tolerable for a few nights.
• Joseph (7/5): Pleasant stay in a nice location. - This property is basically a room on the mezzanine level in an oldish apartment building. Its plus features are: 1) All amenities are available within the room including air conditioning, kitchenette, kitchenware, washing machine, kettle, microwave, toaster, cleaning materials, two single beds, a small couch, foldable table ,wardrobe etc. There is also a small balcony. From that point of view,, it is a very functional accommodation for someone travelling for work (like myself). 2) The great asset of this property (that ultimately led me to choose it) is the excellent communication with Lourdes. I did not meet the lady, but exchanged several emails with her, all of which were nicely and promptly responded. This was very helpful, and her guidance was quite valuable. Thank you Lourdes. 3) Its location is great. 5-6 minutes walk from Placa Espanya, and a Metro stop (Hostfrancs) right outside the apartment. 4) Wifi was good. 5) The host Francesco was very engaging. He spoke little English, and I spoke no Spanish. We communicated through google translate. It worked great. I guess nothing really, although the overall tariff seemed a bit steep to me. But that's routine for Barcelona, I guess. The balcony doesn't have much of a view, but again that's not unusual for this type of accommodation. The room is accessed by a flight of ten steps, so those with mobility issues may find it uncomfortable.
• Lejla (9/5): Very good, and all recomendation 🥰 - Location is excellent, metro is 20 metres, supermarket Aldi is 30 metres from the Apartment. It is 20 minutes walk from Espana square. Apartment is not big, but has everything you need (kitchen and bathroom supplies ). Aircondition and wi-fi are very good. It is little bit noisy outside, because there are a couple aircondionars from other apartments and markets.
