• Anna (9/5): - La posizione è fantastica, a pochi passi dalla Sagrada Familia e dalla metro. Sempre vicinissimo si trovano piccoli supermercati, negozi alimentari, cafè, ristoranti. Consiglio di non andare nel bar all'angolo che guarda alla cattedrale in quanto per due caffè e una brioche abbiamo pagato 11 euro. Tutto il resto è nella norma. L'appartamento è veramente bello, luminoso e spazioso e molto pulito. La padrona di casa molto gentile e disponibile. Torneremo di sicuro!

• PAMELA (6/5): The contact person was sooo nice. The location is steps away from sagrada and some nice restaurants. Worth the money if - I like the proximity of the property to the tourists spots. I like that the area can sleep a lot of people easily. There were also plugs available for those that are not from the EU. It needed a more thorough clean. The bathroom needs more cover in the shower area to keep the rest of the bathroom dry. Maybe a shower curtain instead of the glass? There were some spots that needed a little more cleaning like the bathroom door (there were spots at the hinges) and the ceiling of the shower.

• Jose (5/5): Excellent location and friendly host. - The location and the staff were great. This may have been a language barrier thing, but we were approved for “early check-in” which we assumed meant we could check into the apartment early. What it actually meant was that we could drop our bags off and come back 6 hours later. Other than that the place is great! We just wish we had known beforehand.

• Massimo (1/5): Negativissima - Vicino alla sagrata familia Ho avuto problemi il primo giorno mancanza di luce dalle 19 alle 12 circa. chiamato il titolare alle 7 e venuto dopo un'ora e mezza perché la serratura si apriva elettricamente dopo aver costatato il problema mi dice che non e colpa sua di chiamare booking e se ne andato lasciandoci senza luce senza acqua calda senza poter fare il latte a mio figlio senza carica cellulare perché tutto il giorno fuori e mi a minacciato dicendomi che non potevo fare video e foto neanche nell'atrio perché proprietà privata e vi chiamo la polizia in un paese straniero non so voi in più puzza di fogna nei bagni ci a solo portato le candele

• Virginia (10/5): Lugar perfecto en Barcelona! - El apartamento era bastante grande, nosotros éramos 4 adultos y 1 niño, y sobró una habitación, en total eran 4 habitaciones y dos baños, la sala y comedor amplios con un bonito balcón, excelente señal de WiFi, la cocina equipada con lo suficiente para una estadía corta, también había lavadora y secadora para la ropa, hay ascensor para subir al apartamento. Para ir a la Sagrada Familia se camina sólo 5 minutos, la ubicación es excelente, hay buses y taxis que pasan por la calle del edificio, la llave es digital, es decir, te dan un link y con eso se abre las puertas, bastante fácil de utilizar. Nada, todo excelente 👌

• Elspeth (9/5): Great for extended family / group of friends - This was a perfect set up for an extended family of 3 generations. 3 bedrooms were large double beds (1 had an ensuite). The fourth had 2 singles. The host also had a travel cot for our baby. The living space was great for us all to sit in and lots of space for the 2 youngest of the group to crawl. The apartment building is between 2 grocery stores, which was great for sorting breakfast. It is a 5min walk to Sagrada Familia and the metro link there. Absolutely perfect for what our fanoly needed. Thank you so much!!

• Angela (7/5): - Ubicación Pesimo trato por la empresa Your Home y concretamente por personal de limpieza (señora rubia de gafas)que antes del check-out, entra sin llamar, ni avisar, invadiendo nuestra intimidad, con coacción para la salida, falta de respeto y educaciòn que llega incluso al menosprecio. Procede a la grabación no consentida de conversación, con manifiesto abuso del derecho para que dejemos el alojamiento, a pesar de haberle solicitado unos minutos de cortesia, olvidando que el check-in se produjo dos horas mas tarde del indicado por encontarnos el alojamiento en pésimo estado de limpieza a la llegada, con resto de comida, basura, enseres personales abandonados de anteriores inquilinos... Quede a salvo la Propiedad, pues su dueña ha mostardo un gran pesar por lo ocurrido, con quien ha habido una charla fluida. Lamentable, la gestión de YOUR HOME y su personal de limpieza.

• Stefan (4/5): Alt, Schmutzig und stinkig - Die Wohnung besitzt 4 Schlafzimmer mit 8 Betten. Ein Bad mit Dusche und ein sehr kleines Gästebad mit Dusche. Die Lage ist ok, 10 Minuten von der Sagrada Familia entfernt und 2,5km vom Meer. Die Küche hat ausreichend Geschirr. Die Sauberkeit der Bettwäsche ist extrem schlecht. Undefinierbare Flecken und Dreck. Es reicht im Haus eklig und auch im Bad sehr unangenehm. Zu bemerken ist, dass nur 1 von 4 Schlafzimmer auf den Innenhof schauen. Alle anderen haben ihr Fenster in einen Luft/Lichtschacht wo man ab 06:00 Uhr durch Stimmen und Geschirr geklapper geweckt wird. Der Vermieter wollte auf unsere Reklamation der schmutzigen Bettwäsche reagieren, das passierte jedoch nicht. Die Wohnung ist baufällig und musste renoviert werden. Preis Leistung stimmt hier leider nicht.

• Hugo (10/5): Execellent location and a fantastic time in Barcelona - The fact that the property has a washer and a dryer was a life saver, since we got there with our stock of clothes getting very low, after a week in a cruise. The location is also excellent, just a couple of blocks from Sagrada Familia and form the public transports. Using an internet page to unlock the front door was a first time for me :). The kitchen could have some more pots, frying pans and cutlery. For a family to prepare and have the meals in the appartment it had the bare minimum.

• Catarina (6/5): - A localização. A limpeza estava muito mal feita. A casa de banho alagava após os duches (tendo em conta que tem uma lotação para 10 pessoas torna-se dificil de gerir). A host tinha uma comunicação pouco clara e quando chegámos a Barcelona tinha o telemóvel desligado o que nos deixou ansiosos e a achar que tínhamos sido burlados. Só conseguimos resolver a situação telefonando para a empresa que faz a gestão do apartamento. No dia do check-out tocaram-nos à campainha às 11h02. Era a senhora da limpeza com o novo grupo que iria entrar, permitindo que eles ainda entrassem no apartamento enquanto nós ainda estávamos a levar as malas. Os vizinhos são super antipáticos e antituristas. Não há lugar para deixar as malas no último dia a não ser que seja apenas até às 15h00 no interior da casa enquanto fazem a limpeza.

• George (9/5): We will book the place again in our future visit. - Location, cleanliness, nice host, enough supplies We have to wait for the host to arrive. We were outside for more than half hour trying to contact the owner. When we did, she gave us a link to pay for the city tax first before she will give us the code to get in. After several tries and almost an hour outside, she showed up and let us in. Before arrival, I even messaged her of our ETA. Despite that one disappointment, our group was very happy with the location and condition of the property, and we won’t hesitate to book it again in the future.

• Lucy (3/5): Underwhelming, we were glad it was only for 1 night - The location was good and the beds were comfy The checking in process was terrible. They knew we were going to drop off our bags at 11am but they hadn’t sent me the link to pay city tax (which I would have paid days before if they had asked) and then the signal in the area was terrible so I struggled to pay this. I was provided 3 different numbers and was talking to 2 different people which made me nervous that it was a scam. When we finally got access, there was other peoples belongings still in the room. We had booked for 9 people but there was only 8 beds and 8 towels (of which one had a stain on it, and one had a bug in it) ? So 3 of us shared a double bed. Thankfully it was only for 1 night. Would not recommend.

I didn’t enjoyed sleeping because of its poor cleanliness… the bedspread full of dust. The bathroom not clean. The fridge have a left over food and some ice and wasn’t clean enough. The salon tv table was dusty. And there is 1 piece of slipper in our bedside bed. I don’t know if the towels are clean but we didn’t use it. Please clean throughly before your guest arrives because we’re really tired that day and wants a good night sleep but sad to say we haven’t.

• Artsem (5/5): It is my worst experience with apartments renting ever. - The Apartments are really big and located in a very good place. But it is only one good thing. The facilities are ancient. The shower hose is broken. The sofa in the hallway is broken. The mattresses are old and creaking. Half of the conditioner remote controls were discharged. There are two toilets and only one toilet paper roll )) And it is an extraordinary door lock. It opens occasionally by himself. Although you can find parking in the booking details, there is no free parking.

Right around the corner of La Sagrada Familia, but with enough distance to the touristy area to have peace and quiet. Old building, so the bathrooms have a distinct sewer smell. Americans are not used to this, as our buildings are relatively new and plumbing is different.

• Ashley (5/5): Spacious stay with a pile of little problems that added up to a larger pile. - Spacious for a large group No bunk beds as advertised. The showers don't hold any water within their walls. The main bathroom had mold growing on the window and walls and the secondary bathroom door locked itself on check-in day. We ran out of toilet paper, but they did replenish. When we ran out of paper towels, they said it was our responsibility to replenish them. They really need to explain their expectations/policies better

The flat is safe, easy to find, with very good metro and bus connections across the city. A variety of good restaurants nearby, including a vegan restaurant about 200m from the flat, on Calle Valencia. The kitchen was well equipped and the washing machine and dryer easy to use. Breakfast on the balcony in the sun at the end of December was a bonus! Sound insulation between the rooms could be better.

• Joseph (1/5): Disgustingly dirty apartment. - Location Room hadn’t been cleaned, dirty bed linen (unchanged since previous occupant) and dirty towels (unchanged from previous occupant) for a group of 8 people. Initial contact with owner to resolve seemed ok, but communication and commitment to resolve the issue at a later point was severely lacking, if not ignorant.

The information for our check-in wasn't clear and we couldn't contact the host on the phone number in booking. We had to contact booking and they were able to put us in touch with the host.

• Niamh (4/5): Disappointing - We arrived to a be greeted by the owner. They kept our luggage until we could check in for a few hours. The apartment was spacious and nice, basic enough. The door had an app so we didn't have to carry around a key which was great. Firstly there wasn't 2 bunk beds as advertised so we were right on space. It says it sleeps 12 but I would say 7 or 8 really and 4 people on a couch bed which took up a lot of the sitting room. The air-conditioning started leaking in the sitting room and wasn't fixed for the whole weekend. The water was cold and the host sent out a technician but he had no English and we were told to not use one of the showers and the other went from hot to cold constantly. A nightmare for 11 girls. one of the beds was broken at in the middle so was uncomfortable. Lastly we were disappointed that we could store our luggage with them somewhere as we had a late flight that night and had to move out by 12. The cleaners also arrived 15 min early were cleaning around us as we were packing up last min things. Quite unprofessional. A lovely apartment but needs a lot of tlc.
