• Mauro (6/5): Attenti al deposito richiesto vi viene restituita una somma minore - Letto abbastanza comodo appartamento funzionale Bagno assolutamente non confortevole molto piccolo e acqua calda insufficiente Altro punto molto negativo il deposito richiesto a inizio soggiorno è stato pagato con PayPal con una conversione in dollari per cui è stato pagato euro 263 ma restituiti poi euro 246

• Aurelija (2/5): Super location flat but in very poor maintenance - The location is amazing, the beautiful pedestrian street, the sea 5 minutes walk, the windows of the flat to the inner yard full of beautiful terraces of the neighbours. Sunny beautiful space in a beautiful old house. It is very sad that such a nice place is so bad maintained, full of dirty corners, mold and stinky smell from the bathroom. Dirty all corners, mold everywhere, stinky smell all the time from the bathroom. All the bathroom area is full of water after even a small shower, I think it is not only because the shower bed is very small but there is a problem in the tubes. It is so sad that such a beautiful flat in a super place is so poorly maintained.

• Yaroslava (7/5): - Чудове розташування помешкання. 7 хв до пляжу. Гарний парк та майданчики для дітей. Поруч багато супермаркетів, ресторанів. В квартирі є все необхідне для приготування їжі. Потужна витяжка на кухні хоч і досить шумна. Пральна машина та кондиціонер. Багато комплектів рушників та постільної білизни, додаткові подушки та ковдри. Є фен та праска. Маріо дуже дружній і дав багато порад щоб відпочинок був гарним. Він завжди на зв'язку. Фото квартири, відрізняється від реального стану. Потребує косметичної ремонту. Ванна кімната дуже не зручна і небезпечна якщо ви з малою дитиною. Унітаз погано закріплений, розташований на п'єдесталі, який має гострі кути. Постійно в ванній неприємний запах. Душова кабіна: дуже низький піддон і має лише душову штору, яка непропорційно довга і мала б бути замінена разом із поржавівшими кріпленнями. При користуванні закриває сток зливу. Вода потрапляє на підлогу, так як неможливо гарно закрити з усіх боків зону душу. Стільці біля обіденного столу залізні і поржавілі їх доводиться накривати рушником, щоб сісти. Покриття підлоги в кімнаті в одному місці пошкодженне. Загалом всі ці недоліки можна швидко усунути щоб перебування мешканців було більш комфортним.
