• Inesa (7/5): Amplasare buna, pentru persoane nepritențioase - Amplasare foarte strategicà, in diferite direcții multe atracții turistice la 15-60minutete de mers pe jos. Destul de confortabile saltelele. Au fost drăguți sa ne cazeze dimineața la 9 cand am sosit in oras, chiar daca e pentru plata supliminetara, a fost foarte comod. A fost murdar, praf pe noptiere si pe podea ca puteai desena pe el. Geamurile nu se închideau deloc ceea ce te făcea să nu te simți in siguranță Apa in dus nu avea o temperatura stabilă. Dulapurile instabile, nu am riscat sa punem nimic in ele sa nu se desfacă. Vecinii din apartamentul de deasupra foarte gălăgioși și aveai senzația că fac sex in pat cu tine🙈

Very dirty and disgusting. Super cold. And there is a neighbour who is knocking to the door all the time. Frightening.

• Ana (4/5): Not recommend - The only thing good in this apartment is the location. The apartment is not located in the center, but it has metro and bus station near them. The neighbors were so rude. First of all, the building is super scary, it seems like we are entering a scary movies. Secondly, our apartment was so smelly (our neighbor smoked weed daily). Furthermore, since the apartment was a bit old, the infrastructure was not good at all. For that reasons, our neighbor was consistently knocking at our door saying that we could not walk in our apartment. Not to mention that the neighbor was so rude.
• Dominika (7/5): Good - Well-located, relatively large apartment with two small but separate bedrooms on the first floor of a tenement house in the Eixample district, bus stop right outside the gate, three metro stations within 5-6 minutes' walk. The apartment is well equipped, it has everything you need to survive a few days, there is an espresso machine and a stove to cook something. The beds were very comfortable, clean linen and towels. Old wooden doors and tile floors have a cool atmosphere. The owner was very nice. good value for money. it could be a little cleaner(
• Dhwani (3/5): Cheap option, but try to find another place before this. - Good location with a great supermarket right across. Elevator for easy access to bring luggage up and down. Decent size kitchen and living area space. First off, we were not aware of a cash deposit that had to be made upon arriving. Next, this place does not look like the pictures shown. Shower head, washing machine, and heater was all broken. The sink was clogged and there was barely enough toilet paper for 3 days. The fridge and cabinets are wobbly, and we got a tiny body wash the size of my thumb. The neighbors are NOT friendly at all (i cannot emphasize this enough)!!! Apparently, the walls and floor are so thin that walking and talking has to be done so carefully. We did NOT feel safe to return to this place each day.

• Michal (3/5): Poor - Location of the apartment was very nice, and that was about it regarding the apartment and what I liked. There was mold on the walls of the kitchen, and in the bathroom grouts. There was a lot of hair in the shower, and rooms ( the cleaning was done very poorly ). All the kitchen equipment was in a terrible state, either barely put together with pieces falling off, or not existent at all. There is a lot of noise coming from everywhere around the apartment, it is very poorly isolated from exterior sounds. The quality of furniture that was in the apartment was below expectations as well.

• Emma (4/5): Great location, apartment nèeds work! - Location was great. Approx 20min walk to La Rambla. Had lots of restaurants in the surrounding area also. Quick and easy check in. The apartment need some renovation work completing. It smelt very musty and there was a large mouldy patch on the kitchen ceiling. There was also no kettle and toaster. The pillows also need replacing as one was very stained. The shower head also needs replacing as it doesn't actually stay up. For the price i paid I would have expected more!
