Please note that all check-ins will take place at our office location. Arrivals after 20:00 are subject to a €50 surcharge and must be arranged with the host in advance. Guests are required to settle all dues and sign the contract no later than 18:00. Early check-in during office hours is available upon request, subject to availability, and incurs a fee of €50. Luggage storage is available at reception from 11:00 to 20:00 and carries a surcharge of €5 per bag. In accordance with local regulations, for stays exceeding 28 nights, the property requires additional guest documentation with reason of stay for verification purposes following the reservation. Additionally, a security deposit equivalent to one month’s stay is required. Failure to provide the requested documentation or the security deposit may result in the cancelation of the reservation in line with the applicable cancelation policy.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. SALY (6/5): Bel appartement avec services déficients - Le logement était propre. -La procédure d’enregistrement est fastidieuse et chronophage. -Le système de clés par application est pénible et pas pratique quand on est un groupe. -La porte de la terrasse ne fermait pas. -2 personnes sur 3 sont à l’écoute sans agressivité dans cette conciergerie. Espérez ne pas tomber sur la 3ieme personne!!! - il manquait des couverts et des verres ( il y’avait que 3 couteaux et une 1 petite cuillère et 4 verres)

Apartment 69-1-1 at My Space Barcelona Gracia Pool Terrace was a massive disappointment and a far cry from the description and photos provided on Booking.com. Mouldy ceiling, dirty rugs, some broken furnishings, even a dead fly in a bedroom. It was in a state of disrepair. Due to this significant misrepresentation, the apartment was simply not of an acceptable standard for a comfortable stay.
