Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that key collection is from 15:00 until 20:00. A surcharge of €30 applies for arrivals Between 20h- 23:00=30€/ 23h-00=50€. Please note that check-out is until 11:00 and late check-out is available on request. A EUR 50 surcharge will apply if you leave after 11:00h. Special holidays, 25th and 26th December / 1st January, have an additional cost of 30 euros. We do not check in after 18h.

Maksim (7/5): Good - Its rather good apartments, location is good. Totally nothing.But better to take a meeting not at the apartments, better-down were is enter common door, because not simple to find the apartments.
Sivapriya (8/5): Comfortable stay - Location location. The staff are very friendly and on top of things before your arrival. Lot of restaurants, bar and supermarkets nearby. The famous sagrada is just 8 minutes by walk. Nothing as such but would have been better if small pans are kept in the kitchen . Also small sachets of sugar and coffee would have been better to start the day fresh
Kavya (9/5): Very comfortable, clean and safe stay for 4 people! - The place was very conveniently located and very clean as well! The host Marina was also very helpful and friendly. Not really the most suitable for cooking but plenty of eateries available around!

Gergő (5/5): Great location, but wrong price-value ratio - This appartment has a great location, near to metro station, and tons of shops, restaurants in the neighboring streets. The cleaness of the rooms were good and the AC works properly as well. Four of us visited Barcelona. For 4 people the accomodation is really small, especially the living room and one of the sleeping room, which had only a small bunk bed. Some of the kitchen equipments were very old, or low quality such as the fridge and the oven. I think the price of this appartement is way too high compared to what it gives.
Katie (5/5): Convenient location but some issues with the apartment - Nice air conditioning to keep us cool. Big fridge and new washing machine. Black out blinds made it nice and dark at night. Plenty of cooking pots and utensils. (We may be unusual in wanting to cook on holiday. A lot of people don't). Close to Sagrada (10 mins walk) and metro station. Good variety of bars and restaurants. Big supermarket a couple of blocks away. The flat is small and dark even in the day and some things did not work. eg oven door did not close and bathroom window was broken. Some noise from other apartments. Freezer drawers were broken. Coffee machine did not work and the floors were dirty. Some towels were threadbare and the heater for the hot water was intermittent. The host was obliging and replaced the coffee machine. We are confident the other things will be fixed in time.
