• Sin Ting (10/5): would love to stay again in here for the next Barcelona trip - Luxury interior in excellent condition. Clean and fully equipped with basic amenities that you can think of, towels, hair dryer, shampoo, body wash, fan, air conditioner and all kitchen items. Easy access to all spots as it is close to buses and metro. Quiet at night but there is a big supermarket and nice bakeries closed by that you can fill up whatever you need during the stay. Basically no complaint.

• Ralf (7/5): Tolle Lage, Große Wohnung aber für den Preis zu wenig. - super Lage, sehr große Wohnung, jedes Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad Die ganze Wohnung war von außen komplett eingerüstet > KEINE SICHT NACH AUSSEN, Balkon nicht benutzbar. Sehr wenig Küchenausstattung. Empfang und Schlüsselübergabe sehr sachlich ohne viel Freundlichkeit. Ein Bad war bei unserer Ankunft von den Außenbauarbeiten verschmutzt und wurde auch nicht gereinigt. Teilweise haben die Möbel insbesondere in der Küche schon deutliche Schäden.

Estaban arreglando el frente y el detras del edificio y entraba el polvo a un baño, que conectaba con la habitacion principal, y eso hacia que haya polvo al pie de la cama. Pero esto fue circunstancial.

• Ophelie (8/5): I will return because of its location; public car parking 3 mins walk - It’s excellent location and close to shops. Comfortable and clean property and the master room has a private bathroom, walk-in cupboards. Other two rooms are smaller with a separate shower bathroom. There is little daylight entering the bedrooms except for the living room with large windows. The third bathroom cannot be used at the moment.

• Diogo (8/5): - Ótimo espaço e ótima decoração ótima limpeza Infelizmente tem muitas coisas que precisam de reparação. Não havia café de cortesia. A cortina da suite principal estava estragada o que fez com que tivéssemos que tomar banho com toda vizinhança a ver uma vez que é tudo em vidro.

Spacious, well equipped apartment in perfect loction in Barcelona. Great living room, small coffee shop with good snacks and sandwiches just down the stairs. Plenty of dining places around.

• Hamid (7/5): Good location, big apartment, need deep cleaning - Good location, 3 bathroom, big living room and good kitchen. Good staff. Let us to check in sooner. Some places are not clean and we saw ants in beds. No AC in 2 rooms only master room and living room has AC. The house needs more cleaning due to ants and dust on the curtains and furniture.
• Eduardo (9/5): Great location and comfortable Appartment. - It’s very big It’s outdated and there was nothing to make a coffee neither paper towels. Washing machine doesn’t spin properly so clothes come out wet and the dryer doesn’t dry the clothes properly either.
• Katie (10/5): Barcelona’s Best: space, location and comfort! - The apartment is spacious with three bedrooms/three bathrooms on one side then the living area/kitchen/dining on the other - we especially loved the layout because we could enjoy the living area after getting the kids to bed. This is the kind of place you wish was your own home! We preferred using the bus over the metro and appreciated the multiple bus stops nearby. The building also has an elevator and a couple wonderful bakeries on the same street. The location was perfect, the showers were large with great shower heads and hot water, and the couches were super comfy - these are some of our top wish list items. If you’re still reading this review, you should book now - you won’t be disappointed! We loved everything. We had a minor issue that was resolved quickly with great communication.

• Marie (10/5): A beautiful, comfortable apartment that was a a treat to return to each evening~ - The apartment was really very beautiful and so much larger than reflected in the images- perfect for our family of 5. There was an incredible amount of storage space. The beds were comfortable, the shower was fabulous and we loved sitting in the window seat looking out in the mornings. It was conveniently located and great to use public transportation when we weren't walking. We appreciated having the use of the washing machine. Each of us fully enjoyed our time here. While there were glasses and plates - there were not any pantry staples in the flat - not even salt & pepper. Our reservation was for 5 and there were 2 coffee pods upon our arrival. Having a few items in the kitchen would have been greatly appreciated.

• Aggeliki (10/5): Lovely stay in a wonderful house and city - The location was real great. A wonderful place to stay, a safe neighbourhood that is everything really close, supermarkets, coffe shops, transportation. The most popular tourist attraction is about 15-20 min. away. The house is very big, well furnished and fully equipped. Worth mentioning is that the coffee capsules was more than needed. There were minor things that the manager should probably solve, such like the shower cable on both bathrooms needs changing. The heating in the master bedroom never worked, but we have wonderful weather, so that was not a problem. Netflix did not work. But all of these are very small things that did not affect our staying or the value of the accomodation.

The apartment had plenty of space for our family(4). Location was excellent for food and drinks with a great coffee and pastry shop just below. I would highly recommend this location while visiting Barcelona! N/A

Would definitely rent again. While the apartment was lovely, it was quite dusty and we found hairs on the floor and unwanted ones in the bathroom. The kitchen would be great for cooking as well, however, there were no baking dishes so we could only use the stove.

• Linda (10/5): Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay here as this apartment had everything we needed and more. - This apartment was absolutely perfect for our family of five. It was very spacious and tastefully decorated. The living area and bedrooms were very comfortable. It is in a perfect location, convenient to great cafes and restaurants, bars, bus and metro lines. It is a very quiet and peaceful oasis in a busy part of the city. The only sound you hear is the wild parrots in the courtyard. The host was prompt and courteous and the apartment was immaculately clean when we got there. Highly recommend for a family/group visit to Barcelona. just a little warm in the master bedroom and adjusting the temp control didn't seem to help

• Jorge (10/5): Exceptional - The place is beautiful The answering service was rude, a lady named Sylvia was super rude. There were two additional charges upon arrival, one for 24 euro and a credit card hold of 250 euro, to be returned in 15 days (so they said).

• Malaczragon (7/5): "God is in the details!" - Since the accommodation is in Barcelona, stylistically, I choose one of Barcelona's iconic buildings, one of the famous sayings of Ludwig Mies van der Rohe, the designer of the World Exhibition Pavilion, as the slogan of my review: "God is in the details!" Because: the apartment is basically good and in a good location. It is easy to park nearby (e.g. Parking Saba Travessera, 43) and shopping is also easy. The apartment is spacious, the equipment is of a high standard - but there are also negatives. The first and fundamental is the architectural plan: it is one of the apartments of an old house, narrow and long. Unfortunately, the designer designed an impractical floor plan. The windows of two bedrooms overlook a very narrow, dark courtyard - even though it would have been possible to design these rooms next to the facades. However, an unpleasant smell flows into the bedrooms when we open their windows. Another fault is that the atmosphere of the apartment is "gloomy" - we took a humorous photo about this. :) The living room is in vain spacious if it is furnished with oversized furniture, some of which is also non-functional. The kitchen equipment is poor, I definitely recommend replacing it! There is some wear and minor technical issues; attached photos of these - they can be easily fixed. Finally, one more problem - no longer of an architectural nature, but of a business nature: In a similarly demanding apartment, it is customary to have a "welcome-furnishing": a few bottles of mineral water, maybe coffee, tea. What is less common at this level is the deposit (an otherwise small amount) - which the owner pays back "in about 2 weeks". Overall, I recommend the apartment to anyone who wants to spend a few days comfortably in Barcelona.

• ערן (8/5): “luxury apartment” needs to have “luxury service” or at list “good service” - the apartment is amazing, nice style and very big (almost too big for a couple). nice coffee shop under the apartment. the apartment is a bit dark. we arrived after at 1:30 am so the girl charge us extra 75 € for “late check in” only because we had a flight delayed. they didn’t want to give us a late check out and also didn’t want to help us with our luggage- “ look on Google for luggage storage” 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️. also there is a 100€ deposit and only after 2 weeks the deposit get returned on the card - you have now idea if there is any problem with the apartment until the deposit return🤦🏽🤦🏽
• Gringobart (10/5): Worth it - a stunning, spacious property with a massive living room that has huge and comfortable sofas and a nice view from the balcony. Master bedroom was top notch! Area around the property has plenty of cafes and restaurants . Public transport a short walk from the property. Would definitely come back

• Naama (9/5): Superb - Very large and spacious apartment in a very good location for our needs. Quite neighborhood, many cafés and restaurants around, shops, transportation (mainly buses) Communication with the staff was not good! When we arrived at the airport we called the number provided but there was no answer, also on whatsapp there was no reply. We ended up waiting on the street in front of the house for nearly half an hour until someone arrived despite informing regarding our arrival time. The person who gave us the keys and showed us the apartment had no knowledge regarding public transportation, actually gave us wrong info. He also neglected to inform us that there is daily housekeeping service from Monday to Friday and at what time. And we discovered this on Monday when we came back to the apartment in the evening and realized that someone organized our belongings (this was not a good feeling at all!!) We reported one of the key sets to be wrong but it was never replaced. Despite all the light fixtures the apartment is quite dark. Sleeping pillows were terrible and despite asking the staff, were not replaced. It is useless having pans in the kitchen that do not work with induction cooktop... As you can read, simple things that could be taken care of.

• Bi (10/5): Exceptional - I stayed at SuiteaBcn II for 3 nights with 2 friends of mine. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. The apartment was clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. The location was also excellent - there were many cafes, restaurants and a supermarket nearby and we could easily walk to several major tourist attractions. The host was quick and responsive when we approached him with queries during our stay. I would definitely recommend this apartment to family and friends.

• Prashant (10/5): Amazing location, perfect for family stay with great apartment - very homely & relaxed! - The property is set in an amazing location, firstly easy check in communication. Also love the fact we had daily clean, although we kept the apartment tidy - the bathroom , etc being cleaned daily was great. The apartment it says is amazing and very instagramable - Its worth the stay for your holiday and all the cool pictures you want to take. Great little balcony to enjoy the area - which me and my parents enjoyed in the evenings. Some small cafe, in the same road and also a supermarket around 3mins walk from the apartment , very useful.
