• Trista (7/5): Has almost everything you need for its location. - The location was great. We loved having an elevator. The blackout blinds all worked and were very nice. We appreciated the cleaner meeting us and taking us through the unit. Good communication from all. The view of the Sangrada was so nice. Having keypad access was also good so there was no risk locking yourself out. They provided lots of clothes pins for drying. Not having a dishwasher is below optimal when on vacation. There was not a lot of toilet paper provided. The tourist tax is unbelievably high here in Barcelona. It was €10.50 per person, per night.

• Nenad (10/5): The apartment is great. It is excellent for a familiy of 5 like ours. It has everything we need. - The location is in a quiet and beautiful area and close to Park Guell and Sagrada Familia. There are also metro stations nearby. Apartment is very clean. The hosts are cery kind. All recommendation.

Căldura ne am setat o la cat am vrut, lenjeria si prosoapele erau curate, am putut să facem check in ul mai devreme, comunicarea cu proprietarul foarte bună. Paturile sunt un pic cam mici, de 1,40 as spune și pernele ar trebui schimbate, exista doar o pernă lungă pt ambele persoane. Dar pentru câteva zile, nu a fost o problemă.

• Stefan (9/5): Super Standort für einen Städtetrip mit der Familie - Große Unterkunft in zentraler Lage, sehr freundlicher Empfang durch die Besitzerin, flexible Orga, so dass wir etwas früher im Appartement unsere Koffer abstellen konnten und auch am Abreisetag bis zu Abflug bleiben konnten 👍 Ein Schlafzimmer hat nur ein kleines Fenster zum Innenhof und ist damit auch tagsüber ziemlich dunkel. Ist jetzt aber nicht wirklich störend.

We did run into a minor issue as there was no cooking oil in the kitchen when we arrived. However, this turned into a positive experience because we asked the neighbors, who were incredibly kind to help us out. Their generosity really added a warm touch to our trip! Also, good communication with the owner. Thank you!

• Rui (10/5): Excelente - O Apartamento está muito bem localizado no Bairro da Gràcia muito perto a pé do Parque Guel e da Sagrada Família. Com estacionamento no prédio é o ideal para deixar o carro e explorar a cidade a pé e de transportes públicos. A Marta é super atenciosa e entregou a casa explicando todas as regras e mesmo sítios onde ir e como nos deslocarmos. Nada tudo 5 estrelas
• Valentina (7/5): Non tornerei. - Il quartiere è bello, residenziale, con farmacie, forni e piccoli supermercati sotto casa, ed e pulito. In casa non manca nulla come oggettistica, neppure l’ombrellone se uno vuole andare al mare. Però mi aspettavo di trovare almeno il necessario per cucinare, come olio o zucchero. Bellissima la vista sulla Sagrada Familia, peccato che manchi un balconcino e ci si debba sporgere per vederla. La casa è in una zona fuori dalla “movida”, teoricamente lì vicino c’era la metro… Peccato che fosse chiusa per lavori da un mese. Abbiamo preso dunque gli autobus, ma allungando molto i tempi di spostamento. La proprietaria gentilmente ci ha permesso di spostare di mezz’ora il check out. Purtroppo l’aria condizionata funzionava solo in una delle camere da letto. Il problema è stato segnalato ma la proprietaria non è riuscita a far venire il tecnico, quindi abbiamo sofferto parecchio sia il caldo (almeno c’erano due ventilatori) sia il rumore che veniva dalle finestre aperte e che purtroppo si sentiva, nonostante fossimo al quinto piano. La cucina, una delle camere e il bagno sono scarsamente illuminate perché danno sull’interno del condominio. Se si aprono le finestre i vicini possono guardare dentro e non è il massimo. Il mobilio è piuttosto datato, soprattutto i mobili della cucina (le pentole sono rovinate e dovrebbero essere cambiate!). Pur essendo l’appartamento complessivamente pulito, si vedono i segni del tempo e degli ospiti (divano macchiato, muffa nella doccia). In generale ho trovato scarsa cura rispetto al prezzo che ho pagato. Anche una bottiglia d’acqua fresca in frigorifero non avrebbe guastato.
• stefanie (5/5): Es war ok - Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich einer guten Lage. Alles was man braucht (Supermarkt, Bäcker, Restaurants) ist in der Nähe. Wir wurden nett begrüßt und David spricht sogar deutsch, dass war sehr hilfreich und hat uns sehr gefreut. Die Wohnung war leider nicht sauber. Es waren noch Haare im Bad, der Kühlschrank dreckig, die Klimaanlage ist nach drei Tagen ausgefallen und es war unerträglich warm. In einem Zimmer ist das Fenster zum Innenhof, leider konnte man es nicht komplett verdunkeln, daher kam immer Licht ins Zimmer. Und der Parkplatz sorgte für viel Stress und war mehr als abenteuerlich. Für einen Kleinwagen sicher wenig problematisch, aber mit einem Familienvan absolut ungeeignet, da es viel zu eng war. Wir waren zu fünft und dafür ist die Wohnung wirklich eng. Für ein Wochenende ausreichend, aber für eine Woche dann doch eher ungeeignet. Wir waren leider nicht so happy, haben aber das Beste daraus gemacht.

• Liubov (10/5): Super nice place - Nice apartment, excellent location, a little away from the center with crowds of tourists, in a quiet area. in 15 minutes you can walk to the Sagrada Familia. There are a few grocery stores nearby -

• Evgeny (10/5): Exceptional - - Excellent apartment. Despite the fact that it seems to be located on the outskirts, in fact it is convenient to travel to all the sights from it. Located on the metro line, which goes to attractions and to the beach, without transfers. 10-15 minutes to Sagrada de Familia - The apartment is convenient, comfortable, clean - 3 rooms, cool bathroom, everything you need in the kitchen. - The price in Barcelona is a bit expensive.

My family likes this room so much!! The parking is so narrow and small. We spent a lot of time to get in and get out. Small car is a good choice for this parking.

• Sandy (9/5): A very good place to stay in central Barcelona. - A comfortable and secure property, well-located - within short walking distance of Sagrada Familia and the metro. We were met at the property. 5th floor but has a lift. Well-equipped. Comfortable beds. No bathroom fan and the shower is over the bath. Only one toilet.

• Natalia (10/5): Exceptional - Big apartman with a nice view over the Sagrada Familia! The shops are nearby and the transport to the center is easy! The check in was really easy and the owner gave us lot of useful information. Two keys would be better.
• Khush (8/5): Great location and the host was very helpful with tips and easily reachable if we had questions - Great location - lots of cafes bars and restaurants nearby. Shopping district a 10 minute walk away however the main beach and gothic quarter was about a half an hour car ride and was sometimes difficult to get to by public transport. Air conditioning in the rooms would have made it easier to sleep. It was very very hot in the evenings and the bedrooms were very difficult to cool down so didnt always sleep well in the two rooms without AC.
• David (8/5): Very nice. Thanks! - The location to the Sagarada Familia was good. Able to walk to the area and pick up the bus to see the rest of the city. The parking situation was terrible. We were able to park underneath the apartment but the space was not very accomodating. The logistics to get up and down the elevator was just very stressful. Recommend to pay a little more and park at the lot about 200m which is a little more expensive but roomy.
• Lorelau (8/5): Very good - The apartment is very well positioned, in walking distance from Sagrada Familia and Sant Pau, it is spacious and clean, you have clean sheets, towels and a hairdryer, even an iron for your clothes. Very well equipped kitchen with dishes, kitchenware, glasses and cups, gas stove, oven, toaster, microwave, coffee maker (though no regular coffee, just instant coffee, nor filters). We had a very good communication with the host and, at the location you have a tourist guide in Spanish, English and French, with very useful information. You have AC in the living room and in one of the bedrooms (we had an apartment on the 5-th floor). TV has Netflix. Two of the bedrooms do not have AC, so if you close the door at night, you have to open the window and, because both rooms face the street, it can be a little noisy, therefore ear plugs would be useful. The blinds in the bedroom facing the inner yard could use a refresh, or be replaced, because when we opened the window for some air there was a damp smell, the same smell was in the closet from that room (the other 2 rooms facing the street were good).

• Paul (10/5): A brilliant few days in one of the most beautiful cities in Europe - The location was perfect. The bakery across the street made the most beautiful pastries and excellent coffee for breakfast. The rooms were quiet and comfortable. Everything we could possibly need was in the apartment. A smart TV, air con, there was even an iron to press our clothes with. On the Sunday morning we opened one of the windows into the courtyard. Upon doing so we were rewarded with one of the neighbours playing opera. You can only imagine my delight when he joined in, pitch perfect, to sing along. I travel to Europe a lot for work. When I do so I stay in apartments that I find on this site. This is, quite possibly, the very best one so far. Martha and David, keep up the brilliant work and we'll see you again as soon as we can! We would have liked to stay a little longer! There really wasn't anything not to like. Once again, the apartment had it all from quality, to cleanliness, to location. If you're going to Barcelona you should stay here!

• Philipp (9/5): Everything you need with a few additional comforts! - In addition to a very accommodating English-speaking host, all the basics we needed were available from bedroom (lots of closet space) to kitchen to bathroom. The area provided shops and groceries, and we were in walking distance from the Sagrada Familia and Parc Güell! The host provided a very detailed catalog of all sights, etc and surroundings, as well as details of the house (available in several languages). We especially appreciated the shades that allowed us to darken the room for a couple extra hours of sleep in the morning. Air conditioning was only availble in the living room and one of the three bedrooms. We had to leave all of the doors open to circulate cool air throughout the apartment. Furthermore, should you have a larger vehicle to park in the garage, space is very limited. We arrived with a VW van and had a very difficult time parking in the house garage.
