• Иванка (10/5): Чудесен и тих апартамент на много удобно място. - Мястото на апартамента е чудесно и е идеално за повече хора. Спалните са много тихи, а леглата са изключително удобни за спане. В района има денонощни магазини, което е голямо удобство. Комуникацията с домакините беше отлична. Услугата за съхранение на багаж е страхотна идея и е много полезна.

Check in rapido, di facile gestione e ottima la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli presso la loro agenzia. In linea di massima nulla, forse stanze leggermente piccoline però dovendo solo dormire non é stato un problema.

• Alex (9/5): - The location is perfect—everything Barcelona has to offer is literally right at your fingertips! We were absolutely amazed by the size of the apartment: very large, bright, and spacious. Everything was very clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The service was a huge plus: we arrived in the morning, and check-in wasn't until the afternoon. To save us the trouble of wandering around the city with our suitcases, they offered to leave our luggage in their office. It was a real help! We definitely recommend this place for its comfort and care for guests. The only thing I'd like to bring to the owners' attention is the sofa in the living room. Unfortunately, it's not very comfortable for sleeping, and the mechanism doesn't work well when folded out. In my opinion, it should either be replaced with a more modern model or not listed in the description as a full-size bed for two, so as not to upset guests. I would also be grateful if the cleaning staff cleaned the sofa as thoroughly as the rest of the apartment. Otherwise, everything was great, thank you!

• Miki (8/5): とても楽しめました。 - 立地はとても良かったです。 7人で利用しましたが、別荘のように使うことができ、とても楽しく過ごせました。 必要なものは全て揃ってました。 入り口の鍵を開けるためのリンクを送信してもらえなかったので、中に入れず、どうすれば良いかわかるまでに1時間くらい時間がかかった。 エレベーターが小さかったので、荷物の上げ下ろしに何往復もしなければならなかった。

• Miriam (9/5): - מיקום מעולה, דירה יפה מאובזרת ונקיה, שירות טוב של אנשי הצוות. את המפתח יש לקחת מבניין החברה המתפעלת, זו הליכה של רבע שעה, הגענו עם 5 ילדים ומזוודות וזה לא היה לעניין לעשות את ההליכה הזו, ביקשנו שנציג יפגוש אותנו בכניסה לבניין הדירה לקבלת מפתח ודרשו מאיתנו 50 יורו על כך- לא מידתי.

• Lars (8/5): - Top Lage, für Gruppen ab 6 Personen super geeignet. Nicht gefallen hat uns, dass man abgehört wird. Wir haben Abends Karten gespielt und ein bisschen Musik gehört. Erst kommt eine WhatsApp, dass man sich bitte an die Regeln halten soll. Dann ein Anruf mit der Bitte die Regeln einzuhalten, eine Viertelstunde später der nächste Anruf, dass NAchbarn angeblich die Polizei gerufen haben. Im Anschluss bekommt man den Hinweis, dass ein Geräuschdetektor installiert ist und auch Kurve mit dem Gräuschpegel übermittelt. Ich finde diese Praxis mehr als fraglich.

• Ann (10/5): - Great location, near restaurants, grocery stores and has an elevator. Good to note, their second floor is actually 4 floors up, written on the wall, which was a little confusing for us. We were also able to store our luggage, free of charge, at their office.
• Ronal (2/5): - Estuvimos mi familia y Yo hospedados por dos noches, el cual una de las noches no tuvimos aire acondicionado en pleno Verano y no tenían WiFi disponible, adicional una de las camas eran unos muebles juntados y con un colchon muy incómodo, los baños super pequeños, al final el valor de este alquiler no representa el costó de la misma, muebles muy chicos y el ascensor no funciona. Recalcando también que es incómodo siendo turistas ir a buscar la llave de la propiedad en otro lugar para poder entrar. En definitiva No es Recomendado Muy costoso para lo que ofrecen.
• Jennifer (10/5): - Sizable apartment for our family of 6. Having 3 bathrooms was a huge help, plus laundry available. The area was perfect with some delicious restaurants/bars nearby as well as plenty of grocery options and shopping in an easy walk. Transportation available nearby as well.

• Hubert (8/5): Ideal base camp to discover Barcelona’s beauty with minimal travel times - The neighbourhood is fantastic. All amenities nearby. Agency staff stayed after office hours because we were late on our day of arrival. They were always kind and responsive. In the apartment, there is a folder and QR codes explaining all the rules and practicalities to make full use of the property - that’s helpful. Rather dark flat because the house is so deep and the facade so narrow, but the owners did their best to make it bright and friendly inside. I don’t like the payment policy of the agency: 100% advance payment (50% upon reservation, 50% in the week before arrival).
• Mom (8/5): The stay was amazing it was near plenty restaurants, coffee shops and bars. - I love the location of the property.
• Marta (8/5): Perfect location in BCN - This apartment is perfectly located, it is close to many sightseeing places, there are many shops, bars and restaurants and this part of Barcelona is also the most beautiful one. It is also great that there are 3 bathrooms - very comfortable for bigger groups. The apartment has a few flaws: - no lamps - the only source of light are ceiling lights so no way to rest or read - not enough wardrobes - one room has 0 and two other have just half each as the other half of each wardrobe is closed with a key (I guess it is storage room for owners) - amenities - considering the price of the apartment, a bit more toilet paper, salt or sugar or tee - basic things - would be a nice gesture.
