• SAU CHU (10/5): Perfect! Highly recommend! - Perfect location with several supermarkets and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. It’s also very easy to get to the city centre. The host is incredibly friendly, responsive, and quick to help with any questions. We had a great stay and would highly recommend this property!

• Isabella (7/5): - Ottima posizione, struttura pulita e con tutto il necessario. Ci è stata data la possibilità di lasciare le valigie prima che l'appartamento fosse pronto. Abbiamo apprezzato tanto caffè, succo di frutta e dolci messi a disposizione nell'appartamento. Una delle camere doppie era molto stretta, con gli zaini non c'era spazio per muoversi e per aprire la finestrella che dava su un chiostro interno. All'arrivo all'appartamento, senza indicazione del piano, ho provato ripetutamente a contattare la proprietaria sia con messaggi che con chiamate ma non mi ha risposto per almeno un'ora costringendoci ad aspettare ad un bar vicino perdendo tempo nel nostro programma.

• Raquel S G (8/5): Cerca de todo - El apartamento está en una buena zona, cerca de todo. Algunos detalles de servicios como la cafetera o el lavavajillas podrían mejorar, la cafetera no la pudimos usar porque no dejaba de echar cal y olía mal el depósito. Lo demás está muy bien.

• Mattia424 (5/5): 6 per essere clemente.. - Posizione ottima Pulizia non sufficiente, polvere ovunque.. tostapane sporco..condizionatore sporco e puzzolente.. stufetta sporca.. soffione doccia con calcare e che perdeva.. Alle sedie mancavano delle viti di fissaggio e in generale l'appartamento non è in buone condizioni generali, dovrebbero fare un minimo di ristrutturazione..

В квартире было немного прохладно, но если включать обогреватели, то будет нормально. Расположение очень понравилось. Без проблем можно добраться во все части города. В целом все понравилось. Было немного прохладно.
• Monika (8/5): Myślę, że wróciłabym do apartamentu Noemi. - Wszędzie blisko, dużo kafejek, restauracji, metra. Dwie oddzielne sypialnie, plus salon. Apartament dość duży. Apartament Noemi lata świetności, ma już za sobą, jeżeli ktoś nie ma bardzo wygórowanych oczekiwań to będzie zadowolony.

• gabriela (10/5): - L'appartamento molto grande e accogliente, Alex e stato molto gentile a spiegarci quello che si poteva visitare, dov'è mangiare e molto gentili in generale.Regalino per il Natale lasciato sul tavolo con il biglietto di auguri e stato un gesto molto bello così come la disponibilità di darci l'appartamento prima del orario previsto e di lasciarlo poi con calma. Ritornerei di sicuro La pulizia fatta un po' superficiale per i miei gusti però niente di esagerato... Lenzuola e asciugamani puliti, anche prodotti e carta a volontà.

• Delphine (10/5): Gentillesse et super emplacement - Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis - la communication en amont et pendant le séjour a été d'une simplicité et d'une réactivité incroyables, merci ! Il y avait même du café, du lait, du beurre, du miel et des toasts en dépannage pour le petit déjeuner ce qui était gentil et très appréciable. L'appartement est très bien situé, dans un quartier authentique et peu touristique mais à proximité des sites d'intérêt. L'immeuble est bien sécurisé et juste à côté de commerces (boulangerie, supérettes etc) et parkings publics souterrains. Nous y avons passé un très bon séjour et reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

• Paul (8/5): - There was good communication with the host and they were very helpful with the key handover and explaining everything about the apartment. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, quiet, and had everything we needed from towels, bedding, to kitchen utensils and even some basics.

• Roberto (9/5): Appartamento super,completo e in posizione comodissima ,proprietari davvero gentili e disponibili - Appartamento molto comodo ..completo di ogni confort ..cucina..canereta camera matrimoniale ..bagno e soggiorno con ulteriore divano letto ...in posizione davvero comoda per visitare tutte le attrazioni ..quartiere tranquillo ...i proprietari son stati davvero gentili e..disponibilissimi...Alex si è intrattenuto con noi per darci dritte e consigli ....ci hanno permesso di lasciare l appartamento ben oltre l orario massimo del check out permettendoci di essere comodi nel muoverci l ultimo gg prima del volo ...che dire grazie davvero!...siam stati benissimo ! Tutto perfetto !

• Youssouf (9/5): Bon rapport qualité/prix - Tout etait parfait. L'hôte nous a accueillis chaleureusement. L'appartement est conforme à la description. Café, thé, épices et autres condiments étaient prévus ainsi que de du beurre,confiture etc dans le frigo. Dans la sdb également plusieurs produits permettent de s'installer tranquillement avant d'aller faire ses propres couses. Nous avons choisi le parking du Mistral juste en face de l'appartement pour garer notre voiture pendant les 3 jours ( 45€/ 3 jours). Il y a un autre parking moins cher que l'hôte nous a indiqué mais notre voiture avec son coffre de toit etait trop haute. Il y a un ascenseur pour accéder à l'entresol. La Rambla est à 20 min a pieds. Petit plus pour le café situé juste en-dessous de l'appartement. Un peu de bruit dans le.quartier mais la climatisation permet de fermer les fenêtres sans mourir de chaud. Le canapé-lit n'est pas confortable.

Se tiene la sensación de explotar al máximo lo que hay y poco más. Es una opción, pero no era lo que buscábamos.

• Ioana-cristina (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is very well located in a safe and beautiful neighborhood, very close to the center. It contains everything you need for the kitchen and bathroom. The host was amazing, he left us breakfast, beer, wine, water, coffee and showed us places where we can eat or shop. I recommend the Casa Dorida restaurant, located close to the apartment (the best beef steak), Honest Greens located in Placa Catalunya. We thank the host from the bottom of our hearts for everything! We liked everything, I recommend!

• Heewony (3/5): Maybe a good place for budget-conscious students - I really appreciated Naomi meeting us on the first day to walk with us to the property. I don’t think we could ever find the apartment without her. All kitchen tools were very worn out and scratched. The kitchen was very small, only enough to fit one person to cook. The bed in the second room felt very old and ready to be replaced. Only one towel per person was provided. The location was pretty far from the most major attractions.

There was too much traffic outside and we were unable to sleep during the night. The kitchen equipment's were not clean and the microwave oven had a stale smell.

This old apartment has not been maintained, requires deep cleaning, the walls are dirty, the beds are uncomfortable, the parquet is old...it needs total renovation..One of the rooms containing only one bed was probably a storage room, it is extremely small and the bathroom window communicates with this room...We made the worst choice based on the booking grades
• Yelena (8/5): Good place, great location. - Location, cleanness, and communication with the owner were superb. The owner would go out of his way to help. The equipment of the kitchen was great. It was very nice of the owners to provide some breakfast items. It was spacious enough. The noise from the street and neighbors. The bed in one bedroom is too low, and one in the other is too high. Therefore It was hard to get out of bed. The design of the apartment is kind of weird. The window from the bathroom opens up into one of the bedrooms (???). The apartment could use a fresh coat of paint.
