• Suzanne (9/5): - Prachtig gelegen en super schoon. Hele aardige gastvrouw. We mochten iets later uitchecken wat erg fijn was. De keuken is heel uitgebreid met oven airfryer, tosti ijzers etc. We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad. De foto's op booking waren niet super duidelijk doordat er veel (niet relevante) foto's van de omgeving en mensen zijn. Hierdoor kwamen wij er pas laat achter dat we op een slaapbank sliepen in de woonkamer. We hadden ook zelf niet goed gelezen, maar wij vonden dit wel erg jammer gezien de prijs. Je hoort de buren boven je lopen. Het is erg gehorig.

• Elisabeth Lisanne (9/5): Mooi ruim appartement - Wat een groot en ruim appartement Alles is aanwezig. Hele lieve gastvrouw die alles goed uitlegde. Wij waren op doorreis naar Italië en verbleven 1 nacht met 2 kinderen van 14 en 16 jaar. Voor ons volgend jaar weer.
• Anthony (8/5): bon rapport qualité / prix - pour la premiere fois de notre voyage allemand/autrichien ( sur 5 appartements différents) : content de rencontrer enfin !! une proprietaire qui nous accueille ! fatigué des boites à clés et de l'absence de contact humains... la connexion internet est catastrophique, cela coupe toutes les 2 minutes. il manque un lave vaisselle dans la cuisine pour bien faire. et l'appartement est quand meme plutot sombre. mais ca va.

• Thomas (10/5): - Bei Kaiserwetter haben wir einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in Österreich verbracht. Für zwei Nächte durften wir bei der herzlichen Gastgeberin Gundi wohnen. Die Ferienwohnung war bestens ausgestattet – es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. In der kurzen Zeit konnten wir gar nicht alles nutzen. Gundi stand uns jederzeit mit hilfreichen Tipps zur Umgebung und Antworten auf all unsere Fragen zur Seite. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Es war alles in Ordnung.

Gundi is one of the warmest and most attentive hosts we’ve ever encountered—she went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. She was in touch with us before, during, and even after our visit, making sure everything ran smoothly. After our late arrival, she made sure we had food for the next day, checked local webcams for weather updates, and gave us fantastic tips on activities in the area (and there’s so much to do!). The apartment itself is spacious, cosy, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped—with beautiful views of the Zugspitze from the windows. Even though the weather wasn’t ideal during our stay, we still enjoyed a gorgeous walk through the surrounding area and truly felt at home. I’ve travelled quite a bit, but it’s rare to come across such a caring and thoughtful host as Gundi. We’re already looking forward to returning—highly recommended! In all honesty, absolutely nothing comes to mind!

• Paula (10/5): - Omistajat olivat erittäin ystävällisiä ja avuliaita. Huoneisto oli todella siisti ja erittäin hyvin varusteltu, kaapissa kahvit ja teet valmiina. Ikkunoista näkyi lumihuippuinen Zugspize.Mskuuhuoneet olivat todella tilavia. Sijainti oli loistava esim. Zugspizella ja Neunschwansteinin linnassa vierailuun. Myös paljon muuta näkemistä. Suosittelemme lämpimästi ja menemme mielellään uudelleen!

• Friedhelm (10/5): Fantastisch - Gerne wieder - Gundi ist eine tolle Gastgeberin und sehr offen und herzlich. Ist auch keine Österreicherin sondern kommt aus NRW 😀 Begrüßung mit Bierchen und auf Wunsch gab es Vesper und Frühstück. Für die Fahrräder wurde extra der Traktor in der Scheune noch nach hinten gefahren. Verabschiedung mit Bild und allem Schnick Schnack. Sehr herzlich auch ihr Mann Es war alles top und es gab alles. 2 Männer auf 90 qm und jeder sein eigenes Zimmer zum Schnarchen. Sehr große Wohnung. Morgens Kaffee und Aufbackbrötchen

Les fenêtres de l'appartement donnent sur le Zugspitze , plus haut sommet d'Allemagne . Place de parking en bas de l'appartement .
• Jozi Patrícia (10/5): Excelente!! - A acomodação é excelente e a anfitriã uma pessoa maravilhosa. Fomos auxiliados com dicas de gastronomia e passeios. A acomodação é muito bem equipada e limpa. Estava tudo ótimo!!! A anfitriã até nos auxiliou com uma costura de calça (salvou o dia). Na saída, recebemos até mimos. Com certeza recomendamos A localização é um pouco afastada de mercado ou outros, mas já sabíamos e não nos importamos com isso. Queríamos um bom lugar para descansar e estar em família e foi isso que encontramos. Então, nada a queixar.

We even received the best homemade Austrian cookies upon parting (granted, it was Christmas Day). We wish we would have stayed longer--we were traveling elsewhere. We just might have to come back. No complaints.

• Kurjanowitssch (10/5): - Hallo zusammen, es hat mir sehr gut gefallen, wir waren 3 Tage bei der Ankunft, wir wurden von der freundlichen Gastgeberin Gundi empfangen, sie hat alles ausführlich erzählt und gezeigt, die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht, man fühlt sich wie zu Hause, alles ist in der Nähe, wir haben fast alles besichtigt, also werden wir wieder kommen, um bis zum Ende zu genießen, vielen Dank nochmal für ein wunderschönes Wochenende bis zum nächsten Mal Oh ja, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in der Nähe, was sehr wichtig ist, wir haben in 3 Tagen gesehen, den Gipfel des Berges, Schlittenfahrt, Gondal, Seen, Schlösser, Natur ist einfach magisch, obwohl wir selbst aus Bergorten kommen, ein absolutes Vergnügen

• Carolin (8/5): Nette, geräumige Wohnung kurz vor Lermoos. - Sehr nette Vermieterin, geräumige Wohnung, bequeme Betten, schöner Blick auf die Berge, gut ausgestattete kleine Küche. Recht ruhig, obwohl die Schnellstraße hinter dem Haus vorbei geht.

Trotz unserer späten Anreise war sie gut gelaunt für uns da. Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig und äußerst praktisch ausgestattet. Leermoos ist in kürzester Zeit (auch mit dem Fahrrad !) erreichbar. Es ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für sämtliche Aktivitäten.
