• Monika (8/5): - Gospodarz to bardzo serdeczny człowiek. Przyjął nas bardzo miło i był pomocny w każdej kwestii. Ogólnie pobyt był bardzo udany. Niewygodny dostęp do łóżka, ale wymusza to rozmiar pokoju.

Początkowo byliśmy zaskoczeni niezwykłą uprzejmością gospodarza,a z czasem pomyśleliśmy,że super byłoby być tak traktowanym przez właścicieli wszystkich miejsc, które odwiedzamy. W apartamencie były niezbędne rzeczy potrzebne do przygotowania posiłków,posprzątania po nich. Ponadto białe ręczniki,mięciutki papier. Zależało nam na pięknym widoku z tarasu i nie zawiedliśmy się. Żałujemy tylko,że zwiedzanie pochłonęło nam sporo czasu i rzadko mogliśmy z niego korzystać. Jeśli chodzi o lokalizacje to trzeba trochę podejść,ale widok rekompensuje. Niedaleko znajduje się przystanek autobusowy, z którego dojedziemy w około 20 min do OLD TOWN. Obiekt spełnił nasze oczekiwania,niczego nam nie brakowało. Polecamy :) ❤️

• Daniel (8/5): Nasz pobyt w Dubrovniku był niesamowity i choć musimy już wracać do Polski, wspomnienia jadą z nami. - Niesamowity widok z tarasu, który był ogólnodostępny dla gości. Można było rano wypić na nim kawę w blasku wchodzącego słońca, a wieczorem obserwować zachód, gdy słońce kryło się za horyzont w Adriatyku. Gospodarz obiektu Pan Zvonimir to niesamowicie uprzejmy i pomocny człowiek. Często korzystaliśmy z jego sugestii jeśli chodzi o lokalne atrakcje, sposoby komunikacji w mieście i wiele innych. Nigdy się nie zawiedliśmy. Malutkim minusem było podwójne łóżko złożone z 2 małych, które było niekomfortowe dla naszej pary podczas snu.

Завжди цікавився чи все гаразд, розповідав де що знаходиться, завжди давав якісь поради, а тепла зустріч взагалі окрема тема, підскакував дуже багато :) Від щирого серця серця рекомендую цей готель! Вид с тераси на море просто вау😍😍😍 P.S Zvonimir вибач що не прийшли попрощатись, дуже пізно зібрали всі свої речі, ще зустрінемось 🤗

His hospitality and care truly exceeded my expectations.

Il faut entrer dans l'appartement du propriétaire et traverser le salon pour accéder à la terrasse et vue mer. Ce n'était pas précisé. En tout cas pour l'appartement que nous avions. Les autres appartements, je ne sais pas.

• Krysia (8/5): A lovely location and view, with the most thoughtful host. - The host lives at the property, he was quick to respond via messaging and met us to give us the keys, a welcome drink and a quick tour of the property and easy transport links! He is a really kind man who is generous, thoughtful, provides recommendations, travel books, clean towels and linens etc. the room was private and we had our own private little terrace too :) The location is 5mins walk from a bus stop into Old Town, and 5mins walk from the local beach and promenade too. There are many many stairs in this area! 350 to get back to the property from the promenade but it meant we earnt more gelato ;) Dubrovnik is also full of stairs so we feel fit from this holiday! Our room had a tinted screen into the bathroom/shower, so it wasn’t very private- some couples may not like this! And we found that the advert was a little confusing, as multiple rooms on there and the big shared terrace, but we had a lovely time and had everything we needed :)
• Alona (8/5): Wenn Dubrovnik, denn hier - Der Gastgeber ist super freundlich. Man fühlt sich gut aufgehoben. Die Aussicht war super schön. Die Bitten wurden sofort erfüllt (Haben bei der Anreise den Kaffee erwähnt und sofort die Kaffeemaschine mit allem drum und dran bekommen, Waschpulver, zusätzliche Handtücher und Bettwäsche usw). Die Terrasse hatten wir nur für uns nur die Nachbarn von unten mussten da durch, war aber absolut kein Problem. Die Lage ist top, die Geschäfte, Restaurants, Bushaltestelle, Strände alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Bloß wieder zurück die Treppe hoch zu laufen hält schön fit. Herr Maslac hat auch sehr viele Tips parat und teilt sie den Gästen bei der Anreise gerne mit. Wir erinnern uns gerne an ihn (oki oki😉). Gerne wieder. Das Bad hatte schon bessere Zeiten. Und es ist auch ne kleine Herausforderung in der Küche was zu kochen. War aber nicht schlimm, alles nötige hat man.

Spettacolare, l’host è super gentile e disponibile, ci ha fatto sentire a casa e dato indicazioni puntuali e precise. Una persona squisita che abbiamo avuto il privilegio di conoscere . La foto della terrazza non rende l’idea: ancora meglio dal vivo, con un tramonto e un’atmosfera mozzafiato. La stanza era dotata di una mini cucina, attrezzata con tutto, comodissima se si vuole cucinare da sé e con frigo , cosa super apprezzata. La posizione è super centrale. Col bus 6 a due passi , comodissima per raggiungere il centro. Unica pecca le scale, ma quella è una caratteristica tipica del luogo

Υπάρχει Parking κοντά Ίσως να παρέχονται λίγα παραπάνω πράγματα για να φτιάξεις ένα Lite πρωινό ή να πιείς έναν γρήγορο καφέ μιας και υπάρχει κουζίνα. Να είχε διπλό κρεβάτι, αντί για δύο μονά κολλημένα το ένα δίπλο στο άλλο

The steps up to the apartment from the main street are quite physically exhausting. Something to be aware of if travelling with kids etc.

There are gorgeous views from the patio and an amazing sense of privacy and tranquility. If you take the shortest route to the beach, it's 350 stairs up and down. But it's easy to go around and not all that much longer.

The location was excellent—only 3 km from the Old Town, with easy access via a 5-minute ride on public transport. The house was lovely, featuring a beautiful courtyard and an incredible sea view. The beach was just a short 300-meter walk away, which was perfect for a quick swim or a relaxing day by the water. The host was absolutely amazing and made the experience even better. He provided fresh fruit every day and always made me feel at home, constantly reminding me to make myself comfortable as if it were my own house. He was incredibly professional and gave great recommendations on places to visit and things to do in the city. Truly a fantastic person! I highly recommend this place to anyone planning a trip to Dubrovnik. Hvala Zvonimir!!!
• Ellis (10/5): Cant wait to go back and stay with Zvonimir at Studio Maslac! - Everything! From the amazingly helpful host to the stunning view from the terrace. Everything was clean and very pleasant. The AC worked wonders during the hot nights and the fridge kept our food nice and cold. Shower was also quite pleasant with a steady stream of hot water (no need to fidget with the handle). I would also like to mention that the beach nearby pebble beach probably has the cleanest water I have ever seen (no algea or trash floating around) Nothing to do with the property but buyer beware! Dubrovnik is a hilly/mountainous city so every day is leg day! In case you are unable to walk or are otherwise infirm, you should look for a place to stay closer to ground level. That being said, If you are just feeling lazy after a long day in the Old Town, you should take the bus no.6 and get off at Solitudo stop. From there it is about 5 minute walk to the property along the Mostarska street with very little stairs.

We also had a balcony which was lovely to look out on But, what really made our stay was the amazing host Zvonimir. Zvonimir was so kind and so hospitable towards us, he really went above and beyond and we are so grateful for it! Nothing, everything was perfect!

Fantastic friendly host who provided beach towels as well as bathroom towels. It's fairly dated and could do with some updating. Wasn't much of an issue for me as I was out most of the day. It was also noisy from the neighbours property. Not amazing whilst trying to sleep at 1am.

• Elena (9/5): It was really cozy small hotel - The hotel has totally amazing view, it was so nice to enjoy it in the morning and to drink coffee watching from the balcony to the city and the beach downstairs. I liked it a lot. Well, the minus is that it's necessary to climb up 200+ steps from the beach to hotel. For me it's fine, but probably some less trained people will not like it :D

• Jill (9/5): Fantastic host who was welcoming and friendly! Great views and a comfy stay. - Great host, lovely views, comfy bed, great shower. It was private and quiet given that there was other accommodation nearby The daily access was well arranged and trouble free. The washing machine was a great addition and the drying rack with pegs outside meant you could put out clothes as you left in the morning and they were dry on your return. I never realised how convenient it was to be able to do laundry on holiday :)) Having a toaster would have been a great addition. Possibly a microwave? There was no wardrobe but an extended cupboard which was accessed by a ladder which was provided. I opted to not use this and just used the hangers to hang clothes on the cupboard door handles. (My friend, in a different apartment, did have a wardrobe!)There was only me in the apartment which might have been a bit tight for two people. The 315 steps up from the main area of town was not a problem for me - I enjoyed thinking I was getting this daily exercise, however, I think it should be mentioned in the details of the accommodation as it could be a problem for some people and by the time you arrive there would not be much you could do about it.

Beautiful terrace and super clean with a well stocked kitchen and kindly provided extras such as tea bags, kitchen roll and hairdryer. Short walk to shops restaurants and beach /bus stops The advert clearly stated there are steps to access the apartment block and to get down to the apartment front door but it was a little tiresome to have to walk 313 steep steps each time (several times a day) - we did find a short cut meaning only 66 steps at the end and we laughed that it kept us fit We did suggest a motion sensor security light to be added near the access gate to help see steps more easily at night The adverts state a private terrace which there was with a table, umbrella and two chairs but the photos implies it’s the long terrace with sun loungers but that is shared and only accessible (from our apartment) via the owners lounge (which is open 24/7). It’s lovely and we used it alot but feel the advert is a little confusing. Advert also said two single beds and a futon but there was no futon in our room

He also told us where to catch busses. We forgot beach towels, and he kindly provided it to them. The patio had a great view of the sea, and offered plenty of lovely seating areas. True hospitality at it’s finest. We felt so welcome and appreciated, and instantly felt at home. His homemade grappa is amazing, and for only 1.5 euro per glass, it was truly a treat. Truly there is nothing to dislike. We highly recommend this property for anyone travelling.

• Courtney (9/5): It was a great location, beautiful and well set-up room, and the host was so generous and friendly! - The host is fantastic and the location was great! There were a lot of bugs (millipedes, ants, mosquitoes).
• Claudia (9/5): Superb - Property was great for a couple of nights, had everything we needed and the owner was very accommodating! The location provided amazing views but it was a quite a hike to get to reach the property, overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
• Kajsa (8/5): The host was the best - The host was the best thing. He was so kind, and welcoming. The room had a private bathroom with shower and a small kitchen, it also had an ac. The stairs to the apartment. BUT you get used to it. Also its a bus stop close by that goes all the way to old town, so I can't really complain

• Susan (10/5): Very good value for money and absolutely a place to want to go back to. - The owner was there to meet us and was exceptionally helpful. The room was very comfortable and air conditioned. The outside terrace had a view of the sea and was very spacious. It was where we spent a lot of our time. Sunset Beach was within walking distance with lots of bars and restaurants. The beach itself was stony but not too bad.The owner was very friendly and worked non stop to make sure that everything outside was in good order. He also made sure we had enough clean towels. He is an excellent host, very generous and nothing was too much trouble for him. Thoroughly recommended. Nothing!!

• Xiaoye (10/5): Wonderful apartment with pleasant stay. - We love the view from the bacony, spacious living room, which became ideal place to have some quick bite bought from takeaway or supermarket. The location although not very close to old town, there is bus 6 available and uber reasonable. Once you orientate yourself, supermarket, eatary and beach prominade are easy to reach, Being apartment, we can use the washer and there is a small kichenette in our room. Recommend to go prominade towards north direction, a lot of lovely rocky /sandy beach sites to explore. We certainly enjoyed our 3nights stay. our room is a bit small but it is clean and has everything. Initial orientation to find the.bus stop a bit difficult. Suggest the ownwe to stock up some single journey tickets so we dont have to look for TISAK (ticket booth)

• Alla (10/5): A remarkable week in Dubrovnik - In villa Studios Maslaĉ we found everything for a pleasant and comfortable stay: a cosy, clean and convenient room equipped with all necessary devices, a beautiful , hidden in the shadow of trees terrace with a remarkable view on the city and the sea, a kind, sociable and hospital owner Zvonomir Maslaĉ who is always ready to help in any matters If you want to go back quickly to the house from the sea you have to go upstairs with more than 300 steps
