• GERARD (10/5): Vue ++++ - Vue exceptionnelle !!! Un appartement pour 4 , 2 chambres, une cuisine, une grande salle de bain avec lave linge, parking. La terrasse est spacieuse avec vue sur la vieille ville. Celle-ci est accessible à pied ( de nombreuses marches). Explications très claires pour notre arrivée. Quelques ampoules à remplacer.

• Douglas (7/5): - The location was amazing with a brilliant view from the balcony of the old town. It is a bit of a trek up steep steps to get back to it at night. There’s a large bathroom with a washing machine. Beds were comfortable. It was fine to stay in as we were hardly in the apartment as we were out exploring all day. There was private parking which was a bonus for being in Dubrovnik. Good check in details. The kitchen needs a refurbishment. It was falling apart and had a very old dishwasher. There could be more cutlery and amenities in the kitchen. There were fruit flies in the kitchen and in the apartment. There was no seating area apart from out in the balcony. There was a table and chairs in the kitchen. Just felt a bit run down.

Beautiful apartment with comfy amenities and balcony with stunning views. Our host was really responsive and understanding about our inquiries, including a late check out. 100% recommended. Spotlessly clean apartment with all the amenities that you need. 5 min walk to a local supermarket and 10-15min stroll down many steps (or along the road if you prefer) to Ploce gate entrance to the Old Town. We accepted the offer of airport transfer to the apartment and highly recommend this option as our driver Mario was prompt and very friendly, and full of information. He also took us to catch the ferry to Split on our day of departure. We purchased a Dubrovnik Pass which gave us access to walk the walls, free entry into most museums, and free city bus travel which we did and used to explore this lovely place. Hvala!

• YUPING (8/5): - 風景無敵，可以俯瞰杜城與海面上的夕陽(附上民宿拍出去的照片)，一定要保留傍晚時間留在民宿。 該區域因為位在老城區，所以開車進去車輛須登記，民宿主人會用Whatsapp詢問車牌號碼。 有問題的話透過通訊軟體聯絡，對方回覆都很快。 附近就有一間小超市可供採買，走路可到老城區、纜車站與海邊， 推薦纜車站對面有一間韓國料理很好吃，是當地價格較為親切的外帶餐點。 除了陽台風景之外，房間的部分真的很普通。 浴室風扇聲音非常大，沒有辦法關掉。 另外克羅埃西亞的熱水設備都是儲熱式的，如果比較多人要洗澡的話可能要注意熱水使用狀況，也要記得燒熱水的機器不要關掉。 房子位於山坡上，雖然走路可到海邊、纜車站、老城區，但回程真的要爬蠻多樓梯，有公車可以到民宿附近，但因為當地都是單行道，公車是circle式的，如果搭公車回來會先開去碼頭那裏繞一大圈才回來，可能會比走路的時間多半小時以上。

The apartment was equipped with everything that you’d need for a comfortable stay, kitchen with dishwasher and appliances for cooking, supermarket located close by, parking included. Everything was clean, nice and the host was very responsive. Thank you again for a lovely stay! I highly recommend this place! Be aware of the many stairs to get to the Old Town, it is normal to be that way for a coastal city. We knew about it, this is also written in the description of the accommodation, you should be aware of it. For us it wasn’t a problem, but worth mentioning.

• Sana (10/5): Perfect Dubrovnik stay with stunning views ! - We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment in Dubrovnik! The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, making the whole experience effortless and enjoyable. The apartment itself was spotless and beautifully maintained, and everything was perfectly organized. The panoramic view of the Old Town is simply breathtaking — waking up to that sight every morning was unforgettable. The location is fantastic, and having a dedicated parking spot was an incredible bonus, especially in Dubrovnik where parking can be such a challenge. Communication was fast and efficient, and any questions we had were answered promptly. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Dubrovnik — it truly exceeded all our expectations!

• Edward (9/5): - Very good location that overlook oldtown, fantastic view. The kitchen is well stocked, and clean. Bedrooms are large, and heatpump works well to maintain the room temperature. Only complaint was the bathtub drain was very slow, water raised above ankle while taking a short shower. It needs a regular de-clogging.

• Sanjoy Sengupta (10/5): amazing property - great location, can have an excellent view of the entire fort from the bedroom / varandah itself. the location is slightly up the hill, but there are stairs from main road / one of the entry gate of the fort. so need to be prepared for the walk to fort. the flat is having all basic amenities. owner lives in same premise and easily accessible. having enough parking place for car also. had an excellent stay. also has a grocery store nearby within 2 mins walk. restaurants are all around fort area. as we had a car, we also went to lapad area for more choice of restaurants. due to winter season, all activities on the beach was non-operational. we liked everything.

• Belle Huang (5/5): 除了VIEW和小小的免費車位以外，其他都不太好 - 1. 公寓的VIEW很好，可以在陽台看老城的日出和夕陽，超讚。 2. 有免費停車位，但不好停。建議不要開太大的車子前往，否則會非常難停。 3. 反應蓮蓬頭、浴室暖氣有問題，公寓管理者很快就派人過來查看。(但是依然沒解決.....) 4. 反應少一床棉被和希望提供烘培紙，公寓管理者也很快就補給我們。 1. 公寓管理者沒有告訴我鑰匙盒的密碼，是我們自己發現鑰匙盒沒有上鎖，才拿到的鑰匙，否則不知道會被關在門外多久。 2. 訂房時就寫了是"4個人"入住，晚上要睡覺時，突然發現有一張大床居然只給一條單人被。害我們第一個晚上，有一個人是蓋著粗粗的毯子入睡的.....(第二天管理者有補被子給我們) 3. 淋浴的蓮蓬頭壞掉了，蓮蓬頭和水龍頭各出一半水，導致蓮蓬頭的水非常小，水龍頭的水也小。雖然很快就派人過來看，但是來看的人搖搖頭說不知道如何處理，就離開了。沒有修繕、沒有更換。我們入住3個晚上，每天洗頭都洗得非常痛苦..... 4. 浴室裡的暖氣是壞的，管理人員說"因為沒人使用過，所以不知道"。在12月的冬天，洗澡沒暖氣，蓮蓬頭也有問題，真是糟糕極了。 5. 房間裡的空調設備(我開的是暖氣)會發出奇怪又大的噪音。

Not easy to find place and no one to receive and advise on parking. Went past the place and had to call property manager.
• marwil9 (10/5): Couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay - A truly wonderful apartment with two large double bedrooms and a fully equipped bathroom and kitchen. Amazing views out to sea and over Dubrovnik old town - you could spend all day just sitting on the balconies. Lovely decor, comfortable beds and a peaceful location that's walkable from the entrance to the old town. We absolutely loved it and had a wonderful stay. Very highly recommended. Only one bedroom had a mirror - one in each would have been nice. The only drawback is that the apartments are up a steep hill that isn't obvious on maps - be prepared for a long climb up numerous steps or get a taxi if you're elderly or have luggage.

• Sonia (9/5): Lovely accommodation in a great spot. - The apartment is well furnished,spacious and spotlessly clean. Fully equipped kitchen and appliances and the large private balcony overlooking the Banje Beach area offers plenty of room for dining and a fantastic view of the historic Old Town. A supermarket and local Cafe/ Bar are just a few steps away. All in all a fantastic base from which to enjoy the attractions of Dubrovnik.
• Krzysztof (9/5): - The location, and especially the view is spectacular. I do not think I have ever had a similar view to this. The city is laid down like it is on your palm. It is very close to the Old Town. Although the bedrooms, and the beds in particular, are comfortable, you do see some signs of wear in the kitchen. The furnishing is basic (only 3 teaspoons, for instance), the walls could benefit from painting, and the dishwasher was broken, which we only found out after the arrival. But that is easily overshadowed by the city and, as said, the view from the balcony.

Pyykit kuivivat nopeasti parvekkeella. Pääosin hiljaista. Pohjaratkaisultaan selkeä asunto. Valoisa. Suihkuseinän yksi irronnut kappale oli nostettu vain toisen seinän viereen. Keittiössä epäilyttävästi roikkuva pistorasia. Toisen makuuhuoneen kattolamppua enkä kylpyhuoneen lamppua saanut palamaan. Koodilukkosysteemistä tuli pakopeli mieleen. Sen verran haastavaa oli löytää avain ja päästä sisälle. Asunto oli siivoamatta, kun menimme iltapäivällä sovittuna aikana paikalle. Siivouspalvelu tuli pyytämättä vartin päästä. Ehkä tiedonkulussa vain oli ollut ongelma.

• Kevin (9/5): - Lovely apartment that was spacious and well equipped. The balcony views were stunning, and we loved watching the sunsets over the sea. Easy pick up place nearby for trips (Bikers bar) and nearby small supermarket. . The steps to the apartment are hard work, but there are buses and Uber if these are too much. The apartment was clean except under the beds could have been cleaner.

Piękny widok z balkonu na Stare miasto. Apartament posiada dwa balkony, jeden mały z wyjściem w kuchni, drugi duży z wyjściem z obu pokoi. W łazience i kuchni chodziły małe mrówki. W kuchni brak ścierki/ręczników papierowych. Brak klucza w skrytce ale po kontakcie z obsługą apartamentu problem został rozwiązany w około 15 min.

A walk to old town and beach, with many steps. Communication with photos to access apartment was very good. The toilet was not cleaned properly on our arrival so we did it ourselves.

The host reached out to us on the day of arrival and sent us comprehensive check-in instructions, and we didn't have any issues with it. No complaint at all!

The walk down to the old town is just a few minutes, but just know that the walk back up is a decent exercise. We had plenty of space for our family of 4, the apartment was clean, check-in was easy and there was private parking. Grocery store just around the corner. Loved it ! Not much… It had all the usual amenities…

• Angela (10/5): Awesome apartment in a wonderful city! - Great 2br apartment, very spacious and with private parking. The view over old town is spectacular particularly at sunset. Easy to walk into old town and to the beach. Highly recommend. No couch or sitting area and balcony can get hot but that’s a very small issue. Obviously to walk back there’s stairs but just get Uber if it’s too much - super cheap.
• Stephen (8/5): Great view, nicely located - The apartment was very clean, has a wonderful view of the old town and the sea, and is located within walking distance of the old own gates ( but does involve an uphill walk that would be difficult for many). It has good private parking which can be hard to find. We would stay here again. Communication with the "Direct Booker" site did not seem effective, but the person at the WhatsApp number (the owner?) was very responsive and helpful. We knew that the wonderful balcony served as the "living room", and this was fine, but we did find that neighbors gathering on theirs kept us awake one night. I wouldn't say the kitchen was well equipped but it was adequate for our needs.

• Sarel (8/5): Very good - The self check-in instructions are very detailed and easy to follow. The view from the balcony over Dubrovnik old town is absolutely spectacular. The appartment is very large and spacious and fairly well equipped for self catering purposes. Firstly the amount of messeges sent by the property management company borders on harassment. The property is within walking distance from the beach and the old town provided you are in a fair state of health as there is alot of stairs to climb on the way back, which I understand is a necessary inconvenience for the awesome view, but I think it should be mentioned beforehand so that guests know what they are in for. The microwave oven in the kitchen need to be moved closer to an electrical outlet to use it - a problem the owners can solve easily with a cheap extension lead.
• Judy (8/5): Perfect location - The vicinity to dubrovnik old town was fabulous, the view just amazing. Bedrooms were a good size It's dated. Needs some love nowhere to be as a group except front verandah. No Lounge room. I dudnt like arriving at dubrovnik Airport to have the place held to ransom. They wouldn't give us code to house unless we sent copy of all passports via WhatsApp. Even though I had confirmation that the booker had all they needed. It was so distressing and unnecessary.

• Hatwan (10/5): Stunning views and perfect location - Full panoramic sea views and excellent location within 7 min walking to distance to the old town, clean facilities with full amenities (washing machine with detergent, iron, kitchen with dishwasher etc). I have stayed in this part of Dubrovnik and would highly recommend for convenience, affordability and the views. We got two adjoining rooms for our group and everyone was very happy. The walk from Pile Gate is at a bit of an incline so be prepared to haul your luggage and sweat a bit in the summer if you don’t want to fork out for an Uber

Nice quiet area with private balcony Didn’t have a clothes drying rack for our clothes since there’s a washing machine. Was a lot of steps up. Only a 10-15 minutes walk to the old town but it is all steps and that is quite exhausting when it’s hot so just a heads up

• Crow (9/5): Great location, very clean with an awesome view! - The location was great, other than a bit of a walk down/up a fairly steep incline. The unit was spotless and the view from the balcony/patio was amazing with a clear and panoramic view of the ocean and the old city of Dubrovnik. The bathroom was huge and included a washing machine. If we'd stayed longer, that would have been really useful. There is no common living space other than the kitchen and bathroom ... nowhere to hang out other than the balcony. Of course, that was a great place to hang, and utlimately, we didn't miss the typical 'living room', etc. The kitchen light wouldn't turn on, which was only slightly problematic as there was plenty of light during the day. We weren't in the unit much other than to sleep, so we didn't report this to the host, but I'm certain that if we had, it would have been resolved quickly.
• Kym (10/5): Stunning view! - The view from the balcony was stunning! Absolutely perfect! Large, spacious bedrooms, bathroom & kitchen providing everything you need. Excellent location. We were provided with great directions and photos to help us find it. This apartment was an absolute gem!

• Nancy (9/5): Stay for an amazing view! - The view was absolutely amazing. There were steps to and from town but we knew that going in. Well worth it for the view of the city. Getting the keys was very easy and they provided directions with pictures which helped tremendously. The parking was on the side of a somewhat steep driveway. Not a problem for our car but the apartment next door could not get their manual car out of the drive... The only negative, as the apartment seems to be managed by a company, there were a couple small issues. The bathroom fan needed servicing and there were friendly ants ;)

• Raj (8/5): - It had a great view of old town and the wall. Easy parking and it is an uphill walk from old town eateries after dinner. Not too bad. We had a problem with the internet for a few days but then got resolved and the owners sent us a bottle of wine and box of chocolates for the inconvenience.
• Michele (10/5): Very happy we had 3 nights in Dubrovnik. - Beautiful view. Bedrooms have French doors that open to the deck. To take a uber from old town to the room is 5 euros. Or you can take the steps 235
• Linda (8/5): Very good - I think the apartment would be better if one of the bedrooms was made into a living room with a sofa bed. That way you would have somewhere to relax without having to lay/sit on the bed.
• Chelsea (10/5): Million dollar view of the city in a large apartment! - Best view of Dubrovnik in a lovely spacious apartment with just a quick walk down the hill to all the attractions. Nothing . It was perfect :)
