• Ben (10/5): Excellent property, location and scenery - The place was beautiful, very well managed and in a great location. Roko was attentive and accommodating during our stay too, and helped me out with recommendations and booking a few things. Hot tub was a perfect way to end the day after lots of walking. Very highly recommended. There were bus routes to the old town but we walked each time, it was around 45 minutes by foot. I'd highly recommend walking up Mt Srd from the property if you want to get your steps in and see some great views. Then straight from here you can walk into the old town to get something to eat. An Elaphite Islands boat tour and a sea kayak tour of the old town walls + Betina Cave + Lokrum Island are also great to do. Maskeron is the best food place we went to nearby, only 10 minutes walk from the apartment and perfect for reliable tasty local food on the first or last day of the trip. Lots of time spent at nearby beaches, but remember to bring wet shoes as these are pebble beaches.
• Joanne (10/5): Perfect 3 nights in beautiful Dubrovnik. - The house was perfect. Lots of space. Lovely outside area. Enjoyed the table tennis. The host was very helpful and professional Was all lovely. (Lots of mosquito bites but no fault of he house! But bring lots of insect repellant!)

• Praveen (9/5): Superb - Everything It was superb Location was amazing, very accessible to the bus station Villa was really nice and spacious with beautiful view and jacuzzi The owner is also really nice and accommodating let us come earlier, and keep our bags till after our checkout. And also gave us fresh figs everyday:) Would definitely recommend staying here if you want a nice relaxing time in Dubrovnik 10/10 Nothing!

• Christine (10/5): Absolutely stunning. Great value, location, and facilities - The property is beautiful. Immaculately styled, modern, clean and spacious. We were a family of 7 and occupied the 3 apartments in the property. It was good space for each of us. The beds are super comfy, and all rooms have air con and an ensuite. Plenty of towels and a machine for washing. Awesome games area where we played ludo and ping pong. It is a great location overlooking the port of Gruz. Easy to get the bus (no. 6) from the bottom of the stairs. The amazing hosts were lovely and let us leave our bags there early so we could explore the city before check in. They also gave us fresh vegetables from the garden which was lovely! There are lots of stairs to get to the front gate. We had a 70 and 72 year old, and one of them does suffer with his hips. He managed absolutely fine, and we all just took our time going up and down. It’s not a negative, as the property wouldn’t have amazing views without the height - the tradeoff is worth it! It’s just about being aware for those who may have limitations.

• Dimitris (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely big house. Amazing view from the huge patio over the sea and really nice sunset which you can watch from big hot tube. Location is quiet and perfect. The house is nice and clean and has free parking which is not needed because you have bus station 2 minutes walking. Thank you Roko for taking excellent care of us.
• Allu (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent location. Bus station is really close. Really comfortable and everything is new. Really clean and peacefull with amazing terrace and garden. Roko was really helpfull and gave us small homemade gifts on the end which were delicious. Thank you and we will come back again for sure.
• Andelko (10/5): Great place to stay in Dubrovnik - The host, Roko, is an incredible person. He gave us so many recommendations and helped us have one of the best trips in ages. The house is awesome for big groups and fully equipped. The AC is extremely powerful and will keep you cool for the summer, but if you need more refreshing there is big jacuzzi on the terrace. Market is 2 mins walking, bus station 2 mins walking and needs only 5 mins driving till the Old City, everything is really close. We definitely want to come back!

Old stone house that’s completely new from inside, and outside gives you such a nice vibe, big outdoor patio, jacuzzi, really quiet and peaceful area. Everything was clean, bed is super comfortable. Old city is less than 5 mins distance with bus that drives every 10 mins. Perfect place to stay. Will come back for sure. Thank you Roko!
