• Kerri-Lee (10/5): Modern apartment in the heart of Old Town, operated by a fantastic host. - Our host was wonderful. Met us to show us the apartment and also gave us a 20% discount on all meals at the restaurant below. The apartment was in a perfectly central location, inside the city walls and just off the main walking-only street. We all really appreciated the modern furnishings contrasted with the 500 year old (restored) building. Just beautiful! Everything was exceptional, but you have to be prepared for stairs in Dubrovnik. Lots of climbing, both outside and to the apartment.

What truly made our stay unforgettable, however, was the exceptional hospitality from Davor. We had experienced lost baggage during our trip, and his kindness, care, and support meant so much to us. Very helpful hotel manager. If you travel with a large suitcase, it will be difficult to carry it up the stairs to the second floor.

• kimberly (10/5): Best apartment ever - Everything. This is an incredible apartment. It’s more like 5 star accommodation and is the best we have ever stayed in. Davor the host was amazing, always available and super helpful. Think underfloor heating in bathrooms, great heating and cooling that is zoned for each room, sleek tasteful furniture, top quality bedding, dyson hairdryer and top quality kitchen utensils. Location is right in the middle of town with top notch security (not that you need it as it feels so safe here). If anyone complained about this apartment, there would have to be something wrong with you, I’m moving in tomorrow?! Do yourself a favour and just book it. Nothing
• Emily (10/5): Luxury apartment in historic Dubrovnik. - The apartment was spacious and nicely furnished. There are 3 flights of stairs. You can rest between flights. It a good way to burn off calories from the delicious food and gelato.
• Susanna (9/5): Exceptionally comfortable rooms in a great location - These well-appointed rooms deserve their luxury title. The beds are extremely comfortable and the fittings are of a high standard. Although on the pricey side the location in the old town is ideal -only a few minutes walk from Pile gate and with no steps to climb, except for one flight up to the rooms. Davor is very responsive to queries and an added bonus is you get a 20% discount in Tesoro restaurant below the room! Mini fridge was adequate but never got that cold.

Le manque de clim, l’impossibilité d’aérer à cause des odeurs de cuisine du restaurant juste en dessous, le bruit de la rue dans la salle de bain, la lumière au dessus de la porte qui gêne la nuit, les draps qui n’en sont pas et qui ne recouvrent rien, les deux même tasses et verres durant les 4 jours de présence et rien pour les nettoyer, le peu de capsules de café.

It has been decorated with real flair and taste and has excellent facilities. Communications with the owner were quick and always helpful. If you don’t like stairs, this mightn’t be ideal for you.

The only steps you have to navigate are the ones inside the building. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The water in the fridge upon arrival was a welcomed surprise. Will recommend this place to everyone I know traveling to Dubrovnik. Nothing negative to report.

• Keykan (9/5): - Everything is smooth with door codes, no keys involved and I like that. The rooms are comfortable with a great ceiling height. The location is unbeatable, you are in the middle of old town. Check out time is earlier than standard hotels and I have a really late (12 hours late) answer to my question via booking app. They told me there is a problem with the app so I'm guessing this is a rare situation.

Im Master-Bedroom war die Lüftung vom Restaurant unterhalb der Wohnung zwischen 10:00 und 22:00 laut zu hören. Dies war sehr unangenehm. Der Vermieter hat jedoch zugesichert, dies jedoch zeitnah zu beheben.

The staff was very helpful and friendly and allowed me to check in several hours early which was great coming off a long overnight flight. The only downside was the loud noise coming from the hallway beginning 5:30am (sounded like a cleaner). Doors were slamming and lots of moving buckets etc around

Loved the fact the windows kept out the noice of the town and when open could hear the busy crowds down stairs. Felt very secure. Loved opening main door and right on the streets with so many amazing restaurants on your door step. Got to try the Italian restaurant on the right coming out of the apartment building No fault in this beautiful upscale apartment Honestly nothing just be prepared to carry your luggage up 3 flights of stairs. But once up absolutely perfect.

Management was very responsive when we had questions. Check in was very easy as we were provided directions and the code to get in the building via what's app. There were no instructions or information in the apartment on where items were located or how to operate certain things. It took us a while to locate the silverware, which was in a semi hidden drawer within one of the cabinets.

• Niki (10/5): Great apartment in fantastic location - Great apartment in a fantastic location. staff very helpful, professional and polite. Door code did not work when we arrived but it was resolved very quickly. There was also drilling for a large part of the weekend - they did apologise in advance for the 'small repairs' but clearly this was a major job with several hours of work being carried out. It can't be helped but took away some of our enjoyment of the lazy mornings we were hoping for.

The restaurant right outside the door was one of our best meals under the stone arch. Staying in old town requires excellent mobility and strength in order to maneuver the staircases and the cobblestones. Also, noise from the old town starts very early in the morning and continues to late at night.

There is a kitchenette with a fridge, coffee maker and kettle - great for making your own breakfast. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is spacious and modern. The room is on a busy street with many restaurants, so there is some street noise until 11pm and again from 5am.
• Liz (9/5): Luxury stay in a central location - Exactly as pictured. Close to the centre so everything really easy to get to. Fabulous shower and facilities. Dyson hairdryer and nespresso coffee machine. We were there in November and it was a bit chilly in the room , couldn’t figure if there was heating but didn’t bother to ask :)

• Kathryn (9/5): Beautiful, comfortable room in the heart of Dubrovnik's old town - highly recommend! - The location is excellent. Just off the Stradun (main pedestrian street that runs through the walled city), in a quiet side street. The room was lovely. Luxuriously decorated and very comfortable. Great to have Netflix available. Our host Davor was very friendly and helpful, including giving us tips on how to get to the city from the port (where we arrived on a bus from Split). There was a bit of a mix up of rooms when we first got there, but he very graciously arranged a refund/discount and a bottle of wine, which was very much appreciated. You needed a passcode to get into the property. I didn't have this from the host when we arrived, but a colleague of his was able to let us into the property and the room. There was then a mix of rooms and we had to move to a different one. It was also very nice, but not as big, as the one in the photo used to promote the room we thought we'd booked. It would be more appropriate to show the right room with the booking details, otherwise it is potentially a bit misleading. Given the mix up however, the host 'made good' with the refund/discount and bottle of wine by way of compensation and apology. And once settled in we had a really good stay there.

• Tony (10/5): If you are going to Dubrovnik, Sorgo Cerva is the place to stay. - Dubrovnik Old Town is a beautiful place and no better place to stay than with Sorgo Cerva. It is centrally located just off the main strand in Old Town. The housekeeper was very attentive to our needs if we needed anything. And the host was always available if we needed him, or wanted to know anything. The room was spacious and the bathroom was clean. I also appreciated that the bed was firm and the pillows were very comfortable. It made our stay very enjoyable. I liked everything about the room.

The location was ideal, the apartment was clean and beautiful, and our host Dav - The property is in an excellent location in the heart of old town. The apartment is beautiful with modern finishes and appliances. The rooms were spacious with storage. Both have beautiful bathrooms with one larger. The kitchen is well equipped and the dining and living area is a great space. I loved everything but you need to be aware that this apartment is on the 3rd floor with lots of steps. It didn’t bother us, and the host arranged for help with our bags on arrival.
