• Trevor (6/5): - Our experience with this stay shows that a great deal of improvement is necessary, especially in the handling of customer enquiries and requests. We arrived in Dubrovnik having had no useful reply to our enquiries about what time we should check in. We had been told that the check-in location was not at the flat, but at an office in Getaldiceva Street. That office turned out to house a different tour agency which was nothing to do with the apartment. After some difficulty we got a reply from one of the phone numbers we had been given, telling us to go to the apartment direct and collect the key from its box. When we arrived at the flat we found that the advertised television was not there. The cleaner, and then the host, told us by phone that a previous guest had broken the TV, as if we should accept that that made everything all right. Nothing was done during our stay to replace the TV or deal with the basin light or electric ring which we reported as not working. The apartment could be very nice. The location is good, and it is quite well decorated, though it was not remarkably clean. The host is perhaps not responsible for the ruinous state of the rest of the building. But we could not recommend it based on the experience we had.

• Rod (8/5): Great location, overpriced for poor facilities! - The location was excellent! Noisy at times. Key collection was a nightmare! Booking agent where were instructed to collect keys knew nothing! Multiple phone calls and stress to get keys! Listed items not available- no cable TV-only cables , no actual TV! Self contained apartment with no kettle or toaster. Bathroom had a washing machine that was out of order! Clothes drying rack in bathroom was broken,just hanging in pieces! Linen on queen bed had bottom fitted sheet and only one small top sheet! Towels were very old and rough ! How can Booking.com charge this much without having some sort of check on what is promised and what is actually delivered?
• Helen (3/5): Very poor - We liked the easy access from the gate of the old town to the apartment. Could open the window, air conditioning and it was roomy. The room although tidy was dirty, it looked liked it was hurriedly cleaned. In the bedroom there was what appeared a used bottom sheet in the cupboards forgotten to be taken out, the bedding looked clean but we could smell other people’s perfumes etc on the pillow. The towels were old and worm, the stove top was dirty. Cutlery was dirty and I needed to wash before we used them. The sponge left to wash our dishes was an old used one. There was no tv as advertised, I was told the previous people broke the tv and was sent a photo . Someone in the complex was smoking and the smell in the corridor was very strong. The pull out clothes line was broken and could not be use. We were told we would be met at the apartment to show us how to get in etc, no one came and no one answered our call or messages etc. Reply was slow dnd non existent. Finally not to mention the noise from the Irish pub and surrounds. We were not prepared for the extent of the noise. The first night it quieten down by about 3am but we accepted that due to location. Overall very disappointing considering where it was and the cost.

• Oscar (9/5): Ubicación perfecta en el centro de la zona vieja - La ubicación y la limpieza. Las escaleras de acceso son muy empinadas. Hay algunos bares cerca que hacen bastante ruido.

• Hector Adrian (9/5): - Departamento muy cómodo, amplio y equipado. En pleno casco antiguo. Tenia el TV roto por lo cual nunca pudimos usar. El baño sin luz, después lo arreglaron. Parece que no se controlan esos detalles al entregar la vivienda.
• francesca (6/5): - La posizione La struttura é vecchia, appena arrivati c’era odore di chiuso, inoltre la pulizia lascia a desiderare per via dei mobili vecchi, sia del bagno che della cucina. Avrebbe bisogno di essere ristrutturata o almeno una rinfrescata. C’era una perdita marrone in bagno vicino al mobile del lavandino.

• Tessah (10/5): Amazing location! - Amazing location! Right in the heart of old town. Surprisingly for such a busy area the windows when closed cancel out so much noise for a good nights sleep. Had everything we needed for a short stay. Small little kitchenette which was perfect. Highly recommend.
• Alan (10/5): I highly recommend this apartment as a place to see Dubrovnik. - The position ! Walkable to everything. The old style , not like a five star hotel ! The quirkiness . Decorations. The huge amount of storage. Would have loved an electric kettle. Not a big deal as I used the stove.
• Beverley (8/5): Great central apartment - The location is perfect. Such a great place to explore the Old Town. Very pleasant apartment with great views onto Stradum. Because it is so central, I was able to pop back throughout the day if I needed a change of clothes or if I forgot something. The location is very noisy at night. It's right beside an Irish bar and the Stradum is noisy until late and gets noisy very early in the morning. You really need ear plugs! The kitchen would be improved by an electric kettle.

• George (10/5): Beautiful Croatian apartment 😍 - The apartment is right in the centre of the town next to Pile Gate,it's old fashioned but lovely 😍
• Rafaela (8/5): Very good - Great location in Old Town, but directly in front on a noisy pub. Double glazed windows were great to muffle noise but make sure to bring ear plugs! The flat was spacious for a couple and had a small kitchen with fridge and microwave. Close to the gates (5 min walk) so very easy to get an Uber/Bolt from there. It was nice for a 3 day stay. Everything was very clean. We had trouble with the shower as the warm water ended in the middle of the bath (it lasted only around 15min). This happened all three days of our stay. The drying rack was broken and has been broken for over 1 year as previous reviews already mentioned this, so it got annoying drying the towels elsewhere. As the building is located in front of a pub, in the evenings there was usually people drinking in front on the entrance door. Only 1 air con for the flat so it could take a minute to bring down the temperature, but not a big issue. Bedding was small so we would sometimes wake up with the mattress uncovered in the corners. Also the mattress was kind of old and I could feel the springs sometimes when sleeping. But not overly uncomfortable.

• Dale (9/5): Divine Dubrovnik - Really cute apartment right in the heart of old town Dubrovnik, 2 min from everything! Potentially very noisy. Decent double glazing (and good aircon) but you have to have the windows closed at night. Would have benefited from a toaster, a coffee pot, and a functioning washing machine (not advertised in amenities, but there and not working).

• Francesca (9/5): Perfect locations and tonnes of space! - We loved having a seperate living/kitchenette space to the large bedroom. The location was PERFECT! Both windows opened out on to Stradun but double glazing made it peacefully quiet. Some of the pictures and furnishings were dated and may not suit travellers looking for a contemporary modern decor
• Freddy (6/5): Great location, but amenities need to be advertised accurately or some efforts made to find an appropriate solution. - Fantastic location and we were greeted warmly by staff. Many of the listed facilities (advertised on the website when we booked and paid for the property) were broken - including the washing machine and drying rack. We contacted staff about this but no efforts were made to remedy the problem or offer a solution (other than us paying more to use a local laundromat). This was disappointing given the price of the property.
• Alice (9/5): Superb - Great position for discovering the old town. Staff at the office were very helpful and looked after our bags before we could check in and after we checked out. It was very noisy at night as there were 2 pubs behind our apartment but we just closed the windows and the bathroom door which muffled the noise.

• Greg (8/5): Great location value for Old Town Dubrovnik - Location was amazing on main plaza of old town. Just two flights of stairs to navigate. Perfect for our 3 night stay Washing machine not working. Stairs are narrow and not great if you a bigger build person with big bags clothes rack broken
• Fern (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect location right in the middle of the old town, despite this we didn't have an issue with outside noise from people, just the bin collection which was quick and can't be helped! Found communication with hosts before check in via WhatsApp quick and easy. There is a great fridge/freezer for keeping drinks cold. Plenty of space and very comfortable bed. Dryer rack in the bathroom was falling off the wall which made drying things difficult. Air conditioning unit was outside the bedroom so took a little while to cool the whole apartment down when we only wanted a colder bedroom!

• Sagar (9/5): Superb - Location was perfect ,just in the middle of the Old town.. very specious apartment. We loved it. Main Door lock was complicated. Other than that every thing was amazing.
