• Kenza (10/5): Un séjour parfait et une vue magnifique - Tout d'abord la vue sur la mer est époustouflante. Nous avons aimé observer le coucher du soleil depuis le balcon. L'appartement est très propre et dispose de tout le nécessaire pour passer un séjour confortable. L'hôte est d'une grande gentillesse, nous avons trouvé plusieurs petites attentions dans l'appartement. Merci d'avoir rendu notre séjour parfait avec notre bébé ! Tout était parfait

• Ana Isabel (10/5): - A la llegada nos recibió la propietaria del apartamento, encantadora y nos enseñó la distribución. Es un apartamento completamente nuevo, decorado con gusto y muy bien cuidado. Con camas cómodas y todo lo necesario para pasar unos dias. Teníamos en el apartamento muchos detalles de bienvenida, limonada casera, manzanas, cervezas, galletitas de te, caramelos y licor casero de almendras. Que más se puede pedir? Nos permitieron el uso de su piscina privada con unas vistas espléndidas al mar. Está muy bien ubicado, a 10 minutos en bus o Uber del centro de Dubrovnik Ha sido una estancia maravillosa. Muchísimas gracias a los anfitriones por hacernos sentir como en casa. -

• SYLVIE (10/5): Bel appartement, très bien équipé, très confortable, très bon accueil des hôtes - Bel appartement très confortable. Très bien équipé et très propre. Une vue mer incroyable. Accès à la piscine. On a apprécié l emplacement pour garer la voiture. Les hôtes sont très accueillants et agréables et nous ont donné toutes les informations nécessaires pour nous déplacer et visiter. De plus, il y avait plein de petites attentions dans l appartement. Possibilité de se rendre dans la ville en bus ou en UBER. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Nous recommandons cet hébergement Rien, tout était parfait.

• Vassia (10/5): - Η οικοδεσπότης είναι πολύ ευγενική και χαμογελαστή. Το δωμάτιο έλαμπε από καθαριότητα και η θέα του δωματίου είναι εκπληκτική!!! Πολύ ωραίο κατάλυμα για να απολαύσει κανείς τις διακοπές του!!!!
• Katarina (10/5): - Prije svega lokacija je odlična, imate svega 5 minuta autom do centra grada. Imate parking, smještaj je uredan i udoban. Domaćini su takvi da ćete rijetko naići na slične, uslužne ljubazni i susretljivi. Pogled je više nego prekrasan. Samo riječi hvale za sve. Ukoliko budem opet na tom putu sigurno ću doći opet ovdje. Sve nam se svidjelo.

• Vitya (10/5): Such a great view, from a superb room - Perfect and clean room, and a beautiful view from the balcony. For us, this was only a one night stay, on our way to home, but we agreed on, we have to come back sometime, and stay longer. I asked for charging my electric car, and the host could not allow it - FYI: only a schuko plug is needed for a car to charge, it should not be an issue - and of course all of us would pay for the electricity. It would be just a big bonus, if you would allow the charging in the future. (not needed a charging station for that :) )

Casa grande e curata nei minimi dettagli. Vista dalla camera spettacolare. Un po' di polvere sotto ai letti, presenza di alcuni insetti all'interno della camera.

• Lutz (10/5): Wunderbare Ferienwohnung in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Dubrovnik - Wir hatten schon viele Ferienwohnungen. Dies war mit Abstand die beste Ferienwohnung die wir je hatten. Wir haben dort einen wunderschönen Sommer-Urlaub verbracht. Die moderne Ferienwohnung ist geräumig und mit wirklich allem ausgestattet, was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub benötigt. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist grandios. Das Besitzer-Ehepaar ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Kleiner Tipp: Für den Besuch von Dubrovnik den Bus nutzen. Das ist preiswert und nervensparend gegenüber der Fahrt mit dem Auto. Die Haltestelle befindet sich direkt vor dem Haus. nichts :-)

• Eric (9/5): Een heel net appartement - Een heel schoon appartement dichtbij Dubrovnik, de eigenaar heeft ons tegen een kleine vergoeding naar de stad gebracht en later weer opgehaald. Het echtpaar is heel vriendelijk. Aan Veel kleine details is gedacht, zoals koffie, thee. Wat frisdrank in de koelkast. Enkele spelletjes zijn aanwezig.Ook is er een klein zwembad met ligbedden. Vanaf het balkon een prachtig uitzicht op zee. De ligging aan een drukke weg.
• m carmen (10/5): - Me encantó la localización puesto que tenía unas vistas espectaculares desde el apartamento. El apartamento tenía todo lo necesario para poder cocinar a veces te falta sal aceite y ellos tenían de todo además de todos los utensilios. Es importante puesto que cerca no había ningún restaurante tenías que coger el coche y luego está muy difícil aparcar que los núcleos cercanos. Para ir a la ciudad decidimos coger un uber que nos costó bastante barato unos 8 o 9 euros puesto que luego aparcar allí en la ciudad era muy caro. Pero bueno nos bastó una mañana y lo dedicamos a disfrutar las vistas. Hay una bajada a una playa o cala con muchísimos escalones si coges el coche puedes ir a otras que están un poquito más a nivel de la carretera pero aparcar es un problema. Con la piscina y sus vistas estuvimis muy contentas. Si buscas salir caminando y tener restaurantes bares etcétera no es el lugar. Pero para nosotras nos fue bien pudimos ir a un súper con el coche y para descansar y disfrutar las vistas estuvo genial

We were welcomed with homemade lemonade, local liqueur, and biscuits, which was such a thoughtful and cute gesture. It really made us feel at home right away. The view from the balcony was incredible! Peaceful, silent, and overlooking the Dalmatian islands — we loved sitting out at night under the stars. The location is perfect: calm, clean, and not far from the center with car! There are quite a few stairs to reach the apartment, but honestly, in Dubrovnik that’s to be expected. Compared to the Old Town, it’s not bad at all. Just something to keep in mind if mobility is a concern. Everything was spotless, and we’d definitely love to stay here again.

Apartamentul a fost foarte drăguț, dotat cu tot ce ai nevoie, gazda a fost foarte serviabila, sa ajungi la apartament dupa o calatorie de cateva ore si sa gasesti bauturi reci in frigider si fursecuri este un lucru foarte placut. Cand revenim in zona Dubrovnik cu siguranta aici ne vom caza

• Martin Daniel (9/5): Espectacular departamento con hermosas vistas a unos km del centro - El departamento es muy amplio, ideal para 3 o 4 personas; las camas son muy comodas, y la vista es espectacular. Tiene estacionamiento gratuito, y estas a unos 10/15 minutos en auto del casco historico Queda a unos 8 km del casco historico, pero en caso de tener auto no es un problema. Debes subir casi 3 pisos de escaleras para llegar al departamento. La conexion WiFi no era muy veloz.

Pludmale 15 min.gājiena attālumā, turpat ļoti labs restorāns. Lieliska terase ar fantastisku skatu uz jūru. Ir visas nepieciešamās sadzīves lietas. Mūs apmierināja viss.

Plaza de parking en la misma puerta, increíbles vistas desde la terraza, Dubrovnik a 10 minutos en coche, todo nuevo y decorado con gusto y mucho amor, amplitud… Hace mucho tiempo que no recuerdo haberme alojado en un lugar así. La propietaria, Matiana, es un encanto de persona. 100% recomendable. No habernos podido quedar más tiempo.

Kitchen has all you need. Private parking! Good location. The wall to the other apartment is quite thin so I was woken up by my neighbors a couple of times during the night them being noisy.

Dubrovnik is very close, you can go there by bus or taxi. The host is very nice. We would definitely return here in the future.

We don't even know what was more amazing — the warm, kind, and welcoming owner, or the truly spacious, bright, and fully equipped accommodation with a breathtaking sea view. Everything was absolutely perfect. The apartment was extremely comfortable and had every appliance you could possibly need for a relaxing holiday. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with cold beers, water, a local liqueur, and traditional cookies — a beautiful touch. Our son even received chocolates and toys prepared especially for him, which made him so happy! The hospitality we experienced was on another level. Mrs. Matijana was simply wonderful. What touched us the most was that when we mentioned we wanted to try a traditional Croatian dessert, she surprised us the very next day with not just one, but three homemade desserts along with a traditional drink — including the delicious "rozata" — just for us to enjoy. Dear Matijana, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your kindness and generosity. We truly hope to meet again someday — stay as sweet and radiant as you are!

Petite attention très appréciée de l'hôtesse: petit alcool local et gâteaux. Parking en bas de l'immeuble. L'isolation avec l'autre appartement (on entend les voix des voisins au niveau de la chambre). Il faut savoir qu'il y a beaucoup de marches, mais c'est ce qui garantit la belle vue.

• Lea (10/5): - Das war einer der besten Unterkünfte in denen ich je gewesen bin. Die Lage ist top - wenn man sich Dubrovnik anschauen möchte, dann sollte man unbedingt dieses Apartment buchen! Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Gastfreundschaft der Vermieter der Wohnung: wir wurden extrem herzlich empfangen. Die Vermieterin hat uns sehr viele Aufmerksamkeiten hergerichtet (Limonade, selbst gemachte Kekse, einen Wein, ect). Das haben wir extrem geschätzt und möchten uns bei dieser Gelegenheit nochmals dafür bedanken. Der Vermieter Mario hat uns sogar in die Stadt geführt . Ich habe selten so eine Gastfreundschaft erlebt...dadurch haben wir uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Das Apartment hat einem tollen Balkon mit Blick auf das Meer, war extrem sauber und super modern eingerichtet. Besser geht es nicht!
