• Batyuk (8/5): Прекрасний вибір, класний досвід. Однозначно рекомендую - Локація просто ідеальна. Лише 9 хвилин пішки від Старого міста. Внизу поруч чудовий краєвид на море та місто. Справа лише пару метрів поруч якісний ресторан Fratelli з неймовірним краєвидом на місто. Є вид з балкону на море. 9 хвилин до міста дають можливість побачити більше гарних вілл Дубровника а якщо йти зверху по сходах то по дорозі відкривається панорама на фортецю і море. Трохи мала ванна, мало місця в душовій кабіні і поруч біля неі.

• Gabriele (5/5): Sehr gute Wohngegend, Nähe Altstadt, jedoch sehr in die Jahre die Jahre gekommen. Dubrovnik ist eine wunderschöne Stad - Ruhige Lage, Altstadt in 10 min zu Fuß erreichbar, 2 Schlafzimmer , netter Empfang Alt und abgewohnt, Badezimmer mit WC zu klein und gleich neben der Küche, keine Beleuchtung am Zugang zur Eingangstür.

Ivan, the property owner/manager was so helpful, even arranging taxis to and from the airport for us. We loved it, but it’s not suitable for people who struggle to walk. There is no lift and the area has lots of steps.

• MªJosé (6/5): - La ubicación no estaba nada mal, ya que se encuentra a unos 15 minutos a pie de la Old Town, lo que es bastante conveniente si quieres explorar el centro de Dubrovnik. Sin embargo, la comunicación con la anfitriona fue algo lenta y no siempre dejaba las cosas claras, lo que fue un poco frustrante al principio. Las fotos del apartamento no reflejan exactamente la realidad, pero en general, el lugar cumple con lo que se promete en la descripción. La ducha dejó mucho que desear; el agua caliente no fue suficiente para 5 personas y la presión de agua parecía más la de un aspersor que la de una ducha normal. Aunque no fue un gran inconveniente, definitivamente es algo a mejorar. Por otro lado, la anfitriona fue muy amable al dejarnos varios productos básicos como aceite, sal, etc., lo que fue muy útil al momento de cocinar. En cuanto a las camas, debo decir que eran muy cómodas, lo cual fue un gran punto a favor. En general, diría que el apartamento es adecuado para un grupo pequeño, pero hay detalles que podrían mejorarse para hacerlo una experiencia más agradable.

La situation géographique, le chemin pour aller jusqu’à la vieille ville, le calme du logement, la vue du balcon et la beauté du bâtiment. Ivan nous a emmenés sur son bateau pour découvrir Dubrovnik côté mer et ses alentours, un super moment!

• Peter (9/5): Nice place to explore Dubrovnik Old Town - The location is just 10 minute walk from Dubvrovnik Old Town. The place is well equipped and has a very nice balcony (unfortunaly I was there in winter and could not use it). Ivan reacted always promptly on my questions. The place is quiet. There is no free parking. I had to park my car on public parking for 16 Euros a day.
• Polgár (10/5): Comfortable apartment close to the Old Town - We had a great stay in this comfortable apartment. We had everything that we needed, it was clean and tidy, well equipped, and very close to the Old Town called Pile (12-15 minutes walk). The apartment has a small balcony with a table and chairs, with a beautiful view on the sea. We had lunch there every day, even if it is February. The owner was always responsive and helpful. The apartment is in a quiet street, it was perfect for us. I highly recommend it, I hope that we can return one day to this apartment, and to this beautiful city. Thank you! -

Thanks Miriam we really appreciated that 😁 Needs a deep clean. Sinks in kitchen bathroom and shower didn’t drain properly. Hot water plumbed backwards in the kitchen. Shower mat and bedroom mats need replacing and flooring and wiring set up need attention (long wires trailing with adapters plugged into extension). Cupboard handle missing in kitchen. No coffee machine or cafetière , no grater.

• Cathleen (8/5): Beautiful central location - It is a beautiful flat with a great view. Central location to beach and the wall. Host was very welcoming. Place easily accommodated 5 people. Quiet area and felt safe even at night. Bar right across the street with amazing sunset views. Not a dislike but just as a heads up - it is difficult to find if you don't know your way. It is uphill and up 2 flights of stairs, so something to be aware of if you are planning any significant luggage. You will not be able to avoid this if you want a central location and amazing view so the payoff is worth it.

Mirjana met me, helped me with the baggage, allowed me to stay till 3pm on the day of my check out. ( Thank you once again! ❤️) Apartment is spacious, very silent, clean, supermarkets are close, few minutes walk to the road that leads to the old town, there is also a breathtaking panorama with few benches to enjoy the view. No stairs if it’s important for you. I really liked the location and accommodation in general. Thank you for your hospitality! Nothing. All was good
• Sandra (10/5): Super! - Everything was super. If you are travelling by bus from the airport, get off at the 1st stop. I recommend walking along the Adriatic Sea, then at the Fratello bar, go up the stairs to your apartment. A bus stop is nearby. Everything is within easy walking distance. Konzum grocery store is nearby. Please note that Dubrovnik is in a mountainous landscape and you will have to climb a lot. -

Great A/C. Many "niceties" provided. Location was not quite as "near Old Town" as we expected for our 75+ year old bodies, but Uber was fast and easy. Located on the second floor (third floor for U.S.-types), hauling 50# cases up/down wasn't the easiest, but manageable (we were warned there was no elevator). There were no real problems with the place at all.

• Severina (5/5): Passable - Great location. Comfortable bed. Good for a very short stay (we did it before our flight in the morning). The bathroom is very poor, there is no sound isolation and also instead of a window above the door there is a hole, so all the steam and smells enter the kitchen from the bathroom. AC in the master bedroom was leaking. The balcony is tiny, so do not expect much from it.
• Nadene (8/5): Perfect location - This is a wonderful apartment in a great location. It suited our family of 4. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The main bed was comfortable but the two single beds were a little bit uncomfortable, but ok. The kitchen had everything we needed, and contained all the extras like oil and coffee and tea etc. Ivan our host was extremely helpful and always responded quickly to our messages and helped us out when we left a few items behind! He also arranged transportation for us. So overall the building is a little bit run down but the price is very reasonable for what you get. There is also a little Prosecco bar across from the building that has amazing views, they also so breakfast… and they kindly let us pass through there to get to the main road which was an easier path for us to walk into town.

The view is INCREDIBLE and the cleanliness and products supplied by the property was outstanding. It’s very rare that I leave reviews, but this owner needs to be recognised and commended for providing a truly wonderful experience. We also treated the property as though it was our own! Highly recommend! It could have been better if we could stay longer!
• Rosey (9/5): Ivan’s apartment gave an awesome base for our Dubrovnik adventures - happily recommend it to others - The apartment was spacious and had sea views. We especially liked the shutters which offered great airflow on warm days. Location was excellent and only a 10 minute walk down to Old Town (bit longer going back but steep hills are part of Dubrovnik). Loved having Fratello Bar only a few steps away for an evening cocktail after a busy tourism day. We didn’t meet Ivan but he responded to any messages and organised a driver for our early airport run. Nothing not to like. People should be aware of 2 flights of stairs up to apartment - fine for us, but best to be aware.

• Miisa (7/5): Nice apartment with partial sea view! - We had very nice vacation with my mom and sister. Apartment was quite clean (except that we liked to rewash dishes). Host's son were also kind and we got his whatsapp for asking questions about anything. He was so helpful and his english were at good level! Easy to communicate and get help when needed. They also respond to an email quickly. Trust worthy place.
