• Jaana (8/5): Sopiva sijainti retkien tekemiseen sekä lentokentäbussin pysäkille - Sijainti hyvä, samoin äänieristys. Matkalaukun pystyi jättämään lokeroon uloskirjautumisen jälkeen. Sisäänkirjautuminen itsepalveluna, mikä oli hyvä yöllä saapuessa. Tämän olisin kuitenkin halunnut tietää hyvissä ajoin. Omistajan kissa 😻 Sateenvarjot, rantapyyhkeet ja hedelmiä. Hyvä suihku ja sänky. Ohjeet huoneistossa löytyy myös suomenkielellä. Bussipysäkit, bussiasema ja satama lähellä. Jouduin laittamaan useita viestejä saapumisajastani, mutta niihin ei vastattu. Sen sijaan booking comilta tuli jatkuvasti pyyntöjä ilmoittaa saapumisaika. Laitoin viestiä booking comin kautta, Whatsappissa, tekstiviestillä sekä lopulta myös soitin, mutta puheluun ei vastattu. Hieman stressaavaa, kun ei ollut tietoa siitä, kuinka pääsen sisään keskellä yötä. Lopulta tuli viesti ja ohjeet, onneksi ennen lähtöä. TV ei toiminut, ei signaalia. Lämmityksen päälle saaminen ei ollut ihan helppoa, ja pari ensimmäistä yötä laite puhalsi kylmää ilmaa.

• Nancy (10/5): Beautiful room with a great view, perfect location! - Ana is the best host and the room is beautiful! The location is close to the main ferry port (not old town) but we ended up preferring that. There is a beautiful view of the harbor and buses come all the time to take you to the old town. It was nice being removed from the chaos of old town. The bathroom is also so spacious and nice.

• Jan (10/5): Genieten met een hoofdletter G! - De hostess was een fijne en behulpzame vrouw. We voelden ons gelijk thuis. Deze knusse studio heeft een perfecte ligging. Je bent vanaf deze locatie overal binnen een mum van tijd. Ook was het modern, erg schoon en gezellig. Wij hebben ontzettend genoten van deze heerlijke uitvalsbasis op onze stedentrip naar Dubrovnik. Wij kunnen zo niets bedenken wat ons niet is bevallen.
• Małgorzata (10/5): Doskonała lokalizacja w wygodnym studio. - Doskonała lokalizacja w Nowym Porcie. Blisko supermarket i restauracje. Starówka spacerem 20 min. Studio bardzo wygodne i w pełni wyposażone. Gospodarz pomocny i bardzo życzliwy. Doskonały adres do zwiedzania Dubrownika, a nawet na dłuższy pobyt wakacyjny. Nie dotyczy.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt: nettes Ambiente, nette Gastgeberin, toller Ausgangspunkt für viele Unternehmungen. Es war alles vorhanden, was man für eine schöne Zeit braucht
• Christine (10/5): - A localização apesar de ser fora da old town ficava numa zona muito bonita e tranquila. Havia muitos autocarros perto para a old town em apenas 10 min. Fica também a 10min a pé para o ferry de Dubrovnik. Dispõe de muitos restaurantes bons perto. O apartamento em si era muito bom, com excelente insonorização, recentemente renovado e muito limpo. A anfitriã é muito simpática e deu-nos muitas dicas úteis. Nada a apontar.

L'appartamento era eccellente, per la posizione (vicino alla fermata dell'autobus, al supermercato, al porto con una magnifica vista), ma soprattutto per il comfort e l'accoglienza: avevamo tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno, dalla biancheria al frigorifero, informazioni sui trasporti, sull'utilizzo degli elettrodomestici etc. Inutile dire che abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo la vista sul porto, sia di sera che di giorno. L'host é stato sempre presente per noi, anche tramite messaggio. L'unica cosa che avremmo voluto avere a disposizione é una macchinetta per fare il caffè (per chi come noi non apprezza molto il caffè solubile), ma ce la siamo cavata benissimo anche senza.

• Dominique (10/5): - The best accommodation we have had yet! The apartment not only was in a great location, also close to the bus stop to get to old town, but the views were incredible with beautiful sunsets every night. The apartment was clean, modern and very comfortable with all the amenities you could need. The air conditioning works extremely well and keeps the place lovely and cool. Ana was the best host, so lovely and very informative about all things dubrovnik! Would book again!!

• Ian (10/5): Highly recommended for anyone visiting Dubrovnik Ana has made it a very comfortable place to stay - Actually being met by the host who was great and gave us lots of really helpful information and advice. Location was very convenient and easy to access public transport. Unit was well equipped with all amenities required and extras. Nothing, was a great holiday accommodation .

The studio design is extremely well-thought to ensure a comfortable stay. It is fully equipped for everything a traveler would need. We even had a drying rack for our clothes. Ana is a wonderful host who made us feel fully welcome at all times. We've had such an unforgettable time in Dubrovnik! Loved everything!!!
• Aaron (9/5): Great spot. Comfy. All the essentials for a good stay - From the start we had a really positive experience with Ana the property owner. She messaged us first and made the check in process very easy. Her local knowledge she shared upon arrival was really helpful. the property itself was really good. Do not be put off by the unit being next to the road the windows bloked out all noise and the shutters on the windows created a full block out of sunlight. the bed was comfy enough and the aircon was good the little kitchen was perfect. allowing us to cook some of our own meals. The location was nice being outside of the main section of town but still close enough to everything. public transport was a short walk aswell as the supermarkets and some cafes etc. short walk from the ferry aswell. there is a shuttle bus close by to the airport nothing

Old town 6 min drive away and public transport readily available. Room was all you could want. Really enjoyed our stay.
• Jennifer (10/5): Great, comfortable stay with a beautiful view in Dubrovnik - The space was clean, comfortable, modern and plenty of space for one person. And with a great view on the water. Loved the bathroom too. Ana was there to help and answer any questions I had. It was a space that I enjoyed just chilling in after a long day. It's great for getting outside of the hustle and bustle of the old town. The old town is still easily accessible by bus or Uber though. Or if you enjoy walking you could walk 30 mins to get there. Highly recommend! nothing really

• Brooke (10/5): Amazing studio in a beautiful location and very convenient - Fantastic studio with a well equipped kitchen for cooking meals, a large bed, bathroom with even a rain shower, and a wardrobe for your clothes. Really good air con. The location was super close to bus stations to get into the old town or lapad, and close to many supermarkets. There is a luggage locker for your luggage if you arrive prior to check in which is very helpful. Also very close (11 min walk) to the Dubrovnik bus station which is good if you are catching bus to/from Split. Ana is a great host who gave lots of great recommendations. Highly recommend this accomodation!! Nothing!

We chose this property as we needed to get to Port Gruz easily and it was just minutes walk. Other parts of Dubrovnik are also easily accessible through walking, taxi or bus. You kind of have everything you need - from hair dryer, shampoo, shower gel, coffee, cutlery, microwave oven, mini fridge. Well, you name it, our host thought of everything. Plus she is very nice, giving tips on where to eat, shop, go to the beach, etc. I highly recommend Studio A.
• Sam (10/5): Perfectly located apartment with excellent facilities and a personal touch. Would definitely recommend! - Perfect location to explore the Old City and Lapad. The apartment was very comfortable, and exceptionally clean with everything we needed to self cater. The personal touches of fresh fruit and complimentary toiletries was a nice touch too. With the air conditioning and the shutters, we stayed cool and slept really well. Luggage storage in our last day was very helpful- just like the local recommendations from our host! Nothing! We would definitely book again and recommend to friends.

The shower design was the best I had during my 3 months Europe travels. Small well designed studio with great natural light giving beautiful views of the harbor. Studio has everything you need to enjoy a great holiday in this area. Great activity recommendations by Ana hostess. For a visiting American I found the car parking facilities expensive but probably common for the area.

• Pulido (9/5): Beautiful gem near the marina - Ana was fantastic. She lives next door so you just need to let her know what time you will arrive and she will meet you. Not only did she give me the keys and run down, but she had a map ready with recommendations; I went to two restaurants and they were exceptional. She was available via WhatsApp whenever I had a question. Croatia was the second leg of my trip and my feet were in need of a massage. She recommended the best masseuse. Her place was perfect for a solo traveler like me or a couple. You need it, she thought of everything that you would need for your stay. Super clean and was so thoughtful in the things you would need. The views were stunning. It is by a busy street but the windows do their job. The location was perfect. It was a 30 min bus ride or 15 Uber/taxi. I liked not being in the Old Town and enjoyed being by the marina. Thank you again, Ana that I didn't stay longer!!

I arrived bit before check in with prior agreement to get the key card so I can go and explore.

The apartment was clean, modern and spacious with a fantastic view over the bay. The location was lively but still peaceful and street noise was not an issue at all.
