Guest Reviews
- Hugo (10/5): - Super studio, très propre
- Antonia (10/5): -
- Kenny (8/5): - The location in Lapad was perfect and the host was very friendly and helpful. It had everything we needed for our two nights in Dubrovnik, highly recommend! Lots of stairs, but worth it!
- Adventurebug Matt (9/5): -
- German (10/5): - It had everything you could need, you could even cook and do laundry if needed and it was good connected through bus.
Lovely views and a free parking spot.
Only down side is the stairs but it was properly indicated.
- Selina (10/5): - Helpful and friendly hosts, clean apartment, equipment was sufficient for two nights/some basic cooking.
Location is 25-30 min walking distance to Dubrovnik Old Town, which is fine but not amazing. There is a bus stop close by. Relatively calm area. Some steps to get to this accommodation, so with heavy luggage a bit exhausting, but it's still manageable.
- Kobi (10/5): - Had everything you needed
- Mariia (10/5): -
- Tristan (8/5): - Le parking
Le logement
La machine à laver
- Imogen (10/5): Really nice and homely! We didn’t see the owners but they had left it so nicely equipped, thank you! - Really nicely equipped and felt so homely Nothing
- Katherine (10/5): Beautiful property - Perfect size, all the facilities were wonderful and there was shower gel etc left in the apartment from previous guests which was really helpful! A long steep staircase to get up or down to the apartment, which isn’t too bad but it was not fun in the heat.
- Cátia (9/5): Superb - The host provided excellent details for check-in and explained where we could park (at no cost). The apartment has a good balcony. The bath area is quite small.
- Emma (10/5): Exceptional - This room has everything you need! It's in between Dubrovnik Old Town and Lapad. We liked the fact that it's close to town but not in the hustle and bustle of the Old Town. Very close to the Libertas bus stop that takes you straight to Old Town Dubrovnik.
We loved our stay here. Thank you! Lots of stairs! Not a deal breaker, but worth mentioning.
- Dzmitry (9/5): Superb - Clean, well-maintained and well-organized apartment. Good communication with the host. Fast and simple check-in.
- Rustico (7/5): I enjoyed my stay! I would recommend this place - Host is very responsive!! My stay was during winter (February 2025). It was very cold. No heater (in the room). In addition, I’m used to over supply of hot water (can burn my skin “HOT”). Because it’s chilling, I wanted the water in the shower to be warmer, so I kept it running, then realized that’s the max temperature, because the water became cold. Means- I consumed it already thinking it’ll be hotter. So the next day, I had to be mindful and minimize my not so warm water use. Dubrovnik - you have to deal with slopes. It was winter. Not so ready to hike. So I had to use uber €6/ride. It’s still a good deal!
- Anja (8/5): Ideal stay for a couple or a single person with an amazing view on the sea. - Great little appartment in a nice and calm location in Dubrovnik. The place is well suited for a couple or a single person and has everything needed for a short stay. It was really clean and I especially liked the little design touches and the extra cosmetics in the bathroom for the ladies :) Communication with the owners was easy and fast.
- Rebecca (7/5): Decent Stay with Some Roadbumps - Small but nice and clean unit. Close to bus stop. Had washing machine. Check in instructions confusing — not geared towards those arriving by bus. Have to climb 177 stairs from bus stop to get to apartment (not mentioned at all in listing). Hot plate broke.
- Artur (10/5): Exceptional -
- William (10/5): Exceptional - Clean, well equipped, hosts provided refreshments in fridge on arrival. Steeps steps, 35 steps up to road above, 177 steps down to road below.
- Ellen (8/5): Would highly recommend - Clean, well equipped kitchen, good air conditioning. Hosts were very helpful Lots of steps up to the property. Quite far from the city centre, I needed to take Ubers to reach old town
- Robin (10/5): Nice apartment - Super friendly hosts, very nice tidy apartment, beautiful view, clean bathroom, not too far from the bus terminal and the old city. Would stay again and highly recommend!
- Maria (10/5): Exceptional -
- Adina (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sylwia (7/5): A pleasant weekend in Dubrovnik - The location so was easy to explore the city in both directions ; the apartment is equipped with everything to enjoy your stay.
- Zanda (8/5): Very good - Generally this cozy, little apartment is wonderful! Everything has been thought of and we felt really comfortable while staying there. The terrace is spacious, unfortunately not much of a view if one is to sit down at the table in order to have a meal as the fence hides it all. Definitely not suitable for people with difficulty to climb stairs as there are many of them! The accomodation is located good 20-30min walk away from the Dubrovnik center, however public transportation is available from the street in case you are not up to the walk couple of times a day.
- Colm (9/5): Superb -
- Ilona (10/5): Suitable for several nights - Small, clean and quite comfortable accommodation for a few nights. It feels that the owners, decorating this room, wanted to make everyone feel at home. There is a parking space upstairs next to the house. It is a 20-minute slow walk to the city. Beautiful view from the terrace. Friendly hosts. Yes, returning is not so comfortable due to the large number of stairs to the property. Therefore, if someone is planning a trip with suitcases, it is better to use a taxi, because the entrance for cars, on the contrary, is located above.
- Jean (10/5): Exceptional - Great host, good communication
Very well placed in Dubrovnik
Perfectly clean and cosy for a couple
Thanks a lot, I recommend
- Katherine (8/5): Comfortable compact apartment (but expect a lot of stairs) - Good location to explore old town and also beaches by Lapad. Though still expect a bit of a walk and lots of stairs within the side street to access the apartment.
Friendly hosts who accommodated early check-in and flexibility around check out on request which was very appreciated.
Quiet location.
Nice little space inside for a night or two with food air con and an outdoor patio too. Difficult to cook with just one stove too hob so home food preparation/ cooking was less appealing.
Many many stairs ! But you do get used to it.
Location a little hard to find on arrival.
- Dominic (10/5): Nice experience in Dubrovnik - Very modern and quiet place Parking place closer, you need to go down down 5 minutes on the stairs, dont take a lot of bags with you
- Anastasiiadodo (10/5): We enjoyed our stay a lot - Cool location with reasonably priced shops and restaurants, amazing view from the terasse.
Very soft bed, you have everything you need in the room and in the kitchen. Stairs are hard in the heat, beware of them 😂
Only one burner on stove sadly, so you can't make anything complicated, but at least there is a microwave.
- Kennedy (7/5): it was a very lovely room, good area, host was very kind, I recommend if you are travelling with little luggage! :)) - The room was nice, and very clean. Good appliances, washing machine, cooker. Good location. Kind host. We did not know the amount of steps we would have to walk up and down to get to the property. It is not very accessible for suitcases or anyone with walking disabilities at all. Shower went cold quick.
- Hannah (10/5): Exceptional -
- Hermina (9/5): Superb -
- Dan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Vegard (9/5): Great value, location and room - Honestly one of my best booking-experiences ever. Perfect studio with all the basic things you need. If you stay there in the warm part of the year the place outside is very charming. All quiet all day. You are the only guest when you stay there, and the couple lives in the apartment next to you and help with all kinds of things. Great value, and just a 5 minute bus ride to the old town. I thougt i just booked the cheapest place far away from everything. Ended up perfect location. I can't really way there's anything i didnt like. As you see in other reviews the only downside is perhaps the stairs. But just make sure the Uber driver drops you off on top of the hills when you arrive, and it wont be a problem with the luggage.
- Cilan (9/5): Great views, cozy, a lot of stairs - There was a superb view of the sea, the bed was really comfortable and the host was really nice. You have to walk a lot of stairs to get back from the main road to the property. The parking was up, on a street behind the house which I was able to find only with the help of the host. The toilet is in a very crowded space between the shower and the wall, the toilet paper you have to grab from behind of yourself which for a 100 kg guy is not that pleasant. The cutlery was missing some sharp knifes. It only had butter knifes which I couldn’t even use to cut an onion.
