• Prashant Vankudre (10/5): Best stay in Dubrovnik for family - Location is very close to the old town. The apartment is on busy road with narrow footpath, but closeness to the old town, restaurants and bus stops helped a lot. The bus stops are just 1 minute walking from the apartment. Definitely recommend if you are family visiting Dubrovnik.

• Valeriia (6/5): Если бы не насекомые, то жилье отличное, цена/качество. - В кухне-гостиной было достаточно уютно, чисто. Был чай, кофе, сахар. Постель чистая. Все необходимое для приготовления пищи. Расположение очень близко от центра, мин 5 пешком. В ванной комнате было много насекомых, скорее всего - это термиты. Было предложено убрать ванную на следующий день, но мы убрали сами, так как заселение было после 23:00. Очень шумно от дороги. Так же не было пододеяльника.

Brak okna. Bardzo małą ilość miejsca do przyrządzenia i spożycia posiłków. Pięknie wyglądający barek jest tak skonstruowany, że uniemożliwia wygodne korzystanie z niego. Wyście bezpośrednio na ruchliwą ulice. Duża ilość kurzu.

• Virginia (5/5): Mainly warning if light sleeper, this is not for you unfortunately. - Property was clean & very close to popular tourist sites. Communication was only by text. Hard to find on arrival, accommodation way too close to the main busy road, very noisy especially trying to sleep at night with constant traffic & headlights reflecting through top window with no blinds, no plugs for any sinks/basins, hence couldn’t do dishes or wash clothes (yet generous drying rack) x 2 sheets supplied as bedding, one pillow each, just a shame about literally being a meter from front door to roadside. Everyone could see you walking past if had blinds open & people often stood outside our door sheltering from rain under small canopy, right in front of our bed in view …was weird.

• Fab (7/5): excellentes vacances ! - l'hébergement étant au rez de chaussé, il se trouvait à ras la route principale, très roulante et bruyante. Malgré cela,, il est vraiment très bien situé. Nous devions laisser le volet fermé pour la chaleur, et le bruit, d'où l'utilisation quasi continue de la lumière du logement., C'est un logement fait pour un couple, accompagné d'un enfant éventuellement. Nous étions trois adultes, et le lit d'appoint est un lit d'une personne. Je pensais en réservant que c'était un peu plus grand. La climatisation est un plus même si elle perdait de l'eau (problème vu avec la gérante).

Shower was old and little broken - we had problem to change from "rain" shower to normal. In apartment was lack of daylight. Only window was door to the really bussy and noisy street. There is really steep hill with tight side walk to the apartment and it was little difficult with stroller. It was no big deal, but keep in mind if you have stroller.

Air c - Great location, very close to old town with lots of food options nearby. Air conditioning was really effective, even when staying over one of the hottest periods of the year and no issues with humidity, wet clothes/towels dried fast and didn’t feel humid to us.

• Shahriar (7/5): It's an okay place. - Location was central. It had most things you might need. There were cushions on the bed which covers of them were not washable. Unless they wash the whole cushions after each guest, it's not okay to keep them over the pillows we are supposed sleep on. There was only a thin blanket over the bed and it was a bit cold in May, even though there was a duvet in the closet, it was without a duvet cover. Room is a bit dark and suffocating, it shows in the photos but we havent realized until we entered. If you are sensitive to noise in the night, you must know that the apartment is on the main road and you might be disturbed.

• Mariank (5/5): Ok for one night only… Not worthy - It’s close to the old town and the apartment was very clean. Bed was comfortable The apartment is at street level, and there is a lot of traffic so if you have issues for sleeping I won’t recommend. Moreover, it’s extremely humid it’s necessary to keep dehumidifier on all the time, so if you are planning go to the beach think about it because you won’t get your clothe dry on time. And the WiFi was terrible, the host said it is a telecommunication issue of the area, but even if you are using your mobile data seems like a bunker.

The apartment has everything you will need for a short stay. Although the location was good, it is next to a very busy road. The accommodation was humid. There was an electric humid abosorber in the room that had to be emptied more then once a day.

• Gpetko (5/5): Super location, walking distance to Old town - be aware of traffic noise - Location is 5 min walk from the old town. You have restaurants and fast food places near by. Bus stop is near and you can use bus for e.g Lapad beach. Host is very pleasant and reacted fast when we had issue with internet. Main road near old town and apartment is on the street, so you can hear cars, motorcycles until 2 AM. If you have light sleep, it is a problem. There are no windows, so for a longer stays would be a problem. At the time of our visit, it was high humidity outside, so also in the apartment and it was hard for towels to get dry. There is a moisture vaporiser that help, still not enough in this case.

• Kai (7/5): Good - It's not bad, the place is roomy and it is really close to many good spots. We thought it might be noisy being next to the busy road but honestly we were not bothered at all. Somehow the appartment was really moist, even with the air con/fan on. Like all our clothes felt damp and towels would not dry. It's close to old town but the road leading to it feels a bit dangerous (very narrow foot walks) and it's not a good place to take a taxi. So if you're fine being on foot it's a good spot. Also minor gripe but the toilet seat cover with the dolphin in the pics must've been another room, we did not have it. But my gf kinda wanted to have that lol

• Irina (5/5): Disappointing - Location quite close to the old town/bus stations. Comfortable bed. I wouldn't call that a studio apartment- it's a room right on the street. The entrance to the apartment is right on the sidewalk, on one of the noisiest streets in Dubrovnik. When you open the door to enter the apartment, you block other people from passing by on the sidewalk. It's the noisiest place we've stayed in. You can't sleep or hear your own thoughts because of the street noise - remember, you're right on the street. The room is not at all soundproof like they mention in the description. There was an awful smell coming from the bathroom at all times, especially from the shower. No place where you could hang your towel in the bathroom after a shower. Bathroom sliding door very difficult to open/close. Lots of humidity in the room, no ventilation. There was no way you could open the windows because of the noise and all the people walking by your window. What's funny - it cost the same as our first accommodation in Dubrovnik - a lovely apartment, with a view of the city from above, quiet, new amenities. There's no comparison.

• Elizabethto (7/5): Good for couple of nights - Great location, 5min walking distance from the center/Pile gate. Perfect and comfortable bed and very clean room. The room has a smell due to lack of window. The main door was the only window overlooking the main street which makes it quite noisy at night even with closed window. Check out is at 10am, there is no reception/space to leave your bag in case you are leaving later.
