• Philippe (8/5): Appartement au calme avec une vue magnifique sur Dubrovnik - Appartement lumineux avec une vue magnifique sur la vieille ville. Pas de bruit car il n'y a pas d'appartement au- dessus, (c'est l'emplacement de la voiture) ni mitoyen. La place de parking est plus qu'appréciable car c'est une galère pour se garer. Proche de la vieille ville, environ 15 minutes à pied mais il y 402 marches pour remonter. Réactivité aux mails du propriétaire. Ménage pas au top partout, Attention, il faut passer par une zone à accès véhicule restreint pour arriver.

Комната просторная, в номере все принадлежности на кухне, в ванной мыльные принадлежности, гель, шампунь, фен, даже видела маленькие ножницы. Апартаменты находятся на верху, прекрасный вид из окна, единственное, если кому-то не позволяет здоровье подниматься в гору или по ступени, то идти трудновато. Нет
• Dimitrov (10/5): Страхотно изживяване - Разположението е страхотно. До града се стига по стълби, които са предизвикателство, но само първия път. Уникална гледка. Страхотен домакин. Оказа ни съпорт във всяко отношение, включително и препоръки за ресторант и места за разходка. Страхотно изживяване. Частният паркинг е невероятно удобство в Дубровник Нямам забележки

• Jai (10/5): Wonderful Apartment and lovely stay but a slightly tiring walk up. - Lovely comfortable apartment with everything you could need. Cleand and tidy, easy to check-in, good communication from host. Kitchen was well equipped. Beautiful view. Up quite a big hill, many steps or a large slope to walk. It is only 15 minutes but makes you reconsider coming from old town during the day and going back. Bugs entered when we opened bathroom window.
• Julia (10/5): Beautiful views, tidy apartment. - Beautiful views, fully equipped kitchen and comfy bed. Such a lovely tidy little stay. About 15 minutes walk downhill to old town. Great communication with host and he let us know an Uber would be best to reach the property as that way we’d avoid the stairs. 200 stairs up! Wasn’t a big deal but if you’re not keen on uphill and stairs from old town it might be a pain.
• Sarah (9/5): Fabulous, can’t wait to return - Loved the small touches, complimentary drinks, snacks, comfort. The bed was incredibly soft and lovely and there was a good hot shower. The views amazing too. The apartment met every single requirement and the host was superb. He was friendly, well organised, punctual and provided good communication throughout. The long long climb up the steps. Having said this, it would not prevent me staying again.
• Agata (9/5): Superb - the view from the window is amazing. the room is nice with everything you need to survive. communication with the owner was very good. there is A LOT of stairs you need to take to get to and from the old town quickly. But the view is worth it.
• Rhian (8/5): Very good - Great view and a great host who offered us airport shuttles. Cute little apartment and a very comfy bed. Coming back from the old town the stairs can be a good workout!! Unfortunately no toaster or oven in the apartment.
• Marit (8/5): Stairway to heaven - The view was amazing, there is a small kitchen and the bathroom waa really clean and nice. The walk to the city is 12 minutes, however it can be steap uphill so less accesible for people that are not fit
• Charl (7/5): Good - Private parking at the property, good location to the old town From all the places we stayed during our trip this was the only one which was not impeccably clean. Old pots/pans with dirty dishes in the cupboard. Containers with old food.

• Casablanca (9/5): Reasonable stay with a beautiful view - The view of the city and sea below were breathtaking. Having a microwave, many plates and cups along with the stove was handy. Good air conditioning unit for the sweltering summer heat. The apartment is located up many flights of stairs so you have to be quite fit/be aware of time taken, or catch a taxi from Old Town for 10 euros. Permanent neighbours are very friendly and helpful when Ivo was late contacting us given months of confirmed notification of our arrival time. The tiled floor was dusty on arrival and worsened each day, having a wet mop available to use would be a good addition. Large centipedes were in the sink and bathroom shower curtain on arrival, there was a blue insect trap but may need more preventative insect control between guests. The TV box does not connect to local channels or to any streaming services. There was no overhead extractor fan above the stove. The hot water randomly stopped working on our last day. Ivo was none the wiser as the boiler light was on, but the gauge showed only cold water available never moving to heated water.

• Werner (10/5): Great apartment with views and free parking on site - It is a good sized apartment, with everything needed for self catering. Basics like coffee and sugar is supplied , and we also received some complimentary biscuits and sweets on arrival. The bedding and beds were good and the apartment was spotlessly clean. Views to the old town and over the sea was great. The parking was on the roof of the apartment. The unit is bigger than the perception from the pictures. The host was friendly and helpful. We are active and did not mind the climb from the old town to the unit, but if one prefers a 5 minute taxi ride could be taken instead of the 15-20 minute walk.
• Isis (10/5): Really nice view - Everything was nice! the view from the apartment is really nice and it’s walking distance from everything. It was really easy to get there and get the key. It has free parking and they left some cookies for us
• Marco (9/5): Superb - The apt is a 10-12 minutes walk from old town. Spectacular view from the windows. The free parking on site is a value. Good communication with the host. Clean apt with al the necessary for a self stay.
• Amanda (9/5): Nice little apartment, ideal for a couple - high above the town but with a great view. - The apartment was small but contained everything we needed and was neat, clean and quiet. It is situated high above the old town so there's a fair old walk to reach it but that means you get great views as you walk back and we could see the sea and old town from the window. You can either take the steep steps up or the the gentler road route. We enjoyed both! We couldn't get the TV to work but it didn't matter as we were busy enjoying the town. I'm sure that if we had contacted the host he would have helped.
• Hana (9/5): Superb - clean, spacious apartment with a beautiful view, the owner very pleasant and helpful the apartment is located on a hill, you have to walk a lot of stairs every day, but we expected that in advance
