• Olivia (10/5): Parfait - tout est propre, le lit est bien confortable, l’appartement est proche de la plage, d’un magasin de souvenirs, de magasin et restaurent. vraiment bien situé. il y a également des bus qui vont au centre tout prêt. Très bonne communication aussi avec la propriétaire. je conseille tout était parfait sans problème rien

• MAGDALENA (9/5): Apartment very well prepared for the guests - Apartment was equipped in everything what you may need, located outside of city center but close to promenade, beach, shops and local restaurants. I did like the area, old town is to reach by walk or local bus. There was very quiet during night, what I appreciated. Two ways of check-in were peoposed - direct one or by using key box. Good contact with the host during all stay &and fast reaction for questions. I didn't mind neither at all, but just to know for others - it is suburban area and an apartment is in block of flats. No balcony.

We appreciated the peaceful area and the convenient parking. The host was kind and responsive, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. Thank you for the opportunity to stay here – we would happily return. We would definitely recommend this place to others.
• Muna (10/5): Great Long Stay - Wonderful location in Lapad with great ambience, loved all the trees by the windows and being so close to the beach. Luka was amazing and so kind from the start and I still owe him so much. Everything was very clean and there were enough supplies to keep everything clean for our long stay and to also cook regularly including Christmas dinner. But also close to a number of bars, restaurants and Tommy/Studenac Supermarket. Close to 2 major bus stops with lines heading towards Pile and the bus station.

• AnnaW (9/5): Super pobyt - Lokalizacja bardzo dobra - łatwy dojazd autobusem do Starego Miasta ( linia 6 najlepiej). W pobliżu markety i restauracje. Mieszkanie czyste i dobrze wyposażone. Świetny kontakt z gospodarzem. Nie było problemu z wprowadzeniem się w nocy. Łatwo dostępny parking. W salonie mógłby być bardziej miękki materac;)
• Wojciech (9/5): Apartament warty odwiedzenia - Lokalizacja w dzielnicy Dubrownika Lapad, z której przejazd autobusem miejskim trwał kilkanaście minut. Autobusy kursują co 20 minut bezpośrednio na stare miasto. Obok Lapad jest też interesujący park z niezapomnianymi widokami, zwłaszcza o zachodzie Więcej konkretnych informacji turystycznych o możliwościach zwiedzania Dubrownika Sam apartament był bez zarzutu. Parking o niskim standardzie, ale był bezpieczny i było sporo miejsca.
• Bruno (9/5): Muy buena opción para Dubrovnik - Aparcamiento fácil, apartamento bastante amplio, con todo lo necesario. El barrio es un poco oscuro por la noche. Para mi gusto le falta una cafetera.
• JULIO JOSE (8/5): - Playa cercana El apartamento lo cogimos para 4 personas y solo había preparada una cama, se lo dijimos al propietario y nos dijo que no preparó el sofá cama para dejar el espacio del salón libre. Bueno, hemos estado en otros 5 apartamentos en este viaje y todos tenían todas las camas preparadas, y como le dije al dueño, por lo menos habernos preguntado. Cuando llegas después de un viaje lo menos que apetece es ponerse a preparar un sofá cama. En la ducha las puertas no llegan a cerrar y sale el agua fuera de la misma, eso sí, la presión de agua también es un poco falta al abrir más de un grifo.

• Carola (1/5): Soggiorno deludente: problemi di pulizia e organizzazione - Parcheggio - anche se posto non riservato quindi possibilità di non trovarlo Il nostro recente soggiorno a Dubrovnik, presso questa struttura, si è rivelato purtroppo al di sotto delle nostre aspettative, presentando diverse criticità che hanno compromesso la nostra esperienza. Al nostro arrivo, abbiamo riscontrato che l'appartamento era stato preparato per due persone anziché per le tre previste dalla nostra prenotazione. Ci è stato indicato un divano letto, con l'informazione che le lenzuola necessarie si trovavano nell'armadio. Tuttavia, una volta aperto, il divano letto si è presentato in condizioni igieniche inaccettabili: abbiamo trovato macchie, capelli e una notevole quantità di polvere. Abbiamo immediatamente contattato la struttura per segnalare il problema. Sebbene inizialmente avessimo ricevuto risposte e indicazioni su come aprire il divano, dal momento in cui abbiamo fatto presente lo stato di scarsa pulizia, ogni comunicazione è cessata. Questa mancanza di supporto ci ha lasciate in difficoltà, costringendo una di noi a dormire sul divano chiuso, utilizzando lenzuola che non erano sufficienti a coprirlo interamente. Oltre a questo, abbiamo notato che anche altre superfici, come il tavolino da caffè, presentavano accumuli di polvere, suggerendo una pulizia non approfondita. Il palazzo in cui si trova l'appartamento non appare ben mantenuto e necessiterebbe di interventi di ristrutturazione, contribuendo a un'impressione generale di trascuratezza. Un altro inconveniente significativo è stata la pressione dell'acqua in bagno, estremamente bassa, rendendo la doccia e il lavaggio dei capelli un'operazione scomoda e poco efficace. Infine, un'osservazione importante riguardo la sicurezza: ci è stato detto che non era necessario chiudere la porta a chiave. Tuttavia, abbiamo verificato che, se non chiusa a chiave, la porta rimane aperta. Pur supponendo si sia trattato di un errore in buona fede, è un aspetto da considerare per la sicurezza degli ospiti.

• James (9/5): Fantastic apartment! - The apartment was immaculately clean with a comfortable bed and pull out sofa. The kitchen was equipped with everything you would need and more. Vedran (the host) sent clear and concise information for our check in and had the apartment ready early for our early arrival. Fantastic communication and professionalism 10/10. Parking was a bit of a free for all and I was worried about damage to my hire car. Thankfully, everything was ok, but I would have preferred a bay to park in.

• Olegknaus (1/5): No guarantee you will be able to stay there - Wasnt able to stay there. So nothing The smell of aromatizer was SO intense that we were not able to stay there. We tried to open a window and returned in hour - it didn't help. This is the first time we had such experience. Host didn't compensate full price, only half We lost money. + We had to look up for last minute apartment late in the evening. Have never had such bad experience

• Andrej (8/5): A very nice apartment near the beach - A very nice apartment away from the city buzz, near the beach (stairs lead to the beach which is only 5 minutes away). Nearby Tommy food store, a few restaurants and the bus stop to Dubrovnik old town (bus N.4). We had a good time there. The conditioner is very loud even at the lowest speed at all settings. It is also located only in one room, so the other bedroom was always a bit warmer, and we did not find the way to cool it down. Not a big deal but when travelling with kids, keep it in mind.

• Oscar (10/5): Exceptional - Vedran is such a good host. he was ready to hand me in the keys. The apartment is beautiful, absolutely clean, and very well located, just minuytes from the supermarket and the bus station. Highly recommended.
• Easygo (8/5): Very good - Close to the beach, caffes, supermarket, bus stop. Good size one bedroom apartment, fully equipped. Comfy leaving room, featuring TV, AC, huge sofa bed. Free parking on site. Friendly host, sharing advice how to better navigate through the town for the first time visitors. Water pipes running in the bathroom and need maintenance, old bed sheet needs replacement, cooking pans need to be changed. Weak wi-fi.

You need to get a cab or bus to go to the old city to visit the castle. Was 8 euros for four on the bus from main road and we took the taxi back for 16 euros again to main road which is very close to apartment. You can also get Uber. One night stay was not enough in Dubrovnik even though we been there before. We were close to Lapad beach but couldn’t visit as we didn’t have enough time.
