• Sandra (10/5): Excellent spot near all the must see places! Great communication with host as well. - Located up one of the prettiest streets in old town! We stayed on top 7th floor and yes all reviews about small stairs are true, but it’s absolutely manageable with smaller suitcases & handrails. The view off tiny deck is worth the steps, and we enjoyed a few beverages overlooking the entire town. Churches ring bells often and that’s iconic for the area. Modern room with newer kitchen basics & very clean. Comfy bed made for a quiet good nights sleep. All good, but for bonus points, could have used a picture on the wall or something of character for decor ... but I guess you can’t hang much in slopped walls. The dark wood beams added some contrast against the whiteness, and looking out the windows were amazing colors & views in every direction!

Unfortunately the room head height was a big problem not only in the room but also on the last flight of stairs. Dubrovnik is all about stairs. This property has 53 from ground level. Best suited to short younger people. Again, all about the view and great shower. The view and shower.
• Louise (9/5): Very well located with a thoughtful and helpful host - I loved how the host had been so thoughtful as to provide a map with a route marked to show the way with the least steps (steps are a big feature in Dubrovnik). The airport transfer organised by the host was significantly cheaper than getting a normal taxi and the booking and confirmation was handled thoughtfully and promptly by the host The hot water ran out mid shower

• Ines_1510 (7/5): Buena ubicación e intalaciones, pero asegurar en qué piso te alojarán - Ubicación en el centro de la ciudad y en la zona más cercana a Ploce gate, cerca de donde nos dejó el autobús del aeropuerto. Importante, sobre todo si llegas con maletas, teniendo en cuenta que toda la ciudad es peatonal y con muchas escaleras. El alojamiento es un edificio restaurado. La foto de la terraza solo corresponde al último piso. Nuestra habitación estaba en la planta 0 con lo que las ventanas no daban apenas luz y además escuchábamos los ruidos de la escalera cada vez que algún huésped entraba o salía.

• Lucy (10/5): Perfect base to explore Dubrovnik! - Property perfectly situated within the old walls. Ideal base for exploring the old town of Dubrovnik. The apartment was clean, bed was very comfy and the shower was powerful and hot. We loved our stay here. Not a problem for us, but the steps to the property are steep and there are many of them. The staircase inside the property felt quite narrow. People with mobility issues would struggle.

• STEPHEN (7/5): Dubrovnik stole our hearts. Everyone should visit. - The location was superb, right in the heart of the old town. There are very many steep steps to get to the property though so you need to be fairly fit, but it's worth it. We were happy with the accommodation and would definitely book again and also recommend it to friends and family.

• Steve (8/5): Great spot. Comfy bur lots of stairs. - Well locared close to all the action in the old town. Comfy digs. Lots of stairs, which is largely a result of the old town terrian. If you have a heavy suitcase make sure you can carry it up stairs! Rooms are very small.

• Laura (7/5): Buena ubicación - La ubicación y amabilidad del personal. Al llegar el apartamento no estaba especialmente limpio. La encargada fue muy amable porque al comunicárselo me ofrecieron pasar de nuevo a limpiarlo pero no nos venía bien por organización. Únicamente hay una bomba de calor/frio para el estudio Deluxe, se queda un poco corto para calentar todo el apartamento y es incómodo. Hay muchísimo ruido, tanto de la calle como del propio edificio. Se escucha todo. En el baño no hay ganchos para colgar las toallas estiradas por lo que no se secan de un día para otro. La cocina está bien equipada para hacer lo básico pero sin campana extractora lo que limita un poco las opciones de cocinado. La ducha perdía agua. El alojamiento está bien pero no para el precio que tiene.

Room was very small with no space for luggage Check out at 10 rather than the usual 12.00 The steep stairs to access the property Lack of service each day, not even clean towels. Lack of bathroom products such as conditioner and body lotion. Poor choice for tea/ coffee offerings

• Maike (8/5): Gut für den Städtekurztrip - Zentrale Lage inmitten der malerischen Altstadt, dennoch ein modernes Apartment mit schlichter, freundlicher Einrichtung. Küchenzeile war bei Ankunft nicht ganz sauber. Ein paar wohnliche Details hätten das Apartment gemütlicher gemacht.

• Kimberly (4/5): - Cleanliness, central location Noise from other apartments. Advertising two very different accommodations in the same advert. If you read lots of the other reviews it mentions the noise from the apartment upstairs. You can hear every footstep, as others have said. The location was very central and the steps were fine for us. Also the luggage space was fine, as we had just hand luggage. It was immaculately clean. I thought the bedroom would be bigger from the photos. However, that is the upstairs apartment. The large bed was a good size, with nice bed linen. However, the mattress was a little hard if we were being particular.

Prijzen voor bezoeken zijn hoog. - De lodge ligt pal in het oude centrum van Dubrovnik. zeer proper en ruim genoeg. propere badkamer. Goede airco. Goed bed. een aanrader ! Je bent in het oude centrum en je kan dus alles supergemakkelijk bezoeken. De bagage ter plaatse krijgen is niet evdent. Dichtst bijzijnde parking is zeeeer duur en nog steeds zeeeeer ver van de locatie. Prijzen in Dubrovnik zijn hoog, zeker in het stadscentrum.

• VC (9/5): Loved our visit to Dubrovnik. It was the perfect end to our trip. - Superb location! If you want to spend a weekend in the old town, it's worth staying there. The old town is busy but the apartment is located up the stairs on one of the side streets so it is quiet, especially if you close the windows. I'm not used to soft European pillows and hard bed.

• Salomé (10/5): - A wonderful stay in Dubrovnik! The apartment was absolutely lovely — spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and in a fantastic location. Unlike many places in Dubrovnik, the steps up weren’t too bad, but I’d still recommend not bringing overly heavy luggage. The hostess was incredibly kind, helping with my bags and even suggesting a porter service, which makes things so much easier. Overall, a beautiful apartment in a divine location — a perfect place to stay!

• Jose (8/5): Geweldig voor de oude stad - Locatie was prima, midden in de oude stad. Klein balkon met schitterend uitzicht. Appartement was op de bovenste etage dus veel trappen wat geen probleem was. Maar het is onder het dak, sta hoogte is beperkt. Keuken heeft ook een beperkte uitrusting.

• Erin (9/5): Charming and affordable - Amazing location! Very clean and nicely updated. The rooms were smaller than expected. Not a big deal since we were really only there to sleep. If you’re a light sleeper, request the top floor, because it’s very easy to hear people moving above you. The people above us were partiers and woke us up several times in the middle of the night.

• Laura (10/5): Beautifully authentic property in the heart of the old town with everything you need! - This property was perfect in every way possible. The location was second to none. Not only were you in the centre of the old town you really felt like you had an authentic experience from the beams in the ceiling to the window shutters it was beautiful. Even though it was authentic it had all of the modern features you need, reliable Wi-Fi, excellent aircon, a fridge, coffee machine and a great shower. The host was amazing with her communication beforehand and when we arrived. Really helpful! We used the airport transfer arranged by the host and this was also great. Reliable, luxury transfer for a very reasonable price. We would highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Dubrovnik! Nothing!

• Jenny (5/5): - The location being right in the Old Town of Dubrovnik The pillows were like pancakes, I have a very bad neck so requested more pillows to which they did deliver so was thankful for that. Also be mindful there are alot of stairs. My mum is 75 and she managed although we left our suitcase in the main square in storage so we did not have to carry it up the stairs, we would have struggled otherwise so I suggest just taking a backpack or small pull along that you can carry.

Ivona,our host, was very helpful and gave us all the information we needed needed for a great stay. Everything was perfect.

Great shower and air con.and WiFi. Excellent comminication by the host prior to arrival. Many stone steps are unavoidable when getting to the location and within it to the room. Could be difficult for some people but worth the effort.

This was not an issue for us but if you had larger suitcases or are not good with stairs, it may be a struggle!

Small selection of tea and coffee and snacks provided. Bathroom extractor fan very noisy, street noice could be an issue at peaks times, few evening there were drunks below the window. Lots of stairs to get to room even for a fit able person.
