- RICARDO LUIZ (8/5): - Bem espaçoso Ar condicionado insuficiente para um quarto tão grande.
- Karen (10/5): Cosy apartment to retreat to after exploring Dubrovnik. - Our host Anna greeted us on arrival at this cosy apartment. Lovely little garden area to enjoy and Anna has thought of everything one would need for a comfortable stay. Homemade cake, a bottle of wine in the fridge and a warm smile made this a wonderful welcoming feeling. Lovely walk along outdoor corridors into the old city. Safe and convenient. Nothing.
- Franck (8/5): - Accueil chaleureux, logement spacieux, très propre, dans un quartier calme. A 10 minutes a pied de la vieille ville et des supermarchés.
- Javier Ignacio (9/5): Una estancia celestial y hospitalaria.
- Matthew (9/5): Fantastic knowledgeable host; great apartment with full kitchen and beautiful leafy terrace. - It was very easy to obtain the keys from the host, who was waiting there upon our arrival. Communication in advance via their manager app was poor, probably not due to the hosts but due to the management company app. We spent fruitless time and frayed nerves at the airport trying to contact our host to verify that our checkin was in order.
My advice to visitors is not to fret at the airport but to just go to the property at the appointed time.
- Orrgym (9/5): A Dubrovnik Delight - The property was bright, comfortable, spotlessly clean and in a quiet neighbourhood within walking distance to the Old Town. Returning from the Old Town there were 3 supermarkets and a bakery to pick up supplies.
Ana the host was there to greet us and showed us around and also gave helpful suggestions while we were in Dubrovnik. In the fridge was a bottle of wine and on the kitchen table fruit and biscuits. The day before we left Ana knocked on the door and presented us with some home made cake, these small gestures showed she cared which was evident throughout our stay, she was a delight. Dealing with the local Property Agent. Poor Communication between us and the owner but especially in regards to our arrival arrangements.
- Steve (10/5): Ana made us feel like family and we didn't want to leave! - Ana was waiting for us to give us the keys, her door was right next to ours. Ana showed us around the apartment and gave us extras. Suggestions as to where to eat, fun activities to do and fliers for everything around town. She had everything beautifully taken care of for us, complete with shampoo, conditioner, washing machine, grapes from the garden and 2 bottles of wine. Oh, and a bottle of water in the fridge. Although, the tap water was delicious! Everything was absolutely perfect!! Ana was nothing less than AMAZING! She even brought us some coconut cake that she made, talk about delicious!!!!
- Corinne (9/5): - L’accueil d’Ana est très sympathique, elle nous a donné plein d’indications pour visiter Dubrovnik et l’appartement est bien situé
- Laurent (10/5): Ana’s apartment was perfect — exactly as advertised, ideally located near the Old Town yet very quiet, with Ana being a - We had a wonderful stay at Ana’s apartment — it was absolutely perfect and exactly as advertised. The space was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location couldn’t be better: just a few minutes’ walk from Dubrovnik’s Old Town, yet tucked away in a peaceful and quiet area, which made it the perfect retreat after a day of sightseeing.
Ana herself was an exceptional host. Kind, thoughtful, and always available, she went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Her local tips and recommendations were spot-on and truly enhanced our experience.
If you’re looking for the ideal base to explore Dubrovnik and its surroundings, look no further — Ana’s apartment is a gem. We would return in a heartbeat Nothing
- Janurikné (10/5): Kitűnő apartman - Kitűnő szállás, tiszta, jól felszerelt, extra kedvességek: hűtött víz, bor, sütemény, gondos szállásadó. Minden tökéletes volt, nagyon ajánlom! Nem volt ilyen
- JOHN (10/5): A perfect welcome. - We were met by the wonderful host Anna (?) on arrival. Not only did she explain the facilities and give us lots of fantastic tips of what to see and do but she also made us some lovely coffee and cake. A perfect welcome.
The apartment is very well appointed. It is very comfortable and spacious with a lovely, shaded outdoor area to chill, and the kitchen had everything we needed for a few days' stay. The A/C was a dream.
The apartment has a shop and bakery 5 minutes away, and the Old Town is a pleasant 15 minutes walk. We had a lovely stay in Dubrovnik, made all the much nicer for staying here.
Would highly recommended Apartment Vukic.
- Chavdar (10/5): House is outside of old Dubrovnik, 10 mins walk from it, it is a great location! - Mrs. Vukic met us at the gate of her property, which has a good size to park our car and gave us detailed information about aria we stayed at and Dubrovnik in total. She welcomed us with fruit on the table in very well organized kitchen. We had every think we needed there including coffee, tea and cookies. For our surprise she broth one morning very delicious home made cake, great for our coffee time.
Property yard is very green and cozy, we had a table outside of our room and we used it with pleasure.
- Jarrod (10/5): Anna’s place -
We had a fantastic stay in Dubrovnik. Anna's property was clean, beautiful, and comfortable, with a lovely area out back to relax. It's conveniently close to town. Anna was generous, bringing us sweets like grape bread and poppy seed cake, along with fresh grapes from her garden and bottled water. Having an oven and pans available was a great bonus. After hiking Mount Srđ, we enjoyed heating up our Peka from Konoba Dubrava. This is a wonderful place to stay, and I will definitely return.
- Lisa (10/5): Perfect! Gonna be hard to top! - Our host Ana was there to greet us on arrival! She was really friendly and offered us advice on things to do and where to find things! The property was immaculate and a good size. It had all the facilities we could need and a few extras. She gave us some cake which was amazing! We could set a timer on the air con to have the apartment a lovely temperature when we got in from a hot day. We also had our own private terrace area that we would sit out in the mornings. Can’t recommend highly enough! It is half way between the old town and new town so can get everywhere super easy but also peace and quiet. 12 min walk to the old town. 10 min walk to the starting point for the mount srd hiking trail! That the trip wasn’t longer 😢
- Feyza (10/5): Exceptional - I stayed 6 days at this apartment with my brothers, and I can tell that this was the best stay we ever had! The location of the apartment was perfect; very close to the Old Town. The apartment itself was very clean, and we had everything that we needed in the kitchen and in the bathroom. The owner of the appartment was the sweetest humanbeing ever! She did so much for us and she was so so nice and helpful. We definetely felt at home thanks to here warmth. I will never forget how kind she was and how she made us feel like we were a family member. May god bless her. I will definetely come back to stay here when I will visit Dubrovnik again. I would recommend everyone to stay at this apartment when visiting Dubrovnik!
- Enrique (10/5): Do not hesitate. Make your reservation with Ana & family - Gentle, clean, AC, nature
- Pamela (10/5): Fantastic place to stay and chill but easy to get to the old city. - Lovely property in a quiet part of town but close to buses. It was part of our host’s home but self-contained with its own private entrance. Spacious and airy bed/sitting room, separate kitchen and shower room. Shuttered windows help to keep it cool and there is an efficient and quiet air conditioner. It has a small private terrace with table and chairs and sun loungers shaded by a mandarin tree and grapevines. The property was spotlessly clean and there were plenty of towels and storage space. The kitchen had dishes, pans and utensils enough for cooking simple meals as well as a washing machine. There is a small shop nearby selling food, alcohol and toiletries. Ana, our host, made us very welcome, showed us how everything worked and gave us some tips about things to see in the city. Dubrovnik is a hilly city so there are steps everywhere and it was about 10-15 minutes to walk downhill to the walled city. We would definitely stay here again. Nothing
- Pei (9/5): Homely, very well equipped apartment and very nice host. - Having parking out the front of the house was fantastic and very essential. Public parking is crazy expensive in Dubrovnik and there are lots and lots of steps everywhere so it was great not to have to carry luggage up and down stairs. Very very nice host, great facility in the room, they provide everything you need, including amenities in the kitchen(salt, sugar, oil, tea, coffee, etc) also enough toilet rolls to last us 4 days. Washing machine and detergents etc.
Also great advice on what to do in the city and how to get around. Felt very at home in the house. Was a highlight of our trip There are not a lot of restaurants in the area.
- Winders (10/5): Exceptional -
- Wayne5430 (10/5): Really enjoyable stay, could happily have stayed for longer. - Plenty of space and nice seating area outside to enjoy the wine from the family vineyard. Very friendly and welcoming owners. Close enough to Old Town to walk but far enough away to avoid the crowds.
- Rima (10/5): Exceptional - The property is in very good location, calm and nice place. Extra clean, big room . The owners are very kind and pleasant. Will come back with pleasure next time.
- Deborah (10/5): Incredible host that made us feel like we were family. - The apartment had all of the comforts of home and then some. The patio/terrace area was the perfect spot to enjoy the wine our host left in the kitchen for us. The apartment was quiet, clean and not too far from the beautiful Dubrovnik city center. We hope to return to Apartment Vukic in the near future.
- Alicezhuang (10/5): Perfect place for vacation - VERY nice host. Spacious room at great the location. A nice surprise of welcome turkish coffees treat and I got a lovely rose saying goodbye. Ideal place for 3 nights stay. Free on site parking. What a wonderful stay for a tourist
- Meryl (9/5): Lovely apartment that has everything you need. - Lovely apartment, very clean and spacious, with comfortable bed and air-conditioning. It is in a great location for the old town and the restaurants, but there is also the option of self-catering. There is also a lovely swimming spot close by and a beach. The owner, Anna, is very friendly and helpful and gave us lots of tips at the beginning of our stay. This would be a great option for someone who likes to be a bit more independent and is quite active on holiday. Nothing.
- Tomasz (10/5): Great apartment to relax for relatively good price, super nice terrace, very hospitable host - Staying at Apartment Vukic was a real pleasure. We were warmly welcomed by the host, who shared lots of useful information for first-time visitors and brought some tasty home-made surprise. During the stay we did not feel like customers, but like real guests. Apartment equipped with everything you need and more: from wine opener and pots to towels, soap and air conditioner. Great terrace, where you can have your breakfast under tangerine tree or relax under olive tree. Located 10-15 minutes walking distance from the Old Town, in a peaceful area. Strongly recommend!
- Anonymous (10/5): Perfect Place to Stay for Exploring Dubrovnik - + Spotlessly clean!
+ Kitchen is well supplied for self-catering for any length of stay.
+ Spacious and very comfortable and even though next door to the host, it felt completely private.
+ Secure parking, and do recommend that unless visiting places outside of Dubrovnik, leave the car there.
+ Host was so caring and hospitable. Devoted time to explaining must-sees and routes in and around the old town and wider Dubrovnik. She also brought us some cake made with grapes from her vines. Just a genuinely warm person that made our stay extra lovely.
+ Apartment had absolutely everything you will need to get started from extra towels, full sized shower gel and shampoo, ample toilet paper, washing powder, coffee sachets, teas, sugar, salt etc.
+ Lovely garden terrace with a table and loungers. Catches the afternoon sun.
+ Good location. About a 7-10 minute walk from the Old Town (downhill) and easy to catch the bus back up, as the bus stop is right outside the Old Town Walls, and you can get off at the first or second stop. We just pressed the bell once we were on. If you get the Dubrovnik Pass, bus journeys are included Absolutely nothing - would return in a heartbeat!
- Demi (10/5): Great stay, way better then expected, would definately recommend!!!!! - Very kind hostess and great homemade cake!
The location is amazing towards the old town and the apartment didn’t miss a thing.
Perfectly clean and tidy, good wifi, lovely terrace and plenty of space. We can’t think of anything negative.
- Annette (10/5): Excellent- highly recommend - This was a fantastic stay. Apartment spacious, very clean and well kept with everything we needed. Hosts were extremely welcoming and friendly. Great hospitality. Location close to old town and cable car, nice and quiet. Nothing - everything was great
- Kim (10/5): Great location and super homey - This property felt so homey! It’s huge and has the comforts of home. Parking a huge plus! And the walk to and from the old town was easy. I was so happy to be away from the hustle and bustle but close enough. Thoroughly enjoyed my time here! Nothing!
- Denis (9/5): Superb -
- Anonymous (10/5): Amazing apartment with an wonderful host - The apartment is so cozy, comfortable and impecable. It has everything, comfortable beds, a/c, back yard, washing machine, etc. Anna was so lovely and attentive, she gave us a tour of the place and a guide with some recommendations to the city. We were even lucky to get a slice of her husband’s birthday cake, which was delicious. It’s about 10 minutes walking to the old town, when you leave the apartment you walk down some stairs(very easy) and it’s a decline to the city. Coming back we just got an Uber (for 5-7 Euros) because we were tired of all the walking. The best part is that you can park your car in the patio, it’s impossible/expensive to park anywhere in Dubrovnik. I’m glad we didn’t choose to stay inside the walls of old town, you can’t bring your car, it’s so noisy and crowded. This apartment is an excellent choice. Everything was amazing
- Catharine (10/5): Great location and hostess, includes parking and so much more. - We stayed here for five (5) during our month long stay in Croatia. Originally, I had booked accommodations in Cavtat, but after a bit more research, I changed our stay to here. The location was perfect, about a 15 minute walk downhill to the Pile Gate and having secured parking was a bonus.
The apartment was a bit difficult to find, our GPS insisted that the road had no access so contact the hostess ahead of time to get directions.
Our hostess (Ana) lives on site and was available to address any queries. She met us when we arrived, helped us park and showed us the apartment. We really enjoyed spending time on the terrace. She also explained how to get to Old Town – downhill on the way there, Uphill on the way back.
The apartment looked just like the posted pictures, it was very clean and well appointed. The kitchen and bathroom were separate from the living/sleeping area and we enjoyed sitting outside on the terrace, drinking a glass of wine, while planning the next day’s activities. It was such a tranquil oasis after the hustle and bustle of Old Town Dubrovnik.
The kitchen was well equipped, we ate most of our meals in as after over three (3) weeks of touring, we were ready for simple meals. Also, we found Dubrovnik shockingly expensive. The Wifi worked well throughout our stay and there was ple
There was a large grocery store nearby, within walking distance and a bakery just up the road.
Ana is also an excellent baker and shared apple cake as well as coconut cake with us. Some toiletries were also provided along with detergent for the washing machine. She also had a small care package waiting for us, fruit, coffee and tea for our first morning.
We purchased a 3 day Dubrovnik pass and used buses the first 3 days, we even took a bus once into Old Town, when returning, get off at the entrance to the cemetery. This will save you the long, steep climb back. I would not changed anything!
- Kelli (10/5): Would recommend Apartment Vukic in a heartbeat! - This was our favourite apartment on our 5 week trip to Europe. The yard is full of fruit trees and the patio is very private. We felt very safe with the locked security gate. Anna was an amazing host who became our Croatian friend. She treated us to her traditional coffee, coconut cake and cherries from her tree. She had great tips for touring Dubrovnik! nothing
- Tom12345 (10/5): Exceptional - The hosts were fantastic. Super friendly. Went out of their way to arrange a highchair for our baby, even though it was not advertised. We enjoyed picking clememtines from the garden. The hostess even surprised us with fruit and cake! Excellent location. The walk back up was not as bad as some people commented, even for us not sporty people. Just don't take the steps back up, take the road. Nice restaurants nearby. Comfy bed. Lot's of tv-channels (sports and hbo). Very clean apartment. More spacious than it looked on the pictures.
- Ivica (10/5): Wonderful time in Dubrovnik. - Very nice host, good location short walk distance to old town.
- Gabija (10/5): Highly recommended! - I loved everything about this apartment! It was spacious and very cosy, you can find in it whatever you need for your comfort stay. The location is perfect, just a few steps away from the old town. Also, I cannot miss the chance to once again thank the hostess who was super friendly, kind and caring. Meeting her just makes this Dubtovnik experience even more lovely and unforgettable.
