• Victoria (10/5): La mejor opción. - La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de la entrada al centro histórico, cerca de la playa. Habitaciones amplias, colchones cómodos, limpio, bien surtido de todos los elementos necesarios en una cocina y una terraza con vistas al mar espectacular. Además, tiene un supermercado justo al lado de la.entrada. Sinceramente, me gustó todo, aunque el precio está "subidito".

• Agnieszka (9/5): - Lokalizacja, czystość, wyposażenie. Gospodarze są bardzo uprzejmi i sympatyczni. Jeżeli jedziesz w 6 niezależnych od siebie osób, przygotuj się, że są dwa łóżka dwuosobowe (w tym jedno wąskie) i 4 komplety pościeli.
• Giuseppe (9/5): did everything i needed great location very comfortable apartment and cannot fault the host. - It's a great location just over 5 minutes to the beach and museum of modern art and 10 mins to the old town. Along the walk to the old town there are numerous restaurants and small convenience shops/bakerys. the view from the balcony is both beautiful and obstructed, however i'm pretty sure this apartment was built before any construction in front of it (Looking straight ahead you get a wonderful view to the ocean and beyond). The apartment is comfortable and the host was so down to earth and friendly. Having also stayed north of the old town, i think i prefer this location. Would happily go back again. The only very minor issue was the shower wasnt as powerful as most but still did its job. Also the steps to the side of the balcony seemed like a meeting and drinking place, and although not noisy they do leave their empty bottle/cans outside the entrance. However this is cleared away by morning.

• Mark (9/5): Really great, couldn't ask for a nicer location or facility. - The host spent a lot of time giving us advice on where to visit in Dubrovnik and being able to have breakfast on the terrace in the warm sun facing the sea was really nice. The host very promptly replaced a faulty netcafe coffee pod machine. Having the little shop underneath was so convenient. Would have been nice to have a light between the outermost door and the next door for the evenings.

• Wendy (10/5): Beyond expectations, hard to beat! - You could not get a better location at this price point in the whole of Dubrovnik! A short walk from the old town but a welcome retreat from the busy streets behind the walls, and only 15 steps to the door which is a miracle in this town. Views are incredible despite the eyesore that is the excelsior hotel across the road. The hosts had the apartment ready for us when we arrived hours before official check in which was much appreciated. Spacious accommodation for 6 adults, plenty of room on the terrace for sunbathing and dining, extremely comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. Two bathrooms made life easier, both clean and spacious. I can’t think of anything to critique. One small suggestion is to possibly dispense with the dining table inside to allow more space for comfortable seating inside as there is a large dining area outside (but we were here in the summer so that may not work in cooler months).

• Kristi (10/5): Beautiful and spacious for five adults close to so much!!!! - This property exceeded our expectations! Location was perfect…short walking distance to Old Town but quiet and comfortable to rest. Beautiful property with water views from terrace. Comfortable for our family of 5…(3 older teens) and plenty of space for everyone. We played cards on the terrace each night. Small store right below property. Owner met us upon arrival and departure and was extremely professional and welcoming! She went above and beyond for our family. Our favorite accommodation during our travels! Highly recommend!!!! Nothing negative to say!
• Dulce (10/5): We loved our stay in Apartment Vent! It was exactly what we were looking for — a space to comfortably host a family of 5 - Perfect location— steps to Old Town. The apartment is pretty spacious and comfortable enough for 5 people, and we loved the huge balcony overlooking the Adriatic Sea. The supermarket downstairs is also a big plus!

• Melanie (10/5): Amazing place, beautiful views, we loved it - A beautiful location, lovely apartment clean and with everything you needed and a shop downstairs to get your essentials, great location , only 2 minutes to the beach, 10 minutes to the rocks to swim from and 10 minutes from the old town, the hosts went above and beyond helping us out when we had any questions or problems, Would highly recommend Nothing it was all lovely
• Emma (10/5): Overall amazing stay, would definitely recommend! - The location of the apartment is only 10 minute walk outside old town with no stairs to climb (which was great considering Dubrovnik is all stairs) the walk had breath taking views, and there is a gorgeous beach only 2 minute walk away. There is also a small grocery shop directly below the apartment which was very convenient for us. The apartment itself was very clean and spacious with comfortable beds and a beautiful balcony. Our hosts were also very kind and attentive to any questions we had. Only downside was the noise from the construction across the road but we understood that’s not in the host’s control.
• Margaret (9/5): May 13-17/24 - Good location; only a 10 minute walk to old town. Great view and lively balcony to enjoy morning coffee with a fresh, warm croissant from the shop below. The building construction nearby but this is understandably beyond the owners control.
• Andrea (10/5): Large, comfortable, clean, amazing location and nice terrace with sea view. - I chose this apartment based on 3 things: 1-location, 2-space and 3-view. 1-The location of this apartment is superb! It is just a few minutes up the hill outside of the old town walls. I was worried about the commute and the few stairs I read about (literally just an easy few) as my elderly parents were with us but it ended up being even closer and better than I expected. It is also located on-top of a small grocery store where we got fresh bread each morning. Please note, stores are closed on Sunday The beach is also just minutes away and restaurants galore within step. 2-We usually went back to the apartment to rest before heading out for dinner, or ordering it in. We were very comfortable and appreciative of the space we had for the 5 of us to eat, watch shows and hang out on the spacious terrace, which also had lots of seating. Having 2 bathrooms/showers was also awesome to have and the kitchen was equipped for what we needed to make breakfast. The bedroom were also spacious and comfortable but having more pillows is a suggestion. 3-The view is what ultimately sold me when I chose this accommodation so I have to say that I was a bit disappointed when I realized that the view of the old town (as shown in the pics) is blocked by the Hotel Excelsior but it did still have a very beautiful view of some of the old town but most importantly, the gorgeous sea and island. We spent every morning on it with coffee and evening with a glass of wine. Please see picture below. We were warmly greeted and given a tour plus a tutorial on restaurants, attractions, etc. A shuttle is also provided. In all honesty, if we go back to Dubrovnik, we would try to stay here again.
• Elizabeth (8/5): An enjoyable stay in Dubrovnik - Owners were quick to respond to our questions. The location was excellent, 10 mins walk to Dubrovnik Old Town, 5 mins walk to the beach. Not many steps to walk up walk up to the apartment, which is a bonus.😀 A nice balcony facing the Adriatic Sea. Supermarket just down stairs from apartment. The owners were excellent, meeting us on arrival. More bath towels should have been provided instead of just 1 towel for each person as we were aFamily of six, 4 adults n 2 kids. Same goes for tea towels, instead of just 1 tea towel provided. Maybe provide a brush and a pan🤣

• Jencey (10/5): Simply perfect - Modern, spacious (inside and terrace),, perfect location (5-10 min walk to beach, Old Town, clubs and supermarket + small supermarket right downstairs) and easy communication. Very nice host who gave lots of tips about what to do eat and where to eat (and where not). 2 sets of keys which is very handy The small bedroom could use a new mattress, in the other ones they're comfortable.

Management was really helpful before and during the stay. Arranging our transport to and from airport despite significant delay to the incoming flight. Balcony area could do with a bit of an update but not a massive thing in the grand scheme.
• Anonymous (10/5): Awesome apartment - Great sized apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as a large balcony. The apartment is within walking distance to the beach and Old Town and also has a grocery store beneath it. Nil.

• Tim (9/5): A very, happy, memorable family holiday - Comfortable beds, so important to get some sleep. Beautiful terrace to sit out ( but too cold when there in early April) with an electric Weber bbq. 2 ample bathrooms with hot water. Well equipped kitchen- with some basics eg salt & pepper; oil; tea. Location - 10 mins walk to Polche gate; 7mins to Banje beach which you pass on the way. A small convenience store below the property open 7 -9pm to get croissants/bread/ basics. As described on Booking. com Cable car station approx 12 mins walk from apartment to Mount Srd ( can walk but the trail is to the left of the station further along the road, off a main road and you walk inside the crash barrier to get to it. ) The cable car station is also the bus stop No 10 to go to Cavtat. Be aware that it is a one way system and the bus drops you further in the town on yr return. Can also get the ferry to and back from Cavtat leaving from the little port on the Polche gate side. Nothing. Be aware - several (7 - 9) steep steps to the property from the street. However, Dubrovnik has many steep steps and streets so don’t this city if you are not fit or able to tackle steps. 2nd double bed not suitable if 2 large people
• Gayathri (9/5): on the whole we were pleasantly surprised with the apartment and the location. so close to the beach and the old town. w - The location and it was clean. loved the terrace and furniture in the terrace. also the supermarket right underneath the apartment was very convenient. not enough sofa seats for all six of us but there is enough dining chairs.
