• Patryk (10/5): - Apartament zadbany i czysty. Idealny dla pary. Świetna lokalizacja - blisko Starego Miasta. JAcuzzi to świetna opcja na relaks po całym dniu zwiedzania Dubrownika. Niedaleko jest głośna ulica, ale wieczorem już jest cisza i spokój, więc można odpocząć. W nocy to nie przeszkadzało zupełnie.

• Katrina (9/5): Great apartment with everything for a short stay. - Apartment was small but spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The bed especially- really amazing! And although small, it was not ‘pokey’ and had everything we needed including a washing machine. Bathroom was beautiful and heating in bath and bed was great for cooler nights. Blockout shutters kept us from waking up at 5, and Kristina was on hand whenever we needed something. Good to have Netflix as we were both really exhausted and came for a relax and de-stress. Great supermarket next door- man was so delightful and delicious section supplied us for several dinners and lunches. Location is good. Short walk into the old town. Breakfast was good, but it was incredibly disappointing that it included only one coffee, and that: a super small one. Two would not be a huge impact for the property yet have a huge positive impact on guests. On our departure day, the only place to leave our luggage was outside. While this is still inside a locked gate, we did not feel comfortable leaving our things outside so carried them around all day. I am certain we would not be alone. I understand why we might not be able to access the apartment still but this was not so positive for us, and another solution would be great.

• Susan (10/5): The breakfast at the restaurant had amazing food and lovely staff - The apartment had a lovely outside space to sit and enjoy the lovely weather & views, and the hot tub was very relaxing after a busy day’s sightseeing. The kitchen area was small, however this didn’t affect us as I don’t go on holiday to meals, so this was not a negative.

• Wilner (10/5): - The location is not far away from the old town arround 15 mins walking. The Bus is directly from the appartement, but the Bus schedule is not always correct, sometimes it comes too early or too late. But the Location is perfect and we have Jacuzzi, after long day of walking or staying too long at the beach, it is really good feeling when we are coming home and enjoying the Jacuzzi. The hospitality from the owner is absolutely amazing. The husband drove us to the nearest shopping Mall, because we had a problem with the Luggage and we don't have clothes so he showed us the mall and waiting for us to shop. She asked me everyday, if everything is okay and not only that, she gave us tips too. The appartment is really clean, well maintained, and the bed is so comfortable. We had everything we need. We would highly recommend to stay at this place. Best of luck and see you in the future ❤️
• Paul (10/5): - - sehr gute Lage , nah der Altstadt, aber noch außerhalb sodass Restaurants noch billiger waren als in der Stadt - sehr sauber - Gute Ausstattung, Kochfeld, Geschirr, Waschmaschine, Terrasse , Whirlpool , Flachbild TV, Klimaanlage - Frühstück im Restaurant für jeden Geschmack was dabei - guter Kontakt zur Vermieterin mit schnellen Antworten und Hilfe bei Problemen Nicht verschuldet durch die Vermieter, nur zur Info für kommende Gäste mit Auto: Die direkt angrenzende neue Restricted Traffic Zone war noch nicht in Maps eingetragen, sodass wir einmal durch gefahren sind , kann teuer werden. Am besten im Parkhaus davor parken oder dort wenden, bevor man in die Zone fährt.

Nothing really it was all as described- the host was really helpful and we enjoyed our stay- special thanks to the cleaner she was very kind and the place is spotless

• Martina (10/5): Exceptional - We enjoyed our time in Rhea Silvia very much. The location is very good, not far from the city centre. The breakfast was served in a restaurant in the centre and tasted very good, especially eggs benedict. The place was cosy and comfortable. It was quick and easy to communicate with the owner. I would come here again without hesitation. It is located in the main street with lots of cars driving around, so it was a bit noisy with open windows.
• Suneil (8/5): Very good - Nice location, and quick responses from the host. The daily breakfast was nice, with choices available. The hot tub is great after a long day of walking around. It was great to have a large TV with Netflix to use on a rainy day. The washing machine was also much appreciated. Had an issue with the hot water as it was not working properly one evening. Could not shower one night as the water was so cold. Reached out to the host, and she quickly sent someone to take a look, and it was figured out after that.
• Nadia (10/5): Great spot in Dubrovnik. Hot tub was amazing g and easy to find - Great to have a hot tub! The host left some drinks and cookies in the fridge which was a nice personal touch and they even had robes. Some coffee would be nice to have for the morning.

• Harriet (9/5): A very comfortable, spotlessly clean, cool and self-contained place to stay in beautiful Dubrovnik. - We loved our stay in Dubrovnik. The accommodation was excellent - everything provided from drinks and biscuits, to shampoo and washing powder. Bed was super comfy and the air conditioning kept us cool, despite the heat outside. The accommodation is a ten minute walk uphill from the old town, and there is a supermarket and little Italian restaurant/ bar next door. The pizzas there are much cheaper than in the touristy old town, and just as delicious. The breakfast (served in a restaurant in one of the main squares in the old town) was exceptionally good. There was an excellent choice of substantial meals, and wonderful fresh orange juice and coffee. We tended to arrive after 10, having done something in the relative 'cool' of early morning such as walking the walls, so didn't need another meal until the evening! Communication with our host was very easy and replies were instant. Nothing to complain about! Be aware that it is a steep walk up to the accommodation in the evening, especially after a large meal or a day spent swimming in the Adriatic, but I'm sure there must be taxis available.
• Leigh (9/5): Love the apartment loved the location fell in love with Dubrovnik - This is an excellent apartment with a 9 min walk to old town and is right next to shop and bar and there’s a bakery just down the road. We loved the hot tub and found the bed to be very comfortable and I loved the rain shower. The aircon worked as expect and the key entry super simple as digital. We also really appreciated the welcome pack and smellies Nothing really all was really good, you could ask for a few more free coffee but that’s just Cheeky. So nothing this apartment is excellent so thank you for having us and we come back for sure maybe one day

• Sueross (8/5): Fabulous once we worked out all the switches, knobs and bits and how it all worked! - Breakfast was lovely in the old town, but a good walk away which makes it tough in bad weather and we missed out on a day when we took a full day trip, but wouldn’t have done if breakfast was on site. Facilities at Rhea Silvia were excellent. Garden lovely, under floor heating was a pleasant surprise! Earlier access to entry code as we needed wifi to read WhatsApp messages or booking.com messages For the price, it would have been nice to have some little extras like a small amount of milk left in the fridge and maybe tea and coffee. Arriving on a Sunday meant all nearby Marts were closed.
• F. (9/5): Superb - In the beginning, we were doubtful about booking outside the Old Town, but we know now that we made the right choice. Inside de walls are extremely hectic all the time and super loud. It felt good to go out and be in a more calm area. The bedroom is big, clean and spacious.

• Kris (10/5): Fantastic apartment with hot tub. Highly recommended - Lovely apartment in a good location. Just ten minutes from Old town. The bathroom and bedroom is immaculately finished and the hot tub is a great addition. We didn't get to use the sun loungers as the weather wasn't nice enough but overall, a fantastic place. Nothing. The hot tub was empty when we arrived (bad weather expected over the next couple of days and end of season). Despite this, one message and a cleaner arrived to fill and show us how to use it.

We really liked the garden, terrace, outside table and a jacuzzi, Just next to the appartment is a supermarket and a bakery. This accommodation offers tasty breakfast in the restaurant in the old city. Being on a main road, it was noisy when sitting in the garden, however the windows didn’t let any noise into the flat. There were no instructions for the jacuzzi
• Izabella (6/5): Great start with disappointing ending. - The property was really clean. Spacious, beautiful bathroom with a washing machine + laundry detergent. We were welcomed with drinks in the fridge. Convenient, private access with a code (you don’t have to worry about carrying a key). The communication with the host was good prior to our arrival. They let us leave the luggage before check in (we didn’t use this opportunity in the end as our bus was delayed, so not sure how it would actually go). Yes, the walk from the old town (so also a return from the breakfast) takes you through a lot of stairs… but this is how Dubrovnik is. It was not an issue for us at all. And the breakfast was really tasty, the portions were quite big. The flat is next to a busy street, so if you are sensitive to noise, take it into consideration. We spent only one night at the apartment so it was fine. We had one “miscommunication” incident with the host which really impacted how I felt at the apartment. Keep in mind we booked the apartment as a little splurge for one night. In the evening (just before 22:00) we realised there is no corkscrew. We looked everywhere but it was just not there. There was no other tool we could even try to use. Apologising for the late hour I messaged the host, hoping they could bring us the corkscrew from the apartment above. The response I got 30 minutes later was literally “Corkscrew for what?!!!”. This is not the type of hospitality I expect from a four star apartment! What type of a message is this? I don’t know if the person has mistaken a corkscrew with a screwdriver but this is no excuse. I immediately felt unwelcome and disappointed. After explaining it was to open wine (so clearly not a screwdriver) I didn’t receive any apologies! There were no instructions for the jacuzzi which seems to be advertised as the main amenity. And after the situation described above I had no desire to ask any more questions. It took us forever to figure it out and finally it was too late to wait for it to warm up. How long would it even take? Maybe the instructions would say…

• Robert (10/5): All you need for two to stay comfortable and cosy in Dubrovnik - This apartment exceeded our expectations. We stayed only one day during our trip but would love to stay more. It has a great location, a few minutes from the old city. While the inside can be a bit tiny if both travellers come with large luggage, it compensates with a garden, terrace, deckchairs, outside table for two and a jacuzzi, which is especially a great addition for many stip streets and stairs you have to walk in Dubrovnik. Just next to the room is a supermarket and a bistro. This accommodation offers breakfast, which is not a common thing renting an apartment. You have to get to the old city for it, but the restaurant serving breakfast is top. In the end, even the price for Dubrovnik is acceptable for what you get. The place doesn't have its own parking. There is a big parking garage just across the street which is very expensive. So, better to plan this in advance :)
• Thomas (10/5): Beautiful interior and great location - Almost everything - the flat has a particularly nice interior, stunning garden, and is only a short walk to the old town Wasn’t comfortable about being asked to send images of my passport. Being on a main road, it was noisy when sitting in the garden (especially with motorbikes), however the windows didn’t let any noise into the flat.

• George (10/5): Beautiful apartment with everything we needed. Only a 10 minute walk to the old town. - The property seems to have been recently refurbished and was very modern. Outside was a hot tub and also a stunning lounger. Had everything we needed and it was very clean. The owner was also very good with communication, for example you have to message each day to confirm if you want breakfast. We forgot one day and messaged last 11pm for breakfast the following day. We had a response within seconds. Nothing. It’s on top of a hill, but unless you’re in the old town, almost every property is on top of a hill.
• Karen (10/5): Certainly one to remember and rate about, great location and accommodation with hot tub. - We was given a key code. Honestly couldn’t fault the property, it has recently been updated, so clean and modern, the bed was as comfy as home. Everything we needed in the apartment. Next door is a convenience shop a minute away a fabulous bakery (so cheap) and a fifteen minute walk to the Old Town. Fantastic location just outside the city wall.
• Cuong (9/5): Superb - The garden is great, very chilling with the hot bath and many flowers. The breakfast was super. The host was very nice and supportive. Have to walk a bit before having the breakfast, e.g. 10 mins. It could be an exercise.
