The accommodation exceeded our expectations in every way from its cleanliness and amenities to the hospitality of the host. Refreshments were left in the fridge for our arrival.

• Jacqui (8/5): Centrally located, quiet and spacious - Clean, cool (good air con), great shower, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, lots of space and a friendly host who was accommodating about check in and check out times. Perfect central location but still quiet. Thoughtful touches like wine in the fridge and razors, make up remover etc in bathroom. Twin beds which were quite hard so not very comfortable.

• Lyndall (10/5): Stay at an apartment in a great location! - The apartment is really well located in a very quiet area of the old town. The apartment was very clean with everything you need for a comfortable stay provided. Basic cooking condiments are provided and some welcome treats were found in the fridge. Info booklets and a map of Dubrovnik was also provided. Host was excellent and communicated promptly. Great stay!

• Allan (10/5): Stay at Apartman Nikola - Located inside Old Town. Spacious clean apartment with everything you would need including a well supplied kitchen, dishwasher and laundry. The owner was super attentive, checking up on you daily to make sure all is well. Location is a bit challenging to find, probably exacerbated by our rather late arrival in the evening when it was already dark and starting to rain.

• Jorge (9/5): Best host ever - We loved the apartment, the location is perfect, it’s inside the old town close to the port and next to the cathedral. The place was perfect for the three of us, comfortable, super clean, with all the facilities needed to make the stay as pleasant as possible but the best thing about this place is the host, she took care of us from even before our arrival and could not have been more helpful, she thought of everything, even of how she could make our stay better with a 6 year old. There’s nothing we did not like

• Gale (10/5): Excellent apartment in the heart of the Old Town. - The apartment was on ground floor, with only a handful of steps to access door, right in the heart of the OldTown. It was 32 degrees outside but inside was very cool… stone floor and a great air conditioner. The hosts were fantastic and their communication was exemplary. A bottle of wine and juice was our welcome gift left in the refrigerator.

• Lorraine (10/5): Great stay for 2! - video to get to unit helpful, but it was 830PM and difficult for us to find the unit. in the dark Better directions should include: go: past the catherdal-treasurey, up the ~12 steps, turn left, take second right, unit is (3?) sets of stairs on right. Better door lighting would be helpful, especially for us seniors. unit was perfect for the two of us and an excellent location: restraurants, markets, tours etc. Great communication from manager! Got us a professional airport pu/drop off driver, Alan the best.

• Chris (9/5): Great place to spend a few days in old town Dubrovnik. Quiet street. Had a great time! - Great location in old town. Very quiet but with easy access to Stradun and the old port. Apartment was on the ground floor and was in excellent condition. Minor but slightly difficult to find the first time. Hosts sent a video showing the way in that I referred to and helped immensely.

• Catherine (10/5): Excellent stay, perfect location and a nice host well connected to answer any need. - The location is excellent, right in the center of the old town. All equipment is thought of to make the stay easy and comfortable. A good video to find the apartment and the host was very attentive. I could leave a little later from the apartment and really appreciated the flexibility. There is little light from outside but it was as explained on the site, so not a surprise.

• John (10/5): Very nice stay. - Excellent location. Exceptional room. The apartment was stocked with just about everything a traveler could need. Host was very responsive and there were no issues on check-in. We would stay here again. Nothing major at all. The bed was a little stiff. And we only had one set of keys, which was not helpful if two guests separate, since the doors (there are 2) have to be locked/unlocked from both the inside and outside. (This means a person could technically be locked in their own room.) To be fair, we did not ask for two sets of keys, so maybe this was an option.
• Jeffrey (10/5): Great location with all the perfect touches. Owner reached out in advance to tell us which gate to have our Uber take us - Excellent location!!! Close to everything - so when you are tired from walking all day, you are only a short way to the room.

• Paige (10/5): Excellent apartment with wonderful hosts! - The hosts were extremely helpful, responsive and kind! The apartment is very central to many “must-see" locations. The washer/dryer is very convenient as well. The apartment is very spacious and has everything a family could need. There is a flight of stairs, but it was only slightly inconvenient upon arrival and departure when we were carrying all the bags and a stroller.
• Regina (10/5): Perfect in every way. - Everything was perfect: location, amenities (laundry!!), and host. The location is perfect for anything you want to do in Dubrovnik, close to any of the gates, plenty of restaurants and sights, and a short walk to the beach. Having a kitchen and washing machine were extremely helpful. We’d been vacationing for over a month & being able to have breakfast and lunch on our own was a big savings, and having a washing machine was a huge bonus. Our host was beyond exceptional!! Any message was met with a reply within minutes, before, during and after our stay. Nikola went above and beyond to help us with our rental car mix up, even stopping by the office & calling them for us. I can’t explain how much that meant to us, and for us, because the car company was not happy before Nikola’s intervention, but after everything was fine and the price was actually less than originally estimated. Without the help I know that I would still be sorting it all out. THANK YOU!! Nothing

• Fiona (10/5): Wonderful stay in Dubrovnik - Brilliant apartment - perfectly located within seconds of major attractions in the old town. The apartment is large, well equipped, has a large functional kitchen, washing/dryer machine, large bedroom, couch, iron, ironing board, coffee making facilities and added extras such as juice, wine, coffee supplied abc a range of toiletries. The host was very accommodating- provided early check in and late check out, helped arrange airport transfer and was extremely helpful. Beds are a little hard but minor detail given how fantastic the apartment is.

There was a refreshing bottle of cold water, orange juice and a bottle of wine 🍷 to welcome us. The kitchen was also stocked with coffee & tea which was a very nice touch. The bathroom was equipped with soap, shampo, and other amenities. The host was extremely accommodating to our requests and offered many recommendationsto restaurantsas well as activities. It was very quiet too with air conditioning. We loved the location to everything old town has to offer.
