• Maile (10/5): Just far enough outside of town to get an amazing view while close enough to enjoy everything. - Amazing view of the fort and old town. Very spacious. Great location. Minor inconvenience. The doors to the patio don’t stay open when it’s windy.

• Emma (10/5): Great apartment outside of the city walls. - This is a great apartment. Ana met us when we arrived and helped with parking which is just across the road. Appreciated the cold bottles of water in the fridge for when we got there. There’s a lot of space in this apartment and a big shower in the bathroom. View of the fortress. Ana kept our luggage safe for us after we checked out until we had to leave for the airport. If you can’t face the stairs back up from the city walls to the apartment then it’s easy to get a taxi from Pile Gate for less than €10. Stairs when entering the gate and then more stairs to get to the apartment. But if you’re coming to Dubrovnik you should be prepared for stairs, stairs and more stairs! And we were helped up the stairs with our suitcase when we arrived which was nice.

• Elena (10/5): Отличные апартаменты с парковкой - Идеально все: свежий ремонт, стильные интерьеры, безупречная чистота, удобная кровать и каждая бытовая мелочь... Чудесная хозяйка: тактичная, приветливая, постоянно на связи... У нас было несколько специфических пожеланий, во всем пошла навстречу. Ивана, от души благодарим! По отзывам на Booking меня беспокоило одно - близость с дорогой. Думала: вдруг окажется оживленное шоссе. В реальности это односторонняя улица с единственной полосой движения. И дом стоит не на первой линии, а чуть в глубине. Перед ним - дворик. Восприятие у всех разное, но для жителя крупного города, это не проблема. Прилагаю фотографию, чтобы было наглядно видно. Огромное преимущество - парковка. Она маленькая: нужно заранее предупредить владельцев, чтобы воспользоваться ей. Но при том, что в городе все пешком и по ступеням, парковочных мест дефицит, это огромное удобство. И соотношение цена/качество с учетом парковки делает этот вариант еще более привлекательным. Еще выкладываю фотографию с парковки, чтобы можно было оценить близость к старому городу - сразу к двум воротам в крепостных стенах. Нет такого. Все было отлично.

He helped with our luggages during check-in an - Location was perfect, around 10 minutes walk down to the Old Town. The apartment was clean and in order and had everything as advertised. Parking was perfect, just across the road. None.

• Emi (9/5): Good location and very clean - The location is amazing. Only short walk to the wall (old town) , cable car and small shops. The flat is spotless and Morden interior design. The balcony with a beautiful sea view is bonus! Ana is a helpful host, she helped us getting a county around Dubrovnik. There was no washing machine but we manage to go to self-service laundry which located close to the flat.
• Emma (10/5): - We loved that there was parking right in front of the property. The room was awesome and has everything we needed. The Hosts were great and super kind, they helped us out when we had questions and responded very quick. The view was unreal and we we stay here again in a heart beat. We are already wanting to come back! Was very sad to leave.
• Hailey (10/5): Beautiful location - It was very clean with a beautiful view. Parking was no problem. The owners were so friendly and nice. It was a perfect location for us, we did not mind the walk to Old Town at all, despite the stairs. There is also a bakery, grocer, and restaurant very close which was convenient and we enjoyed. We would definitely stay here again.

• Kushal (10/5): Perfect stay in Dubrovnik - Everything was perfect - location, facilities, upscale apartment, helpful host, supermarket and bakery nearby Air conditioning was not strong only one AC for whole apartment which doesn’t cool enough and in high temperatures of Dubrovnik you badly need strong AC, although they provided a stand fan for the room but that also was not enough.

People could argue that the apartment is pricey, I thought so too until I got to know Dubrovnik and the apartment. Considering prices in the area, location, and parking, while not cheap, I believe is fair and understandable.

If you are looking for tranquility and a peaceful break on the balcony this is not the place for you. Twice as expensive as the other places we stayed in Croatia

• Cristirai (9/5): Overall, a pleasant stay - Good location. Near the city Center. Nice apartment, it seems pretty new. Large bed. Comfortable bed mattress. Parking spot. The apartment îs hot and gets easily hot again even after the use of the Air conditioning. The pillows are too high and unconmfortable. The sofa in the living isn't very comfortable. There aren't any shelves in the shower to put the shampoo and shower gel.
• Sameed (10/5): Perfect but pricey place to stay in Dubrovnik! - This is a beautiful apartment in a brilliant location, if you can afford it, I would not stay anywhere else in Dubrovnik. The host is lovely and very helpful and flexible when it comes to meeting you and getting you the keys. It is on one of the main roads of Dubrovnik just outside the Old City and parking in this area is an absolute nightmare so the fact that the property comes with free parking is a HUGE bonus. The apartment seems to be recently renovated and is very modern and comfortable with a lovely balcony that has an incredible view of Fort Lovrijenac. It is just steps away from the Old Town, extremely good location. Lots of places to eat nearby and a great bakery and convenience store right next door. The only issue I had was that the rain shower worked but was spraying all over the place so could only use the handshower. However I did not communicate this with the host as I was only staying 2 nights and did not really need the rain shower, I am sure if I let them know it was an easy fix. For an apartment that is not full-service (like daily cleaning and all), this place does not come cheap, you can easily book a full-service hotel nearby for the same price but you would not get so much space, nor would it be so modern and nice.

The apt. was super cool with a nice view and comfortable bed. It had all the necessary amenities and the staff offered free parking next to the building.

Thanks f - The property was very close to the castle and all shops, we also got parking space which was a huge bonus. The pillows were average, the towels were a little rough and dry and there were no tissues in the place.
