• Magne (9/5): Excellent accueil, appartement très agréable et bien fourni, excellent rapport qualité-prix. - Super accueil par Ivana dans un appartement spacieux, très propre et bien équipé. Ivana nous a donné beaucoup d'indications utiles pour notre séjour. L'appartement est très agréable et on profite du balcon sans réel vis-à-vis (très appréciable pour déjeuner). La vieille ville est accessible à pied (compter 20 minutes), soit par les escaliers (plutôt pour y descendre), soit par la route qui longe le cimetière (plutôt pour l'ascension du retour). Excellent rapport qualité-prix, nous recommandons. La résidence est assez ancienne et l'isolation acoustique est perfectible, mais c'est un détail secondaire.

• Kathleen (10/5): Wonderful host and prime spot in the city - Incredible host who adjusted our check in time, provided clear instructions for parking and getting into the building. Our bags were lost so she was wonderful and provide the basic toiletries and recommendations to the closest stores. Delightful stay and appreciate the tea and coffee

• Iulia (10/5): Lovely stay in a quiet neighborhood close to old town - The apartment is extremely clean, very spacious, comfortable and the location is good - quiet neighborhood and 20mins walk to Old town. Has all the amenities needed for a stay. It also has a parking spot which is a huge plus for Dubrovnik. The host is very lovely and welcoming. She waited for us with traditional drinks to try. We would definitely return here :) The only downside side was the charge of 40euros for our 2 dogs for one night, but it was stated beforehand so that is okay.

Hund war erlaubt, Gute Matratzen, Alles, wirklich alles was wir benötigten an Verbrauchsmaterial oder Küchenutensilien war vorhanden. Anreise und Parkmöglichkeit wurden von der Vermieterin durch Fotos erleichtert Innenstadt fußläufig in weniger als 30 Minuten Der Zugang zum Apartment ist etwas mühsam (Treppen) Keine deutschen Fernsehsender

• Aleksandra (10/5): - Przemiła gospodyni Ivana powitała nas osobiście, poczęstowała lokalnymi trunkami i świetnie wytłumaczyła, jak dotrzeć do najważniejszych miejsc, które chcieliśmy zobaczyć, z których linii autobusowych korzystać, gdzie warto zjeść, a w ostatni dzień mogliśmy zostawić bagaż nieco dłużej, dzięki czemu udało się jeszcze zwiedzić parę miejsc przed wyjazdem. W apartamencie jest wszystko, czego potrzeba na kilka dni lub dłużej: w pełni wyposażona kuchnia, niezbędne kosmetyki w łazience, dużo ręczników, pralka, suszarka do ubrań, żelazko i deska do prasowania. W sypialni wygodne łóżko, duża szafa na ubrania i z dodatkową pościelą w razie potrzeby. Internet dostępny, bez zakłóceń. Bardzo czysto. Apartament mieści się w odległości ok. 15 minut spacerem do starego miasta i tą trasę pokonywaliśmy nawet kilka razy dziennie, ale spacer warto zrobić sobie również w drugą stronę, do Lapad. Nic
• Péter (10/5): - The apartment is a light walking distance from the old town. There is no such a thing which you would miss... I think Ivana made sure that no matter what you need you"ll find it. It is a cozy and nice place to stay.

• Caroline (10/5): Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ! - La gentillesse de nos hôtes : bel accueil, bonnes explications, nous nous sommes retrouvés coincés de notre faute sur leur balcon, ils sont venus nous aider très rapidement alors que c’était le soir. L’appartement avait tout ce qu’il fallait comme équipements et il est à 30 min à pieds de la vieille ville (un bus à proximité pour les paresseux). Nous recommandons vivement ! • Ang (7/5): Decent nothing fancy simple stay - It was central and easy to walk to the old town as well as drive to other towns and Lidl. It seemed expensive for the dated rather cramped apartment it was when comparing it to stays in Italy or Spain but for Dubrovnik it apparently is a decent price as other places were insanely expensive. The private parking spot is what made me book it as no other places offered one. Very thankful for that. Very friendly helpful owner. Dated interior. The lighting made it feel like a hospital. Would make a big difference to change out the bulbs to something warmer and cozier. Kitchen utensils and plates were sparse and dated. Old very used teflon frying pan could be thrown out and a new one bought for the apartment, along with other kitchen bits and bobs like cutting boards and a decent knife. Stayed in an apartment in Split for cheaper that had beautiful sets of kitchenware so was a bit dissapointed here, but it served the basic purpose. The kitchen stove light wouldn't stay on. Air con was only in the living room, the bedroom has a ceiling fan but it was fine for sleeping at night.

• Wilcox (10/5): - Ivana was the perfect host and she went above and beyond for our family. The apartment was in perfect condition and had everything we needed and more. The location is so close to a bus like that will get you close to all the main attractions it made getting to where we wanted to go a breeze. I could not recommend the apartment more. There was nothing not to like.
• Hendrika (9/5): Heerlijke nacht gehad - We waren 1 nacht in Dubrovnik met de auto. Heel fijn dat we hier op loopafstand van de oude stad (20 min) een eigen parkeerplek hadden. Enorm vriendelijke host. Lekkere welkomstdrankjes. Appartement was klein maar zeer netjes en schoon. Op 5 minuten lopen een supermarkt en een pizzeria en bar. Zeer goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding in het dure Dubrovnik. -

• Hafiza (10/5): Sunny Dubrovnik - The apartment was located in a lovely area, 15 mins walk to the old town however there was a bus service available to take you to and from the old town pile gate, there’s a bakery about 5 mins walk away, where you can buy börek for breakfast, little supermarket nearby too. The apartment had everything, felt like a home away from home, all toiletries and more available. Our host Ivana was soo helpful and made us feel very welcome, always available to answer any questions and provide general support Everything was perfect

I felt I was at home. And since I was with a little baby, it was really great to not have to worry about cleanliness. - It had supplies that you find in 4 stars hotel, one use slippers, shower cap, tooth brush, bathrobe. I was so surprised! - It was one of those kind of choices that you fill smart and lucky to have found it. - Nice balcony to enjoy a coffe - Parking space, easy to find and park. - Great location If booking would have a higher evaluation than Excellent, I would have grade it!

But that instantly changed once Ivana greeted us and showed us into apartment Karmen. It was spotless, comfortable, and equipped with everything we could have needed. Ivana went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed Dubrovnik. Upon arrival she gave us a map and showed us the walking route to the Old City, and shared restaurant recommendations. When my husband lost his sunglasses, she loaned him a pair until we could get to a store! No complaints!

The hosts thought through everything to the smallest detail and filled the apartments with pleasant little things. An absolute plus is the free guaranteed parking space assigned to the apartment. The location is excellent, the old town is really within walking distance. We traveled with a cat, and she also liked everything :) Thank you, Ivana! The only thing that bothered us a little was the noise from the neighbors' children upstairs. But we tried to treat it with humor.

Reserved (and free) parking spot in front of the apartment is a huge bonus in Dubrovnik. Location is just few minutes from the old town. We will definitley come back.

• Louise (10/5): Amazing stay within walking distance to old town with parking - Ivana contacted me one day prior my arrival regarding check in time and parking which I appreciated it. Check in was smooth and we had a parking spot reserved. The property was the clean and tidy, and located within walking distance of old town. Ivana gave us a tour of the apartment and showed us where things were which was amazing. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need. The bedroom is also very light proof which is great during summer. The bed is extremely comfortable. Nothing, everything was great.

But the best feature by far was Ivana. she spent a lot of time to explain where to go & what to do. she even delivered some figs from the garden! The family upstairs were quite noisy especially early in the morning.
