• Nidia (7/5): 5 jours a Dubrovenik en famille - Apparemment est a 30 secondes de l'arrêt de bus qui nous mène au centre ville et a l'aéroport, a une minute a pieds d'une boulangerie et d'une épicerie. Le port se situe a 7 minutes a pieds. Appartement fidèle aux photos. Idéal pour couple avec 1 ou 2 enfants. Mateo est vraiment top, il nous a tout expliqué a notre arrivée. Disponible et réactif pendant notre séjour également. Il peux organiser et reserver des excursions, transfert, etc. Nous sommes aller fin mai il fait déjà super chaud dans la chambre. La climatisation est uniquement dans le séjour. Dormir avec les fenêtres ouvertes est difficile car bcp de bruit de la circulation mais une fois fermées insonorisation total! Dans la salle de bain il serait judicieux de mettre des crochets pour suspendre les lignes.

• Maria (9/5): - The facilities were great, very spacious room, fully equipped kitchen, parking spot in the building, and the host was very responsive. Location far from the centre (we had rent a car, but we had to take an uber every time since the normal cars cannot pass through the historical centre).

I have never been to an apartment and have all those things this apartment had. Also Mateo was really helpful with all the detailed information we may needed during the trip! Everything was great
• Fanny (9/5): Apartamento limpio y bien ubicado en Dubrovnik - La ubicación, apartamento bien equipado de menaje para poder hacer la estancia más agradable (platos, sartenes, hervidor de agua, lavavajillas…) El anfitrión, Mario, muy atento y encantador, siempre disponible para ofrecer todo tipo de ayuda. A veces el baño olía un poco mal.

• NATALIA (9/5): Muy confortable - El apartamento está muy bien, no le falta de nada,la cama es cómoda incluso el sofá. Tienes todo lo que puedas necesitar. Tienes parada de autobús en la misma puerta que te lleva al centro en menos de 10 min. El puerto desde donde salen las excursiones justo en frente. Es ideal si vas a visitar unos días la ciudad y con la ventaja de parking si llegas en auto. Cerca tienes restaurantes, panaderías, supermercado. No tengo ninguna queja.

• Jaeun (8/5): The best location with easy access to everywhere - 1. The location was the best! Near the grocery shops, bus stations (easy to get to the Old Town) and a port. 2. Apartment was pretty, the bed and sofa-bed were big and comfortable. 3. The house had all the kitchen utensils, towels, shampoos and shower gels, hair dryer, clothes iron etc. 4. It was sweet they made the sofa-bed ready for us to rest. 5. Informative and friendly host who gives you privacy. He also provided a bottle of wine for us. 1. For us, unfortunately the host was 30min late from check-in time, and we booked a tour on the same day so it was a bit stressful situation with luggage and all. Of course we understand that Mateo is very busy business man with many other apartments but the check-in time was not on time as promised. Of course we are also at fault for booking the schedule so tightly. 2. There is no microwave. 3. The apartment gets really easily humid and stuffy when windows are closed. We wanted to keep window open but bugs and mosquitos kept coming inside. We would recommend to put mosquito net on the windows.
• Giorgio (8/5): Great position for visiting Dubrovnik - Great position, there is a bus stop just outside the building and a supermarket at 5 mins walk. There is also a garage with a reserved parking spot
• Whiteford (10/5): Mateo was super helpful with check in awent above amd beyond arranging excursion - Ideal location near shops, restaurants and bus stops and everything you need and more available inside the apartment More towels would have been helpful but only if I had to add something to this box
• Andriulienė (9/5): Superb - You have to dispose of the garbage yourself. The cleaner who cleans the room when you leave does not take out the trash. Very interesting practice.

• Lauren (10/5): Lovely stay in Dubrovnik! - We loved our stay here in Dubrovnik! The property is about a 20 minute walk from Old Town but is also near to Lapad which was a nice way to spend the afternoon once we had landed. The property was beautifully decorated and very clean. We'd definitely recommend staying here!

• Devchand (8/5): we liked our stay in the property - location is very good, easy reach to supermarkets and restaurants and the transport like buses and taxis are available near to the property. we were quiet satisfied with our stay in the property. AC was available all the time in the property. Mateo the host is very helpful and can arrange your visits to various places. we will recommend this place and property for comfortable stay. The shower room requires some attention as the water does not clear easily and accumulate in the shower room.

• Miriam (9/5): Practical good and very clean - Clean, quiet, busstop in front of the apartment (5 min to pile gate, or walk in 25 min), bakery around the corner, supermarket within 4 min walk and good parkingplace. Kitchen is well equiped. Dishwasher is there as well. This apartment had everything you need for a citytrip. It even has a washingmachine and place to dry at the balcony. In the beginning it was a bit difficult to get in touch with Mateo but his colleagues helped out perfectly, but later he reacted very fast. This is a really good, comfortable and worth the value place to stay. If we would visit Dubrovnik again I will definitely stay here again. X

• Andrew (10/5): Beautiful apartment and wonderful stay! - Beautiful apartment with everything you might need. Comfortable beds, nice decor, secure and easy parking. We left our car parked and used Uber to get around- at most we paid 6 euros to get to any attraction or beach. There is a restaurant out front that we enjoyed. Everything was clean and convenient. Definitely recommend!
