• Angela (10/5): Dubrovnik Summer Apartments - The apartment was very clean it was like being home from home. Everything you needed. Washing machine was a bonus too. Showers was fantastic. Amd hidden extra touches like condiments and slippers. The host was at the end of the phone if we needed her or anything she could help with. Shop, butchers and restaurant all within 1 minute from the apartment. Bus routes to old town and restaurant strip and beach were 5 min walk. Nothing we didnt like.

• Grujic (10/5): - Vertinnen Andrea var veldig behjelpelig med alt vi trengte. Hun er en hyggelig ung dame som kan turist bransjen. Frokosten var varierende og veldig god. Ansatte på restauranten Maskeron er veldig hyggelige, service innstilte unge mennesker. Etter at vi hadde spist vår første middag på samme sted, ønsket vi ikke å utforsker andre spise steder. Maskeron kan anbefales på det sterkeste. De serverer fantastisk god mat. Det var ingenting som vi ikke likte.
• Ronaldo (10/5): Excelente! - O apartamento é muito confortável, limpo, decorado com bom gosto e possui todas as facilidades. Não é próximo à Old City, entretanto o ônibus passa muito próximo. Tem restaurantes, bares , cafés e supermercado próximos. A anfitriã é atenciosa, educada e nos deu todas as indicações. Como estávamos com carro , ter estacionamento foi essencial. Para Old City optamos por ir caminhando para vivenciar um pouco a cidade.

• Christine (9/5): Beautiful apartment to explore Dubrovnik! - Great location in Lapad near the beach and marina. Quick bus ride into Old Town. Spacious apartment with balcony. Kitchen had all of the essentials plus some nice extra touches. Great kitchen if you’re trying to save a little money by cooking some of your own meals. Andrea was a great hostess — friendly, communicative, and helpful. My only note is that the bed is a little too firm for my liking. If you like a firm bed, you’ll love this place.

• Sigutė (10/5): Exceptional - Wonderful place! The apartment has everything you might need, even down to small details like oil, salt, tea, coffee, etc. The host is very helpful and informative. I 100% recommend this place! We liked everything, and it was perfect for us. The only thing is that the price for one night felt a bit high, but considering we booked last minute, during the season, and in such a popular location – it’s completely understandable :)

• Chandan (9/5): Cosy Apartment with the best location in Lapad - It has the best location closer to bus #6, super market, restaurant, and the sunset beach. The studio apartment is neat, clean and sufficiently equipped overall. It has a nice small balcony. The air conditioner works great! The manager Ms Andrea was very helpful and was able to answer all of our questions. Appreciate her support greatly. The kitchen oven knob doesn't have markings of heating levels prompting us to set in incorrect levels. The wifi speed is too low less than 10mbps which is very very slow. Also the signal strength is poor. Lack of a microwave makes anything to reheat quickly very painful.

• Marta (8/5): Great little apartment - Comfortable bed, powerful shower, Andrea was friendly and helpful,clean apartment,beautiful view. I could hear people speaking quite loudly next door at 3.00 a.m. two days in the row. Quite loud fridge, but maybe I am just too sensitive to noise.
• Christina (10/5): It was a nice stay in a nice location. - Host gave us a lot of information. Day trips were available leaving from a point very close to the apartment. Restaurant downstairs. Shop across the road. Balcony. Small but compact apartment. Good price. Double bed was only accessible from one side and didn't have a second lamp for reading.

• Susan (8/5): Fabulous, pretty location, everything you need only a short walk away. - Location - away from old town, catch the number 6 bus at the roundabout (posta lapad) and you are in town in minutes. There is a little supermarket across the street and a lovely restaurant underneath, or you can walk the promenade and there is a great choice of eateries. Walk the whole promenade (700 metres) and you are at sunset beach. If you arrive by bus or ferry it is a flat walk around the lovely waterfront and then there is a laneway which you can go right up to the property. Photos sent will help you recognise the building, the doorway and your unit. Host Andrea was fabulous and nothing was too much trouble, extra pillows, duvet, printing of tickets and some washing powder. Well equipped kitchen, lovely hot shower with good pressure, nice towels and an easy to use washing machine. For me the bed was really firm, too firm for me. If you are sensitive to hard beds then this unit may not be for you. You can get extra duvets to put under the sheet to help soften the bed.

• Peep (10/5): Perfect place to stay in Dubrovnik and the best host ever met! - I can point out only pros: * Very good location: close (within short walking distance) to beach, supermarket, bus stop to old city, picking up point for tour operators * Clean and spacious apartment with everything needed to stay there, incl. well equiped kitchen and even washing machine * Free parking is in front of the house * The host is very kind, caring, supporting and helpful, easy to communicate with her, she gave us very good recommendations about staying and acting in Dubrovnik To sum up: great location, great value for money, and the most important - supergreat host! So many thanks to Andrea for very warm and friendly welcome as well for caring, supporting and helpful attention while living there! Certainly recommend to come here and enjoy hospitality and comfort.

• Edgars (10/5): Would love to go back there again. - Very convenient location in a quiet part of the city, everything was easily accessible by convenient public transport or on foot. The apartment is fully equipped for comfortable living. We spent a week there. The pick-up point for tour operators was close to the apartments. Andrea, the very nice and responsive apartment manager, gave us all the information we needed about the city, sightseeing, restaurants, shopping opportunities, and organized a transfer from and to the airport. Maybe sometimes the neighbors seemed noisy, but that's not unusual.

She received us, helped us with all the necessary local information and even arranged us a return transfer to the airport. We had a rented car for some duration of our stay and we were able to use the parking space at the place. There is a very nice restaurant right below the property which is popular with the locals and is a good place to eat.

Clean and spacious apartment with everything needed. Even had a washing machine (with powder and softener). Andrea, our host, was fabulous. Great communication and very helpful with her knowledge of the area. Advised us on how to get around and what places were worth a visit. We met Andrea in person in the last day when she allowed us to use an adjoining building to safely store our luggage. Would definitely recommend. We didn’t want to leave. A very comfortable stay. No negative comments to make.

The friendly and helpful owner came to welcome me, give me the key, and introduce me the apartment as well as how to reach the transportation and surrounding places - easy to communicate with the owner. Walkable to the lovely Lapad promenade to enjoy very beautiful sea. If you love cats, Dubrovnik, especially Lapad and Old Town are great for you to not only visit the places but to pet the stray cats. 5 mins walking to bus station departing to Old Town. Reasonable price staying in Lapad and take a short drive by bus to Old Town. Many nice restaurants and markets near the apartment by walking. Easy to order Uber to the airport (which is a better choice in term of time and comfort for such a long distance).

The apartments location was ideal..a great restaurant underneath, supermarket across the road, and bus stop into Dubrovnik a couple of mins away. Lapad is a beautiful area...The promenade which has numerous dinning options leads to Sunset beach, and walking track right around the coast.... Much quieter than Dubrovnik but only a short bus ride away...Would highly recommend Summer Apartments, and we hope to return soon... Nothing to note...

• Anais (8/5): Great place to stay in Dubrovnik! - Nice place and Great location, the apartment itself is clean, great space for 2 or 3, with a small balcony. less than 10 minutes walk to the main beach, restaurants, bars. There is a very small store across the road and the main supermarket is closed to the bus stop, within 5 minutes walk among of a bakery, beauty store (DM), and more. It's very easy to go to the Old Town center by bus and you can walk approximately 40/45 minutes on the main road. Andrea, the host, is very nice, and very responsive on WhatsApp. She met us when we arrived but the keys are in a lock box by the door so super easy to do the check-in and check-out. She's very helpful and happy to share tips about Dubrovnik. There is a nice restaurant downstairs, the Maskeron, super friendly staff and good food. A microwave or a grill-oven would have been nice because there are only 2 hobs, but there is everything you need if you don't want to go out every evening. Checkout is quite early

• Miroslav (9/5): Nice well-equipped apartment close to beaches and restaurants - It's a really nice place to stay, in an excellent location - you're close to plenty of beaches and walkways, whilst old town is easily accessible via a bus stop, or if you prefer it, 45 minutes of walking with some epic sea views along the way. A few supermarkets are nearby too, as well as good restaurants so that's pretty much taken care of. The apartment itself is decent, got everything we needed and was great for a family stay. Owner is friendly and helpful. Plenty of cats around too, always a bonus. The walls are a bit thin so you can hear a tad too much from other apartments, but that's something that plagues pretty much every hotel / apartment we've ever stayed in everywhere.

The sea is a 5 minute walk in both directions. The bus stop is 2 minutes walk away . Andrea is a fantastic host . She was extremely helpful and happy to share local information tips . Nothing was to much trouble for her. The food in the restaurant on the ground floor was lovely and good value . There is a little shop opposite the apartment that you can buy food drink ...fresh bread etc . 5 nights was not long enough .. old town is great and full of history and culture . I cannot wait to return and hopefully September I will be back . There was nothing I could personally find fault with . For my needs and expectations I was more than happy Great value for money great location great host Disregard any negative reviews you may read .. trust me this place is worth a visit and this apartment as a solo traveller was perfect

• Alona (10/5): Excellent stay and best host ever - The best host I have ever met! Andrea is extremely friendly and caring. My flight delayed badly, however she expected me in the apartment until late and even managed some cookies and water, knowing that nearby stores are closed already. Also shared a lot of really useful advices about the places to visit and how to get there. Apartment itself was adorable - enough space, very comfy bed and really nice balcony with spectacular view. The kitchen is fully equipped. Everything was so clean and nice. Good Wi-fi and reliable air contitioning. It's important that apartment is located in Lapad, a bit away from Old Town's hustle and bustle. Area is quiet, a lot of supermarkets and restaraunts are near. I'd really recommend to enjoy some "cevapici" at restaurant which is in the same building at groud floor - portions are big, and prices very reasonable. There is beach and really nice promenade close to the spot. Also keep in mind that many tours provide pick-up at Lapad Post station - which is just 2 mins walking from the apartment. This was very convenient. By the way, bus stop to Old town is there, too, and ride is short and fast. In total, this stay was really great experience. I can only recommend to come here and enjoy hospitality and comfort. Thanks so much! Hope to return one day for another portion of relax and good emotions.

There are grocery stores and restaurant options within a few minutes walk. There is a convenient bus stop nearby, the #6 bus goes direct to Pile Gate, and the #7 goes to the main bus station. The nightly rate was decent for what we got, considering this is Dubrovnik. I would definitely stay here again for a relaxing visit.
