• André (10/5): A comfortable and relaxing stay with stunning views - We had a wonderful stay at this accommodation. The apartment was very comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, making it easy to relax and feel at home. The host was extremely helpful and always available whenever we needed assistance or recommendations. One of the highlights was definitely the amazing views and the beautiful balcony, which was perfect for having meals while enjoying the scenery. Although the accommodation is a little far from the city centre, the bus connection is very good and makes it easy to get around. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

• Margaux (10/5): - L'emplacement est idéal, à proximité d'un arrêt de bus vers la vieille ville (lignes 1A/1B) mais également du port et d'un supermarché. De plus, la navette aéroport part de la gare routière à côté également. Le logement est récent et très propre. Mise a disposition de thé et de cafés. Très grand lit double. Salle de bain avec douche spacieuse. Terrasse avec vue sur la mer. Nous recommanderons ce logement à nos proches.

• Yee Mei (9/5): - 屋主熱情接待，樂意協助解決問題。公寓在主要巴士總站和郵輪碼頭旁邊，我乘搭巴士到Dubronvik, 之後再到Dubronvik機場離開，都有巴士來往，十分方便。公寓位於較高的景觀，設有露台，步行約80級樓梯，但樓級容易行走，也不是斜坡，帶備大型行李要注意。面對海景和郵輪，十分寫意。

Malheureusement, l’accès n’était pas facile. Je suis allé avec mon épouse, qui est enceinte, et il a fallu monter l’équivalent de sept étages pour atteindre le logement. Je trouve que la vue depuis le balcon est vraiment magnifique. Dommage que, la plupart du temps, les bateaux de croisière nous empêchaient d’en profiter pleinement.

• Ekaterina (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean, location is great, close to the shop and with an amazing view. The hosts were very pleasant and welcoming, we really enjoyed our stay! There was a neighbor next door who turned on his TV 24/7 and you could hear it very well inside the accommodation at night. We even asked him to reduce the noise two nights in a row, he did it immediately, so overall it was a slight inconvenience.

• Eileen (10/5): A Hidden Gem in an Underrated Location - I absolutely loved this property! The location is truly underrated — it's perfectly situated near the ferry port and bus station, with easy access to city buses. The neighborhood is charming, with plenty of great local cafes and eateries just a short walk away. The view from the balcony is simply amazing. Don’t be put off by the cruise ships — in fact, they add to the charm. It was actually a lot of fun to sit out on the balcony and people-watch. The apartment itself was exceptionally clean, very comfortable, and had everything you could possibly need for a great stay. The steps up to the apartment were no issue at all — quite normal for Dubrovnik — just something to be aware of if you’re not used to it. Directions to the apartment were very clear, and communication with the host was excellent throughout. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

The property owner was lovely and very helpful The apartment can only be accessed up 89 steps and is not ok for older or disabled people/ people with breathing conditions.. On the apartment info worth stating it is accessed up stairs next to the Mynt shop on the main road. Sat nav took us up 2 other huge stairs up the hill that were wrong on arrival. Only minor quibble but a mirror, microwave and toaster would complete a well furnished kitchen area.

Very close to the bus station - easy to get to/from the airport and Old Town, but far enough from the city centre to be quiet and peaceful. The host is very nice and helpful and speaks perfect English. We had a fantastic time! Just be ready to climb some stairs to get there :)

They checked in with us regularly without being in any way over bearing. They joined us in celebrating our engagement and were very relaxed and happy people. The apartment itself is very clean and tidy. It has everything you could need and its location is on the quieter end of town so it is very relaxing in the morning and evenings. It was still very cheap to get taxi to old town and there are a lot of bars and restaurants within walking distance.

Her hospitality and attention to detail made our vacation truly special. The apartments themselves are excellent: clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything you need. We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious terrace with a magnificent view of the sea, where we spent many evenings enjoying the sunsets. The location of the apartments was also very convenient – close to beaches and the old town of Dubrovnik, which we often visited for walks. Ana turned out to be not just a host but a true friend. She gave us many useful tips. Her kindness and care made our stay truly enjoyable and carefree. We definitely recommend F&P Apartments to everyone planning a trip to Dubrovnik. Here you will find not only comfortable accommodation but also genuine Croatian hospitality. Thank you so much, Ana, for making our vacation unforgettable!
• Emma (9/5): Amazing stay - The apartment was amazing! Super comfy bed with everything we could need for a relaxing week in Dubrovnik. The balcony had amazing views and we saw some tortoises most days too! There were so many (84 I think) stairs to the apartment

• Pousma (10/5): Exceptional - We arrived in the dark and the entrance to the steps was a bit hard to find, but someone was there and guided us halfway up the stairs. Then the son of the owner came down to help me with my bag. There are around 100 steps to get to the apartment. The apartment is quite big, nicely colour coded with a purple touch. The kitchen had all we needed. Owners are very helpful. There is a balcony with a lovely view, especially at night when you see all the lights of Dubrovnik. There is a small garden with 2 hammocks. It is walking distance to the bus station. Behind the bus station there is a large supermarket. The old city is a 50 minute walk from the apartment. There is a beach also at a 50 minute walk. You can catch the bus to both, but we walked. Large cruise ships come and go, they take away part of the view. On our second day 2 large ships arrived early in the morning and both had engines going all day. It was noisy and it smelled. By 5 o clock one ship left and the other finally turned off the engines.

Beds were super comfy, better than in any hotel we slept before! Everything was super clean. Air conditioning worked perfectly so we slept really well even though it was super hot outside. We cant wait to get here again!

Cruise ships blocked the whole view and were noisy most of the stay, the steps upto apartment were very steep and would not suit people with walking difficulties. And noise from above on last night of stay meant no sleep before early departure next morning.

I found turtles in the yard and cats at neighborhood, so lovely. The bus station is few meters away, which is easy for me to travel to split and Montenegro. nothing

• Kris (10/5): A relaxing spot to explore Dubrovnik - The apartment is spacious, comfortable and set up really well with all the facilities I needed for my short stay. There are lovely views and sunset over the Adriatic was spectacular! The bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept on during my travels, and I hope to go back later in the year. I also had the fun of people watching when the cruise liners came into port every day! A supermarket and a small shop are a short walk away, there are a few restaurants and bars close by, and the food service Glovo delivered takeaway to me no problem (set location on the app for the roadside at the bottom of the steps). The main bus station is directly opposite, the local Libertas bus service gets you into town in 10-15 mins and runs every 10 mins during the day. Tickets are 12 kuna each way from the little Tisak news stall at the entrance to the bus station (accepts cards), or 15 kuna on board (cash, correct change only). I walked the 2.5km in around 35 mins back on a very hot day having got the bus to town earlier! The apartment was ideal for me, but some guests may not manage the steps up the hillside to the property, so please do think about any accessibility needs before booking.
