• LeclercqA (7/5): La vieille ville de Dubrovnik et ses remparts valent certainement une visite de 2-3 jours. - L'emplacement au coeur de la vieille ville. Le frigo. La proximité de commerces corrects (boissons, en-cas pour le PDJ,...) . La facilité du check-in/out (même si je trouve impersonnel de ne s'adresser à notre hôte qu'à travers des SMS). ok si juste pour dormir... Facilité du transfert Platania depuis l'aéroport (pas explicite qu'il y aurait des bus synchronisés systématiquement après chaque atterrissage ou avant chaque décollage). Les vues sur Dubrovnik depuis quelques points spots extérieurs à la ville (attention, le téléphérique vers le Mont SRD (?) n'opère pas encore en Mars malgré la quantité de touristes présents ! Le palais du recteur et sa façade originale à arcades. L'artère principale PLACA au coeur de la ville. Un petit air de Rhodes, Malte, Carcassonne avec un bon contrôle de commerces assez discrets. Mais Dubrovnik est surtout MA-GNI-FIQUE et je recommande ! Les parties communes délabrées, le passage d'un cafard sous nos yeux dans le living, les draps de lit trop courts. L'odeur dans la salle de douche (à défaut d'atteindre la poignée de fenêtre, il nous a été impossible de la rouvrir une fois refermée pour le froid extérieur). Les 5 étages à grimper. L'absence de vue. Les prix exagérés à Dubrovnik (ok pour les remparts qui méritent leur visite complète, mais pas pour les monastères où seuls des cloîtres méritent un assez rapide coup d'oeil) surtout dans les restaurants (attention quand ils n'affichent pas les prix, notamment pour les boissons, à commencer par l'eau plate, même pour 15cl !). Ah, les horaires de visite sont peu clairs: internet est souvent à côté de la plaque, mais les officiers du tourisme aussi (plusieurs échecs au Monastère des Dominicains dans notre cas).

• Caroline (8/5): Perfecte plek van waaruit je Dubrovnic old city kunt bekijken en beleven. - Locatie is top. Host is goed te bereiken en reageert snel op eventuele vragen. Bij aankomst zeer duidelijke instructie hoe het appartement te vinden en toegang te krijgen. We waren met vier personen waardoor er één op de slaapbank lag. Deze is als bed wat minder comfortabel.

• Jo (6/5): Great location.Probably better suited for a couple than 4 people - Clean and tidy. Good facilities. Washing machine was great have. Slept 4 of us. Excellent location in the heart of Old Town. Great communication for access. We booked for 4 people (two couples). 1 double bed which was very comfortable. 2nd bedroom only had a single bed and there was a sofa bed in the lounge. Sofa bed was VERY hard and may as well slept on the floor. Hot water ran out quickly. Probably more suited for a couple. Also on the top floor so a lot of steps to drag suitcases up.

• Angela (5/5): - Location and it was clean This is not a room for four people. The couch which is supposed to be a bed is very hard. There is only 3 chairs. There was also no sponge to wash the dishes. It is very expensive as well.

• Sandra (9/5): Excellent location, clean today perfect base in old town. - Location of this flat is amazing.. perfect very central old town. Its also a very comfortable apartment with excellent price/value for the area. You need to be able to climb stairs though.. plenty up and down.. kitchen with everything you need, it is above a bar.. so we thought it was going to be noisy.. but the windows are excellent noise blockers! excellent stay!!

• Josephine (4/5): Disappointed on the alternative accommodations the rental agency offered us. - We never got to stay here. The day before we were to check in, we only found out when my hubby contacted the property to remind them we were coming, that there was some water issues and we could not stay. We did not like that we had to stay in Lapad instead of the old town, for a discounted price. We should have got our refund, but did not want to pay an extra 400-500 euros, for booking the day before, to stay in the old town. The buses were always full or continued on, whenever we wanted to take them, so spent more money taking ubers to get back and forth. Really put a damper our stay in Dubrovnik.

• Syikin (7/5): Strategic location, perfect for a few days stay in the heart of Dubrovnik Old Town. - The location was unquestionable, just off the Stradun (main street). Easy to get to anywhere! Shower stall with good water pressure, washer (detergent not provided) and air conditioner were great too. The 6.5 flight of stairs. The unit is located on the top most floor so be prepared to carry your bags up. Also it is not on a quiet street especially at night (chatters and buzzes could be heard from restaurants below).
• Renato (8/5): Good 2bedrooms and great location - 2 Bedrooms The bed in the single bedroom is broke, and also the place need to have atleast fans inside teh bedrooms because it’s so hot and only have the ac in the living room.
