• Francis (10/5): - Fully equipped appartement with everything you need, very comfortable and clean. The host is very helpful and friendly. 5 mins away from Lapad beach and the promenade which are great. You can get to the center in 15 mins by bus. 10/10. Nothing
• Linda (10/5): Excellent & little paradise. - This accommodation is excellent, would give 12 if we could! Opening the door to property you discover a quiet, delightful courtyard. It’s all immaculate, inside & out. There’s nothing missing that you need, the owner, Rachel has thought of everything. There’s even a parasol and beach towels. We were provided with milk, juice & water on our arrival 😊 There’s even bags to take shopping, anti- mosquito spray & a first aid kit. During communication before arrival we asked if there were parking spaces. As it’s difficult to park the owner saved us a spot with her own car. We had a little hold up with traffic & she waited over half an hour in evening with her 3 year old. This was so kind. The little terrasse is lovely too. All that you need & more & the host is very pleasant, helpful but also discreet. Congratulations Rachel on this delightful holiday haven. Just advice not a dislike, to point out as everywhere in Dubrovnik there are lots of steps, so not suitable for people with mobility issues as 50 plus steps up to properly.

• Marijana (10/5): Ispunjena sva očekivanja, sunce, more, plaža i blizina svih bitnih sadržaja. - Urednost svih prostorija i opremljenost apartmana. Vlasnica Rachel izuzetno pristupačna, draga i uvijek dostupna za sva pitanja. Sve je bilo odlično. Čista petica.
• Khor (10/5): Cannot be better - Rachel is very hospitable. Despite my flight being delayed by more than 12 hrs, she insisted to wait until late midnight (1am) to pass me the keys and brief me about the apartment. The apartment is the most cost effective considering my conference location being at Valamar Lacroma Hotel, which greatly balances my budget and distance walked per day. The apartment is well equipped with various facilities. Rachel even prepared various beverages for the stay. Other amenities are also well prepared. The apartment is also spacious and clean. Absolutely wonderful. Hotel is also near to Restaurant Eden, which has great food and atmosphere. Nothing

The kitchen has everything a kitchen needs, the terrace is great, and we even got to borrow mattresses for the beach. Clean and spacious, would stay here again! Everything was great.

• Sabina (10/5): Pohodlné a útulné ubytování 5 minut od pláže s úžasnou paní hostitelkou. - Byly jsme spokojené naprosto se vším v tomto ubytování - vybavení domečku, terasa. Paní hostitelka je naprosto úžasná, je připravená na každou situaci a vše i třeba nepříjemné se snaží hostům uzpůsobit k lepšímu. Velice jsme ocenily možnost půjčení látkových lehátek na pláž, slunečníku, v den odjezdu vydatně pršelo - půjčila nám pláštěnky, nechala nás přečkat nejhustší déšť ještě v apartmánu, uschovala nám kufry. Komunikace s hostitelkou byla též rychlá a na vše ihned reagovala. Milým překvapením byla též zásoba kávových kapslí, mléko a voda v lednici. Je zde možnost si zapůjčit i ručníky na pláž. Apartmán je velice prostorný a plně vybavený - vysavač, žehlička, fén, sušák apod. Terasa je velice příjemná. Od pláže 5 minut chůzí. Apartmán byl čistý. Nemáme co bychom vytkly, rozhodně toto ubytování doporučuji. Nemáme, co vytknout.
• Ha Trang (10/5): Absolutely amazing place - The place is big, clean, well equipped with everything (kitchen, bathroom, washing machine, AC, etc.), and the host was amazing. It's easy access to the centre of Dubrovnik by buses, 5 mins walk to the beach. There're beach mattresses and a sun umbrella prepared for guests in the apartment, which is a huge bonus for us since the beach closed by is a pebbles beach (often the case for Croatian beaches). We were at the beach everyday cause it was such a great experience. The kitchen is so well equipped to make food in case you miss homecook food sometimes like us. The place is located in a nice and quiet neighbourhood but be aware that there's a lot of stairs. Lastly, the host really takes care of the smallest details to provide you with the best experience. She gave us bus tickets when we first arrived to help the first transportation easier. She quickly responded to any of my questions and even lent me her make up remover cause I spilled mine and couldn't find the replacement yet. We actually booked this place for our honeymoon and it was really nice and private for us. I can not recommend this place more.

• Nicole (9/5): - Das Appartement ist modern eingerichtet und hat eine tolle Ausstattung, man hat alles, was man benötigt. Die Gastgeberin ist super nett und hilfsbereit. Strand, Supermarkt und Bushaltestelle, um in die Altstadt zu fahren, sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.

• Peter (10/5): Very close to perfect - Every aspect of the apartment is of extremely high quality. Memory foam mattress was wonderful. Plenty of pillows, extra towels, good furniture etc etc. The apartment is so quiet and peaceful. The shutters blocked out all light for a perfect night's sleep. We stay away a lot and this is probably the best place we have ever stayed in. Lovely host too. There really was nothing.

• Hannah (10/5): We will definitely be returning!! - On our recent visit to Dubrovnik we stayed at the Eden apartment which was in a great location just minutes from all the restaurants and bars with a supermarket close by. Just at the end of the road we could catch a bus that took just ten minutes into the Old town. Check in and out was seamless due to our fabulous host Rachel who was always available to give us great information. The apartment was spotlessly clean and was home from home, we will definitely be returning to this apartment in the near future, thank you Rachel for everything!

• Malvika (10/5): Beautiful apt at a great location - Excellent location. Just a 5 mins walk to the beach. Easy access to supermarket, bus and uber. Looks even better in person vs pictures. Spotless super clean apt. Well stocked with beach towels, laundry detergent, plates, spoons, drying rack etc. We went during a heat wave and was glad to find an ac in the living room and bedroom. Life saver!! Owner was sweet and really responsive Owner gave us some welcome drinks and snacks Nothing!

I would definitely go back! The place is modern and is even nicer than the photos. It’s the perfect place to stay, close to everything. Nothing!

• Chen (9/5): Great and please try local Dubrovnik meals. - The host is super nice and everything communicate through WhatsApp Messaging. Clear instruction given to me. Host also show me the facilities and she provide some compliment items in the fridge. The kitchen is great. The washing machine has no drier. You need to dry the clothes outside and a hanging rack is given.

• Mrs (10/5): Fabulous - Beautiful apartment, like home from home. Rachel had thought of everything to make it so, she had put so much thought into everything and even stocked the fridge for us. Absolutely perfect As with most of Croatia the apartment is up a hill, so there were many steps to contend which was fine for us but would not suit everyone
• Oscar (10/5): Truly wonderful stay with helpful and attentive host! - The apartment was beautifully clean and had everything you would need for a tremendous stay! Lovely little veranda out the back where you can enjoy a drink or some food. Nothing - it was perfect

• Lise (9/5): Superb - Very Clean and tidy apartment, Rachel had left chocolate, Coffee, water and soft drinks for us at the fridge. We were pick up at the airport, with help from Rachel and the same going back. There was a small supermarked 5 minuts walk from the apartment and a Even bigger supermarked 10minuts away. Beach 5 minuts away, same with bus to Dubrovnik (no6) Rachel also helped us find a gym for my boyfriend (Grand Place Hotel) there he could buy a gym day for 70 kuna and gym/pool day for 100 kuna and I could buy a pool day fir 100kuna. We had a pleasant day at Rachel's, can only recorment it.

Spotlesly clean and the host could not have been more helpfull. Would highly recomend it and look forward to staying again in the future Some steps up to it but very manageable
