• Emilia (10/5): - Super apartament. Położony blisko Old Town, 5 minut spacerkiem (ale po schodach, mi to nie przeszkadzało, cały Dubrownik to schody). Wszystko czego potrzebowałam było w pobliżu, piekarnia, sklep spożywczy. Apartament czyściutki, z pięknym widokiem na fort. Na tarasie stół i krzesła, z których codziennie korzystaliśmy. Byliśmy w kwietniu i najbardziej zachwyciły mnie kwitnące kwiaty w ogrodzie i całym Dubrowniku. Zapach roznosił się po okolicy i nie dało się nim nie zachwycać.

Noise from apartment above, no windows in bedroom or bathroom so no natural light, bathroom door handle loose and about to come off in your hand, the wardrobe handle very loose and looks ready to break, the sofa in sitting room very low and can feel the frame when sitting on it could do with an upgrade, no toaster which would be good. Overall the apartment could do with a bit of an upgrade with the furniture.

Hele lieve mensen en een heel fijn appartement. Ze hadden zelfs allemaal boodschapjes (waaronder zelf gemaakte kersenlikeur) voor ons gehaald. The hosts were accommodating and made sure we felt welcome throughout our stay. The location was convenient, and the apartment had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend! There was a faint smell in the apartment at times, but it was minor and didn’t affect our overall stay.

Very spacious, incredibly well equipped, beautiful balcony, two bathrooms, very close to the old city, very close to the parking ,and Jelica, the owner of the place, was always attentive to any question or requirement. We do absolutely recommend this place if you come ti Dubrovnik. Nothing to remark.

• Triin (7/5): It was nice. - The location was great, we loved the terrace. Property was clean. Room diffusers were used in the bedroom and bathroom, which had a very strong scent. We removed them from the rooms and had to ventilate the spaces to reduce the smell. Also, the detergent used to wash the bed linen and towels has a strong fragrance.

• Claudia Marquez (10/5): Vista espectacular. Limpio y muy amplio. - La vista la comodidad es amplio y está muy completo. La atención y que es cerca del caso antiguo caminando un poco y bajando escaleras. también tiene estación de bus cerca por si no te gusta caminar. Para regresar si te recomiendo taxi o bus pues del casco antiguo al alojamiento hay que subir escaleras. Todo me gustó. Lo recomiendo. Las escaleras para llegar son pocas pero igual te cansas. Hay que ir con equipaje ligero y todo estará bien. Mi recomendación cuando vayas a Dubrovnik es que no lleves mucho equipaje porque donde sea que te hospedes hay escaleras.
• Susanne (10/5): zweckmäßiges Apartment um die Altstadt zu besichtigen - Die Lage, die Aussicht aufs Meer, der schöne Garten, schöne Terrasse. Gute Sicherheit. Schimmel im Badezimmer. Keine Parkmöglichkeiten, 60 Stufen zum Eingang. Liegestuhl fehlten. Sehr laute Wasserleitung in der Küche. Man muss gut zu Fuß sein entweder ca. 200 Stufen oder ca.20 Min. bergab an der Straße in die Altstadt.
• Markus (7/5): - Tolle großzügige Terrasse. Der Aufenthaltsbereich in der Wohnung ist nicht einladend, die Terrasse demgegenüber ist toll, somit ist gutes Wetter wichtig.
• Lila (9/5): - The location was perfect for us as it was a fairly short walk from the old town. There were a lot of stairs but that was not an issue for us. The view from the terrace is stunning and the garden was well kept. The apartment was quite plain but very neat and had everything we needed and even a little extra. The owner stays in another apartment on the property and she was so friendly and sweet although we didn’t share a language with her. The apartment manager Ivona took care of contacting us and checking us in and she was also so kind and helpful. We good and clear instructions from her from the very beginning. We also got to check in early. All in all we had a very pleasant stay. The only issue we faced was that the overhead lighting on our terrace was not working. There was a portable lantern though, which came in handy. There could have been a couple more of those since the nights got dark pretty early at this time of the year.

Easy to contact the host with enquiries and smooth check in process Didn’t affect us but something to keep in mind- a lot of steps up to the apartment (a lot of steps in Dubrovnik old part in general) - most likely not suitable for elderly/ individuals with mobility issues !

• Valérie (9/5): Très bon rapport qualité-prix pour cet appartement à la vue exceptionnelle. - Appartement très agréable avec sa terrasse vue mer ainsi que son jardin arboré et fleuri. Il est très bien équipé. Les différents occupants laissent des produits (sel, poivre, huile, vinaigre, sucre, riz... ) ; à vérifier avant de faire ses courses ! L'hôte (une dame âgée) nous a accueilli ; elle ne parle que croate mais elle avait un grand sourire et nous avons bien compris qu'elle nous souhaitait la bienvenue. Deux supermarchés en bas des escaliers : celui de gauche a un distributeur de café ; celui de droite est + petit mais moins cher. La boulangerie et le resto mexicain sont très bien ! Il n'est pas très bien insonorisé et on entend les personnes du dessus lorsqu'elles marchent (même pieds nus) ou lorsqu'elles utilisent un sèche-cheveux. Notre lit n'avait qu'un drap (plié en 2 sur l'alèse) ; une couverture nous a été fournie le lendemain. Les produits de nettoyage ou de réassort étaient dans un local juste à coté de notre accès ; le personnel devait donc passer devant notre porte-fenêtre régulièrement. On aurait apprécié une vraie machine à café (Senséo, Nespresso ou Dolce Gusto).
• Summersell (9/5): Look Noa Further... - Samed was a great host! We communicated on WhatsApp before our arrival and he kindly waited for us after our flight was delayed. The apartment was modern and clean with a nice terrace and lovely views. It was a short walk from the old town. The kitchen was really well equipped. We could hear the people in the apartment loudly and the terrace is also shared with another apartment (although it is very spacious). Be prepared for a steep walk up steps from the old town!

• Jenny (10/5): Perfect place to explore Dubrovnik - It was a good location, appropriately 10-15 minutes walk to the places in the old town. There is a bakery and supermarket a couple of minutes away and a hire car place a few minutes away. Jelica the host was great to communicate with and kindly let us drop off our bags and change clothes a few hours before official check in. The apartment was clean and well equipped. It was lovely to have washing up liquid, dishwasher liquid, laundry detergent available and some oil and balsamic for cooking. These things really make a difference when self catering. The beds were comfortable and the showers were amazing. We enjoyed relaxing on the terrace and seeing beautiful sunsets. The blackout shutters meant we slept well! The guest account on Netflix was a nice touch and the WiFi was good We couldn’t find any faults

Our host waited for us and even met us down at the street level so we wouldn’t have issues finding it. The apartment was perfect! Shower was hot with good pressure, bed was comfortable, AC worked well, and the kitchen was well-equipped. Waking up to that view every morning was incredible! N/a

It has a large terrace with great view of the old town. We really enjoyed having breakfast there every morning. There are markets and a bakery nearby. Host is very responsive via text messages. It would be nice to provide some simple instructions on how to operate the washer. Would also be nice to have a toaster in the unit. There are a lot of steps to go down to the old town. It shouldn't be a problem if your are fit and healthy. Otherwise you should not consider apartments in this area since they all involve walking up and down many steps.
• Esme (10/5): Perfect apartment and facilities with great view, take note of uphill - We’ve stayed in many apartments in Europe and this one is by far the best. It has literally everything you can think of including air conditioners in every room as well as a washing machine. The balcony has a beautiful view and we enjoyed breakfast there every morning. Shops and bakeries very close by. Highly recommended! Just be aware of the uphill and many steps to reach the apartment from the old town. It is not far but It was extremely hot during our visit and once we got to the apartment everyone had to shower. We could not once find a bus late afternoon that could take us.
• Katja (8/5): Lovely spot for fit couples :) - The view and the patio were lovely! The host who met with us and texted with us was friendly and prompt. Nice and quiet spot. There were no other windows in the apartment than the front door which made it feel a bit closed, but the outdoor area balanced this nicely. Since the location is on a hill, it will require some hundreds of meters of steps up and down to get to the old city and back to the apartment. This is of course the case with all the places in that neighborhood but it is worth to mention that this won’t suit just anybody.

Tuve que esperar a la anfitriona que, a pesar de haber quedado con ella previamente, tuvo que acoger a otros clientes. Envió unas fotos por whatssap para informar de cómo llegar. Menos mal que le pedí el código de la puerta, porque tampoco que lo enviaba. Llegó tarde y cuando le hice unas preguntas sobre el funcionamiento de algunas cosas del apartamento no las sabía. Su obsesión era informarme de unos restaurantes en los que, por supuesto, debía tener comisión. Muy poco profesional.

Apartament czysty, zadbany, wszystko było na miejscu. Moglysmy z siostrą wejść do niego wcześniej, co było dla nas bardzo ważne. Bardzo wygodne łóżko. Blisko sklepiki, piekarnia. Miejsce godne polecenia!!! Wszystko nam się podobało

Beide dames die aanwezig waren bij aankomst waren super vriendelijk, we kregen al direct een verfrissend drankje aangeboden. We konden nog wel niet op de kamer want onze vlucht was zeer vroeg geland, dus dat is wel normaal dat je dan nog even iets anders moet gaan doen. Binnen had je wel alles wat je nodig had. Er was een 2-persoonsbed en een comfortabele zetel, wat wel handig was want het was een vakantie met mijn zus. Er was ook een zeer goede douche. Het was heerlijk vertoeven bij Apartments Noa. Niets

• Daphne (10/5): Heerlijke plek op loopafstand van het centrum. - Prachtige ligging, ruim appartement met twee slaapkamers, goed uitgeruste keuken en fijne douche. Niets, hooguit veel trappen vanaf het centrum maar dat is nu eenmaal een feit in Dubrovnik.

The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, even providing a complimentary schnapps upon arrival. Prior to our stay, we communicated via WhatsApp, which made the key handover seamless and easy. The host also shared great tips for restaurants and attractions through WhatsApp. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need, making it feel like a home away from home. It's the perfect starting point for a hike up Mount Srđ or a visit to the city. Highly recommended!

• Kathy (10/5): Loved our stay at Apartments Noa and would definitely try to stay there if we return to Dubrovnik. - The apartment and terrace were located in a neighbourhood close to Old Town. The apartment was well appointed with everything we required. The view from the terrace was spectacular and the host was very personal and accommodating.

• Jon (8/5): Everything was great except the booking company who are nothing but thieves! Shame on them. - The location was great with expansive ocean views over the fort and old town. The apartment is 10 minutes walking distance to a convenience store, off-licence, and bakery. It is 10 minutes to the Old Town (descending) and 25 minutes coming back (ascending). The host Jellica was lovely and went out of her way to make us welcome and comfortable. It should be noted that to go anywhere in Dubrovnik requires climbing stairs or walking up steep hills so be prepared. We're pretty fit for our age (mid to late 60s) but even we found it pretty taxing. Our stay was impacted negatively by the fact we were refused a refund for a one night cancellation that was made within the agreed cancellation period. The booking agent Direct Bookers just flat out refused to give us our money back. It took several weeks and numerous letters, phone calls and messages plus complaints to Booking.com and threats of legal action to get our money back! It was only after I threatened the booking agent with a scathing global social media campaign did I get a refund. The only other negative was there was no mention in the property description that the apartment is located half way up a steep hill without vehicle or road access and we had to carry our luggage up 6 or 7 flights of stairs.

Supermarket, bakery and pizzeria nearby. Friendly cats on the terrace. As a solo traveller it felt very safe. Love this place! Pillows could be better but that’s about it! There are a lot of steps up to the property so maybe not the right place if you have mobility problems.

• Molley (9/5): Great place to stay for a great price in this wonderful city! - The view was amazing! It was in a very quiet location, but easy to get to Old Town and the beaches. There was a grocery store near the bottom of the stairs leading up to the property. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The AC worked great! Which was a nice break from the hot sun in the afternoons. The woman that checked us in was very nice and helpful. Also the homemade walnut liquor she gave us was delicious!

• James (9/5): - Stayed in flat 1. Excellent location, located within 10 minutes of the old town. Plenty of convenience stores nearby and a bakery, pizza takeaway etc. Comfortable accommodation and friendly and professional hosts. Fridge, hob, kettle, microwave and washing machine included. Barbeque for you to use if you wish. No iron in the room which would have been good. The steps leading to the apartment from the old town may be challenging for those with a disability. This is something to bear in mind.
